Came for the sweaty workouts, stayed for the community of health-oriented, positive people. The studio has a fantastic layout and the design rivals the best studios I've ever seen across Canada. The instructors seem deeply invested in the quality of the practice and from my perspective find a great balance between one-on-one feedback and the flow of the class. Keep up the great work!

Was going to consider checking out this studio, but after a friend told me she got screamed at by the owner for parking in a space that clearly wasn't marked, Yoga Studio Parking Only, I think I'll take my business elsewhere. Don't need that kind of energy in a Yoga Teacher,

Hands down, the most professional, beautiful and well run yoga studio I’ve ever been to. It tops Ottawa’s Pure Yoga and Yogatown any day! Instructors are amazing and prices can’t be beat. Highly recommended!

The team at Peak has done an amazing job transforming their space from nothing (literally) into a studio which fits among any of their luxury counterparts in Vancouver or Toronto. Peak is a true example of the hidden beauty of the Ottawa Valley. I highly encourage you to join them in a practice and take in the experience that the team has created. The practice room, the heart of the studio, is adorned with a unique wood accent wall and soft flooring, which feels great on your body but challenging to your balance. You, the soul of the studio, aided by the tranquility presented by the studio and through the help of passionate instructors and a range of yoga practices, can focus on the moment and escape any of the outside distractions of your life, a lost art in today's world. Great job ladies!

Peak Hot Yoga studio is amazing! Highly recommend checking it out. The studio is very clean, tranquil, perfectly laid out. The variety of classes they offer provides me options in my busy life. Such a great team of yogis who are friendly and the price is fair. They even sell Lululemon clothes for men and women! Great deals and options.

Very welcoming and cozy space & staff. If you're lucky you'll be greeted by the sweetest little dog. I'm not well versed in yoga but Heidi made it easy to follow along and I felt relaxed following the class. Bonus, they also carry Lululemon so I'll be doing some shopping ????

Amazing new space to practice! They offer hot and non heated yoga for all experience level and offer a variety of different classes. Heidi and Bri are two experienced, talented and welcoming instructors. Cool vibe and great change area with showers ! Highly recommended!

Peak hot yoga has created an inviting space to practice yoga while simultaneously adhering to the COVID-19 guidelines. The infrared heating inside the studio creates an intense yet relaxing environment to practice. I have enjoyed my classes up to this point and would highly recommend them to friends/family.

As a total yoga newbie I wasn't sure what to expect, however from the minute I walked into Peak Hot Yoga all of those worries washed away. First of all, the studio is absolutely beautiful (and squeaky clean) and Heidi & Brianna are both extremely warm and welcoming. The class was structured in a way that catered to beginners, the advanced and every level in between. As someone who has a busy schedule, I enjoyed slowing things down for an hour - safe to say I was instantly hooked and have since recommended the studio to several friends. If you're on the fence, just take the plunge and check it out!

I loved the class I did at Peak! The room is the perfect temperature - hot enough to get a sweat on but not so hot you melt. The instructors are amazing and knowledgeable, and the studio itself is beautiful! Plus they sell Lulu! I’ll be coming back just to shop

This yoga studio is what Petawawa has been missing for far too long! Beautiful space, amazing staff, fantastic yoga, and the only place in town who sells Lulu (military and healthcare workers get the in-store 25% Lulu gear discount too!!!). The town is a better place now that Peak Hot Yoga has opened! Would highly recommend!

Peak Hot Yoga is a valuable and welcomed addition to the Petawawa community. It is a first class facility that will enable everyone who comes to be able to be participate in the practise of yoga in a calm and enjoyable atmosphere. I would highly recommend Peak Yoga to men and women from all walks of life, and am sure that they will find a practise that suits their needs. The staff are friendly and professional, the studio clean and new and offers a wide range of services along with yoga, including; popular clothing lines, relaxing massage therapy and refreshing beverages for your after class pleasure. Do not accidentally park near this studio. Yoga should help you find some inner peace, but this lady screamed at me for using an unmarked parking space nearby. I couldn't move my car fast enough. When I tried to apologize and move she pretended to not hear me and screamed at me more. It was actually quite scary. I would choose a studio that was a little more respectful. All she had to do was not lose it. In response to the owner's offer below. I actually rather enjoy yoga a lot. It is actually something I do every day. However, there is more to yoga than stuffing yourself into position. It's a mind and body practice that should help the practitioner mentally. From what I saw, that was not a part of that person's practice. Or else they wouldn't be screaming at someone who made a simple mistake. They also wouldn't pretend to not hear that person when they were saying they would move. Am I going to be yelled at during practice? Will I be yelled at if I park in the wrong spot or if I'm not flexible enough? I'd honestly hate to practice in an environment where I am not seen as at least human. It goes against everything I get from yoga and has the potential to destroy my love of the the practice. Just put a sign up and tell the person who did this she needs to find some chill in the way she treats people.
