The staff are professional and understand individual needs and they are not afraid to step in while your working out to guide you through! During my last meeting, I had a service of 25 minutes including 10 minutes at the beginning to discuss my problem, until then it's okay. After the 25 minutes the osteopath told me well I could not do anything for you everything is beautiful, apart from you sniffing I can do nothing, even if I explained to him other problem that I had he gave me an answer quickly as if he wanted to get rid of me ASAP. I find it distressing to treat clients in this way especially at the price it costs, 90 dollars for 10 minutes of discussion and 15 minutes of treatment. The hardest thing to digest is that the next morning when I talk to the manager, the only answer I got was, well what happened is past I can't do anything to help you. At first I liked this gym a lot, but now I wouldn't do it again. (Original) Bonjour, Gym avec un super bon service à la clientèle, mais le service d'ostéopathie n'est vraiment pas à recommander. Lors de mon dernier rendez-vous j'ai eu un service de 25 minutes dont 10 minutes au début pour discuter de mon problème, jusque la ça va. Après le 25 minutes l'ostéopathe me dit bien je ne peux pu rien faire pour toi tout est beau, à part te minoucher je peux pu rien, même si je lui expliquais d'autre problème que j'avais il me donnais une réponse vite comme s'il voulait se débarasser de moi au plus vite. Je trouve ça désolant de traiter ses clients de cette façon surtout au pris que ça coûte, 90 dollars pour 10 minutes de discussion et 15 minutes de traitement. Le plus dure à digérer est que le lendemain matin quand j'ai discuter avec le gérant, la seule réponse que j'ai eu le droit est, ben ce qui est passé est passé je peux pas rien faire pour t'aider. Au début j'appréciais bien ce gym, mais maintenant je ne le refèrerais à personne.

Coach Louis always have a positive that makes you happy to train (some days it is the best hour of my day). He also makes time to talk with customers and develop a relationship. Other members are welcoming and you have the feeling that you are part of a team. I'm in good shape (training for a triathlon), but Coach Louis made a program that pushed me outside of my confort zone (without barely any equipment!?!?!) Definitely 5 stars
