So much more than a gym! I'm a very big guy, and I have never felt the least bit uncomfortable there. Everyone is welcoming and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. There are weights, cardio machines, all kinds of classes, and membership also gives you access to the saunas and the hotel pool and hottub. Safety protocols are strictly enforced, the prices are very reasonable and the trainers are fantastic!

I have been a fitness instructor for more years than I will put in print. Two rules I have always taught by - the workout had to be safe and it had to be fun. There is no sense in working out if you aren't having fun, but I have and always will put your safety first. As do my coworkers. We have a great staff and a great group of clients that come here. You really should join us and see what all the fuss is about!!!

I have personally been working out at the Pembroke fitness centre for over 20 years. I would not work at any other gym! The clients are outstanding! I love that it is a very community oriented gym! This facility has raised over $500,000 for the community and still contributing!

the pool is warm and full of natural light and plants. lots of space to be covid safe.

During the Covid Closure this Family Fitness Centre ran online classes to keep members physically and mentally active. The time off was used to update the facility. Fresh paint, new lighting and brand new showers along with improvements to the change rooms ,sauna and pool area make this the place to workout. Safety measures are all in place. Come on back. I highly recommend

When I walk into the Fitness Centre, I am always greeted with a smile and asked, how are you? I love that, it makes you feel welcomed. Everyone is very friendly and kind. It is very clean! It is one of my favourite places to go to.
