Beau mix d'utilisateurs: des jeunes, des retraités, des plus âgés, des "en shape" et des "en devenir", des femmes, des hommes. Les vestiaires et douches sont corrects. Le patron (Serge?) est vraiment à son affaire et si vous lui faites un commentaire, quel qu'il soit, il écoute et rectifie sans tarder. Un endroit "pas compliqué" et que je recommande vivement.

So machines have been replaced by a cage that not only do I not know how it works, but I also have no right to touch it. I really found it ordinary. I really liked the concept of daycare, but it was very expensive for the little bit of time that it gave. I had taken a subscription to access the courses, but I never succeeded since it often takes 40 minutes in advance to have the right to attend (in addition to the frequency which is not for all). I just got tired and found myself a 24 hour gym. But it's really a beautiful Gym ... Ah yes and I didn't like being called to remind myself that my subscription was expired. They called me 3 times to suggest (insist) that I resume a subscription. (Original) Je suis allé à ce gym pendant environ 1 an. Je suis une personne qui aime avoir la paix quand je m'entraîne alors je passais très tôt le matin. Dès 9:00 (am bien sûr), il y a trop de monde pour moi. Le gym est petit et il manquait un peu de place, on se marche sur les pieds. À un moment, j'ai eu une blessure alors j'ai pris congé pendant 5 semaines environ. À mon retour, des machines que j'utilisais avaient été remplacées par une cage quelconque. J'étais déçu. Le pire c'est qu'il y avait une affiche sur la cage qui disait "ne pas toucher, CrossFit seulement". Donc, des machines ont été remplacées par une cage que non seulement je ne sais pas comme ça marche, mais en plus je n’ai pas le droit d'y toucher. J'ai vraiment trouvé cela ordinaire. J'aimais beaucoup le concept de la garderie, mais c'était très cher pour le peux de temps que cela donnait. J'avais pris un abonnement pour avoir accès aux cours, mais je n'ai jamais réussi puisqu'il faut souvent arriver 40 minutes d'avance pour avoir le droit d'y assister (en plus de la fréquence qui n'est pas pour tous). Je me suis juste tanné et je me suis trouvé un gym 24h. Mais c'est vraiment un beau Gym... Ah oui et je n'ai pas aimé me faire appelé pour me rappeler que mon abonnement était expiré. Ils m'ont appelé 3 fois pour me suggérer (insister) pour que je reprenne un abonnement.

Would it be better to wash it more often and / or, perhaps, change the water in the tank more often? There is almost always a kind of deposit and traces of dried mop on the ceramic: it looks messy. - No group lessons offered before 9am during the week and spinning lessons offered only in the evening, on weekdays. - Less variety of weight machines than other gyms (bigger ...) where I have trained. - I knocked on a closed door one weekday morning (February). Doors normally open at 6 a.m. As usual, I arrived around 7:00 am. I waited until 7.40 am with other customers: no one opened. That, I found it really unpleasant and I hope it will not happen again. Come on, owners, whatever the reason, you need to organize a backup plan: even the maintenance guy was taken out not knowing what to do ... come on ... J'aime: - La clientèle variée (j’y vais tôt le matin : Il y a des jeunes, des retraités, des femmes, des hommes, des athlètes sérieux et des gens moins en forme : pas juste des bodybuilders, quoi). - Les machines en bons états. - Le décor et l’ambiance générale. - La courtoisie des gens qui y travaillent. - La disponibilité des appareils pour le cardio : il y en a assez pour répondre normalement au besoin (en tout cas, avant 8h00 le matin). - La propreté générale des lieux (sauf : voir plus bas). - Prix raisonnable J’aime moins: - Le plancher souvent sale du vestiaire. Il serait souhaitable de le laver plus souvent et/ou, peut-être, de changer l’eau du bac plus souvent? Il y presque toujours une espèce de dépôt et des traces de moppe séchées sur la céramique : ça a l’air malpropre. - Aucun cours de groupe offert avant 9h la semaine et des cours de spinning offerts seulement le soir, en semaine. - Moins de variété de machine de musculation que d’autres gyms (plus gros…) où je me suis entrainé. - Je me suis frappé à une porte close un matin en semaine (mois de février). Les portes ouvrent normalement à 6h. Comme d’habitude, je suis arrivé vers 7h. J’ai attendu jusqu’à 7h40 avec d’autres clients : personne n’a ouvert. Ça, j’ai trouvé ça vraiment désagréable et j’espère que ça ne se reproduira plus. Allez messieurs les propriétaires, peu importe la raison, il faut vous organiser un backup plan: même le gars de l’entretien était pris dehors à pas savoir quoi faire… come on…

Visited this gym on a regular basis. Very clean and tidy. I'm not bilingual, and didn't have any problems. The atmosphere was very motivating. I would recommend this gym to anyone in the future. The only downside I had was they only run yoga during the day and had very limited stiff bars for powerlifting.
