You will see all the feddbacks of people like you who know the services of YMCA of Lethbridge - Cor Van Raay YMCA at ATB Centre (Gym) in the area close to Lethbridge (Canada).
To this day this firm gets a rating of 4.1 over 5 and the score has been calculated on 127 reviews.
You must have seen that its rating is very positive, and it's founded on a large number of opinions, so we can be quite sure that the assessment is very credible. If there are many people who bothered to value when they are happy, is that it works.
As you know, we don't usually stop to write reviews when these are good and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...
This Gym belongs to the category of Recreation center.
Amazing place! Such a good job done by the architectural firm! Big shout out to Cor Van Rey for contributing so much to make this become a reality.
Signed up on a fixed income using the only $33 I have and now find out that you can book a week in advance so everything is booked till next week and my payment just came out. Very disappointed why they let me join knowing full well half the people who are members won’t be able to book times in advance and come to the gym. LOST ALL RESPECT. YOU ARE NOT HERE FOR THE PEOPLE AT ALL.
Beautiful facility with excellent weight training and aquatic centre, amping many other world class amenities. Best part, for me though, is the personal training. I’ve been seeing PT Katelyn for about ten sessions now and I’m very happy with the progress we’re making together. She is very knowledgeable, has tailored a program for me taking into consideration my injuries, hectic life, and goals, and she really knows how to motivate me. The results do not lie! I’ve seen many personal trainers over the years and this one is the best by far. Thank you!
One gentlemen, bigger guy who works at the front desk was disrespectful and rude when passing on information from the previous encounter I had with him. He had put me down in front of other staff and other customers and had not made an apology to me. I was disgusted on his action, all because he didn't listen to me. Disgusted bu the service I've gotten from this man who works at the front desk.
love it!
A great inclusive facility with all the indolr recreational amenities your family will ever need.
Vaccine passport. Need I say more?
After the government removed the vaccine passport system, they independently decided to continue asking for people's private medical information. I will never use my qr code anywhere again vaccinated or not. This is a violation of privacy rights.
Love it! A beautiful fully modern facility.
First time going to the pool and it was definitely worth going , a kid went missing today and they got everyone out of the pool and to stand by the wall and wait , i watch every lifeguard run around the whole pool and even walked down the slides to look for the kid , they found the kid wouldn't say where but the effort they took to look was amazing , definitely worth 5 stars
Great staff and great building. Jenna is an amazing staff member to deal with
It was excellent. The staff there are all so nice and the facilities are great.
The best place around!
The facility is amazing out the question but the staff at the gym was rude and unprofessional.
I have never been to cor van raay but I herd that people are just pissing in the water and I’m not happy with that I just want to go there and have a good time with my family I heard about it in 2017 I was really excited We might go there sometime be we might go there sometime before other people coming
Great place to burn off some energy.
Extremely fun and open
Amazing facility!!
The facility itself is a 5 star plus! However, the process to get into the building is absolutely a nightmare, with so many rules that do not make sense. For one photo ID for all adults for a child policy. Well giving my DL doesn't protect anyone, and witnessed the facility turn down a group of 8 that drove from out of town. I suggest to them Nicholas Sheran as you don't need ID to get into that city pool. I suggest you have a better look at your policies and make them more friendly.
Very friendly and accommodating staff, ample sports and excercise space.
The gym is amazing, lots of machines to choose from. I have been there when the parking lot was just jammed but you get upstairs to the gym and it still feels like you have lots of room to work out and lots of machines to choose from. There are 3 rooms that host classes put on by the YMCA and when they are not in use, they are great places to stretch or use the free weights.
We are so lucky to have such a wonderful facility! Staff are not perfect but amazing. So grateful to the people that had deep pockets and shared with so many of us to make this facility possible! Our YMCA rocks! 10 STAR for Value! Would highly recommend to anyone ????
My kids often go to play and work out at the Y. My son was playing basketball and rolled his ankle; the staff there was SO helpful and attentive!! He felt they genuinely cared about his well being! The Y is hands down my kids favorite place to stay active!! 5 stars all the way! You can trust the staff has your children's best interest at heart - even when no one is "looking"!
