Thai, (he's legit) Anybody says otherwise, well they're either lying because they don't train with him, and or he's an inferior competitor out to get him. If you want to lose weight, be fit or have a solid base in boxing, kick boxing or Muay Thai and you are not training with Stephen, you are making a big mistake.
