Sensei Michael is a terrific instructor, very kind and gentle, while helping each student to learn and grow to his/her potential. The studio is spotlessly clean. I attend with my granddaughter so we are 70 and 14 years of age. Both of us love it! We have fun, become stronger and fitter and are challenged every time. I would highly recommend kickboxing and Michael as your teacher if you want to feel healthy and powerful in a safe, supportive environment. Fees are very reasonable and Michael is flexible with students' schedules. You will be thrilled as we are.