Good to see you don't have pickleball. Glad to see you are modern
This complex is awesome. I've been here twice, plenty of room and brand new equipment, the swimming pool has a "surf" addition which is uncommon for a rec center, many courts to play badminton/basketball, free to use combination wallet lockers, great design. The location is not the greatest as in 2019 it's pretty much the very last building in the west area. It seems well run so far, I went swimming here twice and both time the kids kept trying to play in the lap lanes but the staff told them to move out of the way, very nice. My biggest problem here is with the pricing, I only have enough time to go the gym one time per week on average and this "not for profit" complex charges $15 per drop in. The monthly fee would be worth it but their competition charges half what they charge for a drop in when buying bulk. If I ever have enough time to make it worth it, I'll probably choose this gym, but it's not for everyone.
An awesome facility
Brand new, much cleaner than most ymca’s. Most of the time staff is nice. Sometimes the bald guy in the fitness centre tries to intimidate me it seems lol
Would have rated a 0 but it doesnt give you an option. Waited 45 minutes in line to pay. Way overpriced. Water burned eyes. Lifeguards kicked everyone out of hot tub because there was too many people in it, instead of asking people to get out. Overall poop facility. Probably WILL NOT GO BACK!
Absolutely HORRIBLE. Rules on top of rules on top of rules. Inaccurate website information. Everything is always closed at the pool. Water is too cold. My children left the pool in tears. It seems like a facility for families, but it's really only a facility for parents with one child, at the exact right age to enjoy it. The lifeguards are always in your face about even more rules that really shouldn't matter. I wasn't allowed to bring my Kindle in to read without being hassled. On top of all of that, it's WAY too expensive.
Just found out that they CANCELED Y day on top of increasing our Fees. This is getting ridiculous.
This gym and everyone who works there is amazing!
Love this place. Something for everyone to do.
Great facility we were going there so often we had to buy memberships. The staff has always been so friendly and so kind.
Fantastic clean facility. Wide range of machines and weights available at the gym. Friendly staff. Highly recommended!
Our family loves it here! Such a amazing facility! My daughter loves the employees, and loves the pool! Keep it up guys, you're awesome!
Great place for kids and adults, me and my partner went their with my little sister and I had just as much fun as she did! A little expensive but that's ok!
Excellent facility, great staff. Pool facilities ideal for younger kids.
Amazing facility! but need to relax on the water slide and pool rules... How is it safer to send my 4 year old down the slide by herself without a life jacket, then to have me go down with her? It makes no logical sense. If this rule were to be corrected then this facility would easily be 5 stars.
Brand new facility. It is is huge! Very well equipped.
Amazing place for workouts or the whole family.
Superb facility, best in Southern Alberta.
Awesome
Shi was fun
Due to their decision to continue requesting vaccine passports even when the government has dropped the mandate my children are still unable to use this facility. I am disgusted by their choice to now illegally ask for medical information when there is no longer an exception of it from the provincial government. Used to love coming here with my first daughter. Now my second daughter, and my first have not had that joy because of the discrimination against invaccinated people treating them like second class citizens. I am not sure how the owners of this facility can sleep at night when they make a call like this. I am in fact double vaccinated but will not support a disgusting practice like this. Do better Cor Van Raay is rolling in his grave.
I will keep my rating at 1 as long as they keep vaccine passport requirements. Province and City facilities have removed the requirements
The workout staff did book my walk through
The facility itself is excellent! All the bells and whistles of a new/modern facility. However, the membership fees are a bit much, and their communication of rate increases leaves much to be desired. Their staff do not have the information you’re after (ie. how rate increases were communicated, which rooms sessions are being held in), and there are at times staff members who are more abrupt in their mannerisms when dealing with the public. When the fees are so high, you can’t afford to alienate the customers! Lineups for walk-ins can also be long due to number staff at the customer service desk, although this is hard to judge with the ebb and flow of traffic. In general a good experience with all that this facility offers, but the staffing and communication are things that need to be developed with their patrons in mind.
Amazing facility. I have belonged to many gyms before and this one beats them all. It has everything you can imagine. Also has a pool, lazy river, surfing area, track, multiple gyms. The list goes on.
