Decent price, pretty clean, not too busy, friendly atmosphere, good choice of equipment but badly needs more weights and plates. There are only two 2.5lbs plates for the whole gym and only one pair of dumbbells for each weight level. Clientele is also hit-or-miss, people rarely reset their weights, most don't bring towels, a few work out in bibs. Overall a very good gym for the price.

It’s ok as a gym. It could be better but it has the basic training equipment needed for a good workout. I have to confirm others’ reviews that the stuff there is outdated. The shower room and locker room are always clean, in general the place is clean when you look fast but then when you get close to the ground doing your workout you realize there is a lot of dust on and under the machines. I appreciate they don’t give you paper towels to clean the machines after a workout (eco-friendly move) but the towel rags available for this need to get changed every day because they get stinky and I noticed they are often left there for days! I like supporting smaller businesses (compared to larger chains) so I appreciate that this gym is affordable, quiet, has an open concept and people there are friendly without being annoying. I will probably renew my yearly contract with them.

We are many who have left and others who will not renew soon. When I read that people mention that it's super clean, I try not to laugh out loud. Oh yes .. not busy during peak hours, not for nothing, really not a lot of customers in this gym. In short there is MUCH better elsewhere for the same price or even a little more expensive but at least you will have service. It's up to you! Par contre ça en reste la car pour ce qui est de la place, le gym lui-même, il laisse à désirer. Le personnelle ne connaissent rien dans la nutritions, les machines, les entraînemens et le/les proprios encore moins. La salle de cours est toujours salle et pour améliorer son sort, ils ont laissé un coiffeur venir faire sa business qui a rendu la place encore plus déplaisante. Sans mentionner que la clientèle y mangaient pendant qu'on s'entraînait... des burgers, pizza, etc. Vraiment un beau modèle pour faire plubicité à un gym ! Pour ce qui est d'en haut ou sont les machines, vraiment rien de trop positif à dire. Ça fait certainement la job mais comme Mimi disait, c'est vieux et limité. J'ai prit ma révérence et je n'ai pas était la seule. Nous somme beaucoup qui avont quitté et d'autres qui ne renouvelleront pas non plus sous peu. Quand je lis que les gens mentionnent que c'est super propre, je m'efforce de ne pas rire au éclats. Ah oui.. pas occupé pendant les heures de pointes, pas pour rien, vraiment pas beaucoup de clients dans ce gym. Bref il y a BEAUCOUP mieux ailleurs pour le même prix ou même encore un peu plus dispendieux mais au moins vous aurez du service. À vous d'y voir !
