The staff was really good. They are taking utmost care to keep the premise clean. Additionally, the clients including me also ensured to wipe everything before and after use.

I just started my membership at GoodLife and will give them two stars now because of their personal training fishing tactics. I received a free personal training session where, according to the front desk person, I would be able to get a workout plan. Indeed, the guy assessed my physical condition. He told me to come back again and I thought he would walk me through the machines and create a workout plan for me. But he only wanted to sell me very expensive personal training plans. The cheapest one would cost approximately CAD 500/month. I felt uncomfortable with their tactics, as I was not given the chance of saying "no" and was never told that the main purpose of taking the free personal training session was being offered their expensive plans. And when I said no, the guy told me to GOOGLE for workout plans!!!!! That's UNACCEPTABLE coming from a fitness professional. What if those "Google standard" fitness plans don't work for me or leave me injured? Who's liable for that? If I knew, I would have never taken any free personal training session and strongly recommend you NOT TO TAKE IT unless you want personal training and are willing to pay for that. The only reason why I'm giving them three stars today and didn't cancel my membership was the good will of the club's general manager to walk me through the machines and create a workout plan for me after I complained to the front desk guy. It was good and I appreciate that, but they need to keep an eye for communication and for their sales tactics. They need to inform people what to expect from free personal training classes instead of leading them to uncomfortable situations where someone is trying to sell them something they don't want to pay for, and don't have to pay for unless they really want personal training. In spite of the good attitude of the general manager, they're deservedly losing two stars on my review. So they can think about the situation and improve. And you, who are reading me and want to sign up for GoodLife, remember: AVOID FREE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS IF YOU'RE NOT LOOKING FOR PERSONAL TRAINING AND NOT WILLING TO PAY $200 TO $500 BI-WEEKLY FOR THAT!

Terrible customer service by the front desk. Dont know how to appreciate the business of its customers. Not sure how and why they hire service associates who are soo rude.

I talked to a nice associate at the gym and I can’t wait to work out after alll the maintenance work I did now it’s time for me to get a great work out after over a year in highaduse.

Very convenient for downtown living. Mediocre gym selection, but well maintained

I like this gym but I wish the music on the stereo system was quieter, especially in the evenings. 90% of my fellow gym goers have headphones on, and I don't like having to turn my music to full blast to drown out the radio. Otherwise, it's a fine facility.

This chain emphasizes on convenience yet cant even stay open as late as the rest of the mall.

Jazmine Samaja

Nice staff, clean gym, convenient location.

Teddy Ruxspin

Very dirty, smells bad, weights all over the place, always packed, machines are often broken/under maintenance and that's all before the current construction limited it's size. Simply put, very disappointing.

Romulus Olivier

Good gym but unfortunately some front staff members seem to be having a bad day and not greeting and making customers feel welcome. I've been coming to this gym for over a year now and i never minded but it seems the poor quality customer service could not rectify itself. I have decided to quit this gym first thing tomorrow morning. I have no idea if GoodLife actually reads these comments but they need to know that their customer reps aren't properly representing GoodLife fitness. I refuse to step into another GoodLife or fit4less after I quit. It was blessed but I'm done. Take care, A seriously disappointed customer

Not my favorite but still I enjoy it! The staff is great, they got what you need for a good workout! I love their personal training area

Not bad considering it's location. Slightly cramped and the walls are unfinished in some areas, but welcome to the jungle BOI it's time for some hardcore raw, quite literally underground, LIFTING!

Xyklorix

Matthew Jason Craig (Matty)

9pm on a Thursday before the holidays (gym is completely empty) and the front staff wouldn't let me use the one cable machine in the entire gym located in the training area because I "didn't have a trainer with me". There were no trainers in the entire gym nor was the equipment being used. I've never had a problem with this before. I won't be coming here again as clearly the equipment I need for my training (that I pay over $120 a month for to use) isn't for customers like me.

This is the dirtiest feeling Good life in Ottawa. Group fitness instructors are great, but the studio is a mess, with leaking pipes and puddles on the floors and wet equipment.

I would have gave this gym a 1 star 3 months ago, but after almost 2 years of renovation the gym is finally good looking. Friendly staff, extremely crowded in the evening, best time is in the morning between 6am and 9am.

Maeriam Phili

Small and compact, not the best location... But if you want a quick workout, worth it. Well renovated from what it looked like before.

Miss Mayliza

Wish I could review this place a second time. I don't know why I bother to ever go to this location. Terrible location. Constantly too busy to use the equipment. Better off using one of the larger independent gyms in the market. The classes are dangerous, the instructors don't ensure that the participants are doing the exercises properly; I've heard of several people injuring them selves during body pump, and I've witnessed several people doing instructed moves wrong in front of the instructors and the instructors do nothing to correct the dangerous mistakes.

I love my GoodLife membership but I’m not a fan of the Rideau location. The staff aren’t attentive or helpful. They’re very caught up in chatting with each other versus customer service. Not a great schedule for classes. If you’re downtown it’s better to go to the Queen St location!