Great addition to Lethbridge rec scenr
It's a really fun place. But the price is insanely high. My suggestion would be to offer separate swimming prices for those with kids who are just going for an afternoon. Also FYI you're paying for the whole pool experience but if you go on weekdays they close the waterslide and they don't discount the cost. It's fun but very pricey
It was our first time their and my wife was working. It started off with waiting in line while two girls were chatting it up. One finally decided to help us. We bought the swim pants as my daughter was under the age if three and a swim diapers wasn't enough. Fair enough. So there's no specific kiddie pool but that was fine, we managed in the shallow end but didn't realize it was a wave pool until the generator kicked on. Despite there being no designated kiddie pool we did manage to keep busy until the waves dissipated. This was all fine. The frustrating part was when I was taking pictures of my daughter on the slide. Lifeguard told me no phones allowed on deck for o protect the children. Now I'm irritated. Basically, because some over protective parent doesn't like the idea of their kids potentially being in the background of someone else's picture, the YMCA has a policy to not allow pictures. So you can't capture some memories for her when she gets older because of this policy. Meanwhile in the family change room there is blood smeared on the wall and a huge clump of hair on the floor. Yuck. I saw that and thought maybe they should focus more on the cleanliness of the facility and leas time worrying about offending some prudes.
Amazing. We’ve got swimming twice this weekend and it’s just so fun. The all gender change room is a dream for a family going swimming. The water isn’t freezing like most pools and it’s just SO FUN! Lines are long to get in. But worth it.
Very nice facility but I'm VERY disappointed in the cost prohibitive pricing. Drop in rates are charged as if you will spend the day there and use every amenity. I don't know how families can afford it. I'm angry that a facility built with Lethbridge tax $ does not accept City passes. Your City pass does not even get you a reduction in the admission fee. Why did the Y get such an amazing gift, and why am I paying such a painful fee, seemingly for a 3rd time (taxes, City pass, Y)?! I'd like to give it an even lower rating, but the facilty and amenties don't merit it, though the expense/rip off does.
Adorable priceing for all of the programs. Nice interior and a wonderful pool. A great place for the family to spend a afternoon.
The weekend hours really suck. And try not to look at the floor when your in the steam rooms.
Great swimming pool! Lots of fun!
I feel every quadrant of Lethbridge needs a YMCA. Great place to swim and play! My 4 kids and us love it!
Very nice pool and well maintained. Staff are exceptional too.
What an absolutely awesome facility!!
Awesome fun family swim experience, the wave pool is dulled down for family swim for the kids and the waterslides are a blast! Always have fun swimming there!
This is a great facility with plenty to do, lots of equipment and childcare. However it's starting to get so busy its almost impossible to use the fitness equipment sometimes and the childcare is starting to get really busy
Bought a membership when it opened up and it was worth every dollar. Amazing pool area with a amazing gym and fitness area with a amazing track all the way around it! Would recommend getting a membership here.
The lifeguards at the YMCA were amazing. I thought I had lost my wedding ring while in the wave pool and they went above and beyond to help me! They were very helpful and caring, one lifeguard even put on goggles and helped me search all over three different areas of the pool. What an amazing help. Our search was unsuccessful,( because I had actually accidentally misplaced my ring at home, oops!), however I am very impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the pool staff. I have been to the pool area of the facility 3 times in this first month of opening and the YMCA is consistently delivering great customer service in my opinion. Thank you very much!!
The staff at the cor van raay YMCA really go out of there way to make you happy! Super impressed! I will be returning. And the pool is awesome and the hot tub is actually hot ????
Gr
If you feel like standing in line for 45 minutes to get in then this is the place for you!
This facility is a great addition to ATB Centre in Lethbridge. It has a tremendous aquatic facility with waterslides, a surf simulator, 6-lane lap pool, wave pool and lazy river. There are three gyms and a field house, a 4-lane indoor track (250m), and lots of strength and aerobic fitness equipment. There is child-minding, childcare, and a youth room. It is a bright and welcoming space that has been well worth the wait!
Has absolutely everything a person could possibly need for any level and type of workout, and then some! Simply awesome
They found glass in their pool, children were hurt by it, they kept reopening their pool without cleaning it properly... which led to more people being hurt. So unprofessional and such a blatant disregard for the safety of their patrons. Absolutely disgusting. Take your business elsewhere.
This place discriminates.
Dissapointed. Sad we poured so much tax payers money into very ho-hum facility. Medicine hats is quite old now and its even better.
Thank you for reaching out. I made a detailed report via the YMCA website feedback and someone reached out the next day. She resolved the issue and promised the staff members have been re-orientated. I will increase my review to 3 stars for the quick resolution.
Superb facility for a very reasonable price. Staffs always seem willing and happy to help and the overall environment is family friendly. The gym does get a bit crowded from time to time, but considering what the facility offers, it’d be weird if it didn’t get busy.
