En premier lieu, les entraîneurs ont à cœur notre sécurité ce qui était important pour moi. Et que dire de l'accueil? Tout le monde m'a accueilli avec enthousiasme et je me suis immédiatement senti accepté. L'esprit d'équipe présent est merveilleux, du débutant au pro tout le monde y trouve son compte. Great family oriented gym! My wife and I stopped in for a workout and had a wonderful time. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere and great coaching. Large class was fun and accomodating to our fitness needs. We had Chris, who was helpful and informative about both crossfit and where to go while visiting Montreal on our weekend getaway! If we are ever back in the area we wouldn't hesitate to stop in for another great workout!
