Bad service I’ve bought an above ground pool ten days ago. They delivered the boxes to my place after 6 days and the technician called me for installation but I told him that I will call him later. Two hours later I called him to have an appointment for installation and since that time he didn’t come, he told me that he’ll call me Sunday but he didn’t(I guess he was lying to me cause it is Sunday). 4 days I’ve been trying to contact him on his phone but he doesn’t answer even after leaving many messages in his voicemail box. Je lui mentionne que je n’apprécie pas trop me faire rire comme ça en pleine face et que j’aimerais juste qu’on m’aide à régler mon problème. On finit par me dire qu’on peut monter le meuble (après que j’aie dit que j’ai lu sur leur site que c’est un service offert) et on veut me charger 250$ pour monter une balancelle à 220$? Ridicule! Avec leur expérience, ça leur prendra 30 minutes à monter (et ça c’est gros maximum), soit 500$ de l’heure : même mon plombier et mon garagiste ne chargent pas ça... J’ai acheté pour 1,000$ de meubles et c’est ça qu’on m’offre comme service après-vente? Bien dommage, mais il y a d’autres magasins de piscines, et c’est là que j’irai la prochaine fois...

The installer from last year installed the pool crooked, said was going to come back to fix it never did. Also put too much cilicone on or neir the valve this year couldnt even move it. The installer last year said would help with that, but when i call club piscine i never get to speak to anyone. Just the same receptionist that doesint care an transfers you. I always get a voice mail. The voice mail is fine but CALL YOUR CUSTOMERS BACK. Its been 3 weeks. Still waiting on a phone call, i left 3 messages. Now i will have to pay 450$ out my own pocket to fix a valve issue club piscine made. Oh and my pool did cost 9000$. Thank you club piscine for the worst service. For my home I will go to TREVI i hear the service is WAYY better. Seriously the install service is horrible the manager in the store was rude as well for some reason when i went to return items. Go anywere else thats my advice.

I spent over 3k on a couple of other items as well. 3 months later i called and spoke to one of the “directors” Regarding the wood finishing on the a small portion of the chairs, they told me the store is closing for the season and to call in the spring. Called last week and I was completely disregarded saying it was my fault :-/ that I didn’t maintain it properly after less the 4 months of use. The store Director which is more of a used car salesman was incredibly arrogant and disrespectful, wanted to hear nothing of it. I strongly suggest to use caution when shopping there. Wow! Club Piscine really exceeded my expectations. When I started getting quotes to fix up my yard I was very discouraged as no other company had solutions in levelling out my yard. (Almost 3' out of level with My kids can now enjoy swimming on a daily basis. I would refer this company to anyone in my social circle. Another sometimes impossible to talk to someone on the phone (PS: I live at a highway time that's why I want to talk to someone on the phone) basically I get silly well red you pay $ 15 000 for a SPA which lasts 14 months longer than service. to finish it is 6 months and no interest from them to raigler my problem. So I think the implementation will be in order to raigler with had ...... Ya laws in Quebec! Which one is worst...quality of the products or after sales service??? Bought a pergola a month ago...most of the structure fell apart (the only part that stayed in good shape is the one where I had to use my own screws cause oh yeah the assembling kit was missing screws). Went to customer service...the girl said "you might be an area with "high winds"...couldn't tell if she was joking or not at first...we asked for director who was actually even worse than employee (if possible) Notion of customer satisfaction is simply absent in that store. Don't buy there if quality matters to you (or if you do live in a high wing zone) cause if you have a problem you will have to spend part of your weekend dealing with incompetent and rude people