I love this new home away from home. My first time having a membership anywere and I picked the right place. All staff are very accepting snd friendly. Even have a few staff that check in with me by name to see how my work out is going and ask if i have any questions or concerns. The pool staff are all ways watching and willing to help new people get familiar with what they have available. MY ONLY PEEVE IS WHY DO THE JETS ON THE HOT TUB NOT WORK PROPERLY!
Employees are very rude and seem to think they run the world treating my kids like dirt. WAY to expensive for nothing special! And you still require a vax pass to get in. DISGUSTING!!
Amazing opportunity lies in this facility. I've only been there twice but I just joined. The structure and technology used is better then anything lethbridge has ever seen. The gym has everything a person needs to maintain a good body, and with great quantities of super high quality equipment that's fun and easy to use, as well as an indoor track that circles above a large gymnasium housing a bunch of basketball courts that I assume you could convert into badminton or tennis maby even... anyways its impressive. The aquatic center is the best indoor pool facility in the county of lethbridge to say the least. It has a large swimming pool on the east side with lanes 3 or 4 lanes taking up half the pool, a diving board (because its pretty deep on the south side), a climbing wall also on the south side, and a water basketball court on the northwest corner. The large family fun pool takes up most of the east side of the room and goes in shallow like a beach and leads to a wave pool and a large lazy river. In the far east corner are two fun waterslides that are a little better then the ones in the holiday inn, and could keep a child entertained for hours... The craziest thing in the aquatic center is a large wave blasting surf simulator, that is better then the one in the west Edmonton mall and is free to use(as long as you sign the waiver.). All this is tied together by a large high quality hot tub in the center, and a steam room that is super refreshing and intensly hot. I believe I am leaving out some neat stuff like how good and super accomadating the changerooms are, but overall I'm excited to get healthy and enjoy this new facility, especially because of the discount I receive due to being a young adault. so BRING YOUR FAMILY and HAVE FUN!
I was just there to vote in the election but did not have time to explore. Will have to take time at a later date. From what I saw it looks like a phenomenal building and a credit to the city of Lethbridge
Excellent customer service! I went to work out but they were filled at the childminding space so my daughter infant and I went to the indoor playground for a bit as my daughter was sad she couldn’t go to the place with “colouring and toys”. The staff came and let me know when they had room in the child minding area so I could workout, before I had even asked. They were super friendly and so nice to my 4 year old. They facility is awesome, our entire family has something to do there.
Power walking class a great workout. Facility is kept clean and floor staff are very polite. One thing that could improve is having proper cleaning supplies to clean mats and weights in the gym area . This morning no cloths or spray bottles available.
My family used to enjoy spending time at the YMCA when it was located downtown, staff was friendly, it had a very warm and inviting feel to it. The new location in my opinion is cold and unwelcoming, staff are rude, unreasonable with the rules, which makes for a unpleasent family fun experience. They market heavy on advocating for family fun and fitness however prices are very high and during the REP program seen family and friends treated and talked to terribly. Vax or not I will never support this facility.
Ive been coming here for a while, but this new guy who works sundays just sits on his phone, plays country music on full blast, and gives weird stares. Other than that its a great gym
Great Facility
Nice facility. Mainly use the weight room when I'm there but it's nice to have the other options like the pool and courts if you want to add something more to the workout.
Pretty disappointed with the treatment of this Y towards pickleball players. They discriminate against players from bringing in their sport bags but allow high school kids to throw their bags anywhere. Asked the manger what kind of quality the basketballs were, his response was they were top quality. Then asked him why they provide the absolute cheapest pickleballs, he just glared at me and walked away. The Y does everything possible to make our experience uncomfortable. It’s to bad they have so little insight into a sport that is high profile in many other cities in Alberta. The city of Grande Prairie is instructing this sport in the junior high programs and a huge sport in the USA. There is over 150 pickleball players in the Lethbridge area and growing weekly.
Absolutely disgraceful that you continue to divide and discriminate by choice shame on you!!!
Great facility
Great facility! It's really big and has lots to offer. Most of the staff are good! However, the management is officious and over the top with masks. They are a joke on that aspect, makes me laugh sometimes. If you don't walk in or out with a mask, (in the front desk area) they get all up in a kerfuffle. A women once ran to the doors as I was leaving to give me a mask to put on as I walked out.... haha! Yet, you go to the swimming pool, or gym or anywhere beyond the front desk and it can be packed chuck full, no mask requirement. These restrictions have always been a joke, but you'd think they could chill a bit. Not impressed on that aspect of it, but overall it's worth it. Unless they continue squawking... haha ;) I'll add for the most part the staff are kind, one of them, I don't know her name, has been great in trying to help me find my lost shoes. They're good people :) just annoyed of the cool aid some of them drink... like most places I guess hah! Sincerely, Jack Merrill
Disappointed that they enforce proof of vaccination of 2 weeks after shot. Was given no warning that 2 weeks were required and issued no refund for the next 2 weeks that will be missed. The YMCA is about maintaining healthy lifestyles. Not having the ability to workout and be healthy should not be what the YMCA stands for and should be changed. Hate how political things have gotten!
We had a blast at the pool, the kids loved it. But I was shocked when my son wanted to try a waterside (he is 3) and was not allowed down the waterside with me. They wanted me to go first then my son to go down after. 2 issues, If the slides are that fast I need to be at the bottom how do you trust him not to Crack his head in the middle of the slide? HE IS ONLY 3! And you also want me to leave my 3 year old at the top of the slides with a bunch of strangers NOPE! I was fuming this is the stupidest rule I have ever encountered. And it is abviously made by someone with no kids. It is definitely enforced by people with no children.
Good gym, nice and clean never too busy, a few equipment options that are not there that some other big gyms have, lots of cardio equipment and a good free weight section as well
I've been a member at the Y since 2016 and this new building kicks the hell out of the old dump (actually didn't mind the old dump), but sadly I must switch gyms as the new location is too far to drive every evening as I live in the country. Only complaints are 1) I was hoping they would extend the hours of operation for the fitness gym but they didn't. What kind of gym closes at 10:00 PM? And 2) why are there no spray bottles and towels to clean equiptment in the gym? They have dissinfectand wipes but holy $h1t that's wasteful! They are also terrible for cleaning larger equipment unless you grab a handful. Locker rooms are better as you no longer have to shower Full Roman in the same room with four other guys (or kids - yikes). Like the running track, though I cant find anywhere how long it is. It's not a full 400m track so it would be sort of nice to know the actual length. Memberships are competative with other gyms plus you get added amenities (pool, bb courts, etc). Last complaint is that to get there you must drive through a traffic circle which is suicide as no one in lethbridge knows how to use one.
Was planning to book swimming lessons for my kids this winter but since the YMCA cannot respect our personal medical decisions and is no longer inclusive, we will be finding somewhere else.
Did a few drop in sessions while in town for work. I was appalled at the state of this facility. The equipment has build up, dust and dirt, the floors look like they have never been cleaned and the change rooms felt grimy. I did see cleaning staff but what they were cleaning was not focus points in a gym. Ledges and glass don't need to be cleaned as often as the equipment. I would expect this from a low budget facility but not a brand new one like this. I have been to YMCA gyms all over Canada and have not been this shocked. The booking time slots is great but it feels useless when groups are allowed in and just swarm equipment and people trying to practice safe distancing. Overall was not impressed.
Beautiful facility! So impressed this first opening weekend ! Staff have been fantastic and the building and aquatics is amazing! Come check it out and see for yourself! My family will make excellent use of our new family memberships.
This is by far the best leisure center/ swimming pool in the entire city! The flow rider is a fantastic surf simulator... don't come and use it though because I want more time for me!!!
Absolutely appalled at how they continue to discriminate against the people in their community. And staff has always been snotty in my experience.
Today was a 40 min line up to get in. But other than that it was great with kids
The facility is impressive looking but the services leave a bit to be desired. Group classes are scheduled in the early am or in the evening leaving only a few mid day class choices. There are many shift workers and retired people who would use these daytime classes. In spite of several requests and discussions with the manager things do not change. It seems as though there is a strategic attempt to get rid of all the members who worked out at the previous Y downtown. It is very disappointing and frustrating.
If I could give it an absolute 0 or a negative I definitely would. Today was a horrible and embarrassing experience at this facility. I will NOT be coming back here again. Front staff is incredibly RUDE and unprofessional. I am still shaken up as I write this review. Today I was there with 3 of my younger children ( I have 6 kids) and wanted to use bouncy castle. As I stood there waiting about 5-10 minutes NOT ONE staff member even looked at me or made eye contact with me or even said hi or said I will be right with you. I see two staff members chatting at one of the computers going on with their day. I then finally catch one of them and tell her I want to pay the drop in fee for bouncy castle. She tell me my total is $39 for myself and my kids. I called prior to coming out and I was told on the phone I didn't have to pay if I am not using the facility and just supervising kids. Miscommunication on rates staff is not knowledgeable at all. I then tell her I would like to speak to a manager she gets the manager and quickly tells him about me right in front of me. I tell the manager why is his staff making everyone wait and doesn't acknowledge customers ? Even a quick hello. I told him I waited roughly 10 minutes. He then says this "Let me check my video cameras because frankly I don't think you were waiting here for 10 minutes" I was so Shocked I almost dropped to the floor. I have never been treated this way by ANYONE! I guess the manager was goi6 to start criminal investigation on me how long I said I waited. I was defeated and disrespected by this disgusting behavior. I asked for his managers card and he was refusing to give it to me. I will NoT be coming back here. I even broke into tears and was so embarrassed. Absolutely horrible experience!
What and amazing facility, staff and overall general fitness facility. Everything new and modern for the fitness enthusiast from beginner to expert. I mean can I rate it any higher than 5??
For the sake of full disclosure, I work here; and I'm very flad to be!
Unprofessional staff. insanely high prices for the quality of the facility. we had just paid and changed and was coming out of the change rooms as they were just finishing closing the pool for a "contamination". and with a 3 month old, the cold pool wasnt an option. and they wouldnt issue a refund! we hadnt even gotten in the pool yet. the staff should have told us the pool was closed.
The price is a bit high thus the four stars, but since they are a charity organization they do have options for people that are low income if they get a membership. The locker rooms are bright and spacious. Bring your own lock though. Babies are required to have 2 pieces of protection - a swim diaper and swim pants. And photo id is required to get in. Some helpful things I didn't know before going.
Amazing recreational facility, great to have in the community!
I have been going to the medicine hat facilities for years as I have family there . Was very excited we were getting our own . But have to say I was very underwelmed. The wave pool is really not and very shallow only good for smaller kids and not very big at all. Because of this the lane pool only has 3 lanes to swim as they use the rest of the pool for other activities . The surf simulator was nice and so was the lazy river . The steam room is extremely small but the hot tub is quite large but was still overcrowded and they kept kicking everyone out .the gym facilities are ok but just curtain dividers unlike the gate which has proper indoor soccer fields with boards and the gym separate from that . The price is very exspensive for families like mine who dont have much money even the subsidized price for membership is out of our reach . Overall it's still nice to have but medicine hat's facility is still far superior and much cheaper . Also was unaware this facility meant the close of another in town feel the consensus at the time was we needed more facilities not just a replacement . So I feel kinda misled and feel we now need a pool to replace the old y.
best pool in lethbridge extremly safe and very nice
Terrible Bad people work here
Worth every dime. Clean, comfortable no pressure place to exercise.
Cor Van Raay YMCA is a great place to be, one will not regret going there, their services are just too great, the atmosphere is inviting, the staffs are great. Putting one's child or children there for activities gives inner peace of no doubt
Make sure to call ahead of time to ensure the pool is actually sufficiently staffed. I arrived at the pool and was told I couldn't go in because they didn't have enough aquatic staff, we had to wait 15 minutes before we were allowed in. After less than 40 minutes in the pool, they closed the main attractions due to a contamination. Biggest waste of time.
Great place!
Special thanks to Joe, Scott, Sean, Alex, Kayla,Shayna,Charles,Amanda,Kirsten and lots of support staff for a beautiful facility that allows me to greet my workout goals with a positive attitude.Your greetings and concern that my goals are being met go a long way.Sorry if I missed anyone... Great job everyone! UPDATE When the YMCA closed last due to Covid,Charles helped me develop a program to use at home. This was greatly appreciated! Thanks,Charles! Upon returning to the first available session on March 8th I was warmly greeted by Sean,Shayna and Alex,to name a few.Felt like I was entering Cheers! After my initial workout,I noticed I was feeling it,so decided to try one of Shayna's TRX classes. This class consisted of a low intensity workout with the TRX straps ,as well as a few stretches and some light Yoga moves.Wow! It made a huge difference in how I feel, and I am enrolled in the next class as well...give yourself a treat and go for a session! Keep up the great work you do as it's people like you that drive a business
Gigantic gymnasium. Cool surf machine. Crowded hot tub. Top of the line gym equipment, with studios for yoga and bike classes.
Great place for family fun