Gordon Taudien

I've been to many different GoodLife locations. Most are VERY nice, but this location is the worst gym I've seen. It's men's shower reminds me of a prison shower, just a pole in the middle with 5 shower heads (if they can be called that). No towel service - which is one of the best perks of GoodLife. No hack squat machine. I know it's under renovation but GoodLife might be better off just closing this location until the renovation is complete, it really reflects badly on them. If this location were to be the first that i entered - I definitely wouldn't have signed up. Thankfully in Ottawa there are tons of other great locations - so avoid Rideau - head to Queen street or Landsdown. The nicest location in the city right now is Herongate.

this is a gym that like to roughen up its members and refuses to cancel membership. look it up. its on cbc

I have been a member for 17 years. When the virus hit in mid March I received an e mail stating that all automatic withdrawals were suspended and would remain suspended throughout the duration of the lockdown and would only restart if I chose to do so. I did not feel at all comfortable going to the gym. Goodlife Fitness then restarted withdrawals without my knowledge and consent. They charged me for a service that I could not use! they were sneaky and I didn't notice for a couple of months. I wrote an e mail complaining and asked for my money back. They sent me a form letter suspending my membership for 1 month knowing that the GYM IS CLOSED!! The same day they took another payment from my account!!! I am livid. No one answers the phone or e mails and I want to cancel permanently and want every cent returned to me. I sent many e mails but absolutely no response. A terrible place. I will get my money back. I'll work out at home screw these grifters!

Kat Seward

Just wish they had more than one Smith machine and towels out like other locations over all good people leave me alone when I go in and let me be which I find not always the case with goodlife my first experience with them was horrible, this one seems to be better so far

li yaxin

Why this brown dude asked me to make a appointment for canceling the membership while the other nice female actually did it in 2mins the other day ???? Why???? If cancellation only takes 2mins. Why the appointment??? I have to come back again for things you could have already done. Negative 2 stars for the very short brown dude.

Grey Cat

Excellent location, good hours, decent prices, lots of equipment, but it is a victim of its own success: 18-19h30 on a Monday it was stupidly packed. Its gross breathing in other people's sweat particles :/ fortunately it thinned out after 19h45. Reasonably clean given how many people cram in there like sardines.

Yoshuna

Terrible terrible service. I got roped into this location because I was approached by staff to try the one week trial with personal training included. I gave him my information and didn’t get a call that he said I should expect, so I called the location and asked if I was able to come in the next day. They said yes, so the next day I explained to a staff member that I had signed up for a trial and he told me to come in. He gave me a book (which he later took back) and proceeded to ask me to fill out information about me and my fitness goals. He then asked me more questions and gave me a tour. I know it’s a gym, but I had never been to a gym that smells as bad as this one. I could hardly concentrate on what the staff member was saying with the smell of cement and sweat. He proceeded to introduce me to plans, and I clearly said that I was looking to try GoodLife next month, and was searching for a suitable gym for a month. I have a gym at my school that I usually use, and I clearly said I wouldn’t need a long term membership because I can go back to the school gym once the school year starts. He accused me of being uncommitted (of course I am, I was only seeking a trial) and implied that I was lazy. He used what I wrote as my fitness goals against me and made me feel bad for essentially not being a gym rat. I don’t think this is any proper way to convince someone to be a customer. I asked for his business card and tried to leave but he ignored me and continued to press on about different membership options. He ignored my questions about the free trial that HE USED TO GET ME INTO THE GYM IN THE FIRST PLACE and insisted the only free thing he’d give is 2 weeks at the gym after the $100 membership fee. I believe it’s $180 regularly but he implied I was cheap so he’d give me a discount (which I found out that $100 was the promotion they were already giving to everyone). After pressing on, he eventually gave me a business card and said he’d be able to do the 1 week trial for me. After this experience I don’t even want to join any GoodLife location.

Great gym! Nice people, helpful and pleasant staff. Haven’t run into any trolls but there must be some, because they reveal themselves in reviews.

Arvind Shankar

Decent Gym. Not the best GoodLife fitness I have been to. A huge space is wasted for trainer's use. Got plenty of equipments in the gym and in good condition. Air-conditioning sucks at this place. Pulls a lot of crowd.

Milo Gom

Nice and clean. Too bad there’s no parking included.

Tiegan Scott

brigette and megan are awesome, super nice and welcoming (as are the other staff, unfortunately i don't know everyone's name). yes it is a tight space, but it is very clean and well kept and ultimately maximizes the space it does have. my only gripe is that i have been approached on a few occasions being told not to use chalk. i get that it can be messy or trigger allergies in some cases, but at the end of the day that's what a gym is for (in my opinion). i still go to this goodlife because of convenience, but i have to say that i strongly disagree with the no-chalk policy as it is a pretty important tool for most people doing weights.

Hemant Saini

Well maintained gym.

Matt Dufton

Good for its convenient location. It is literally built underground causing it to lack any natural lighting which I would prefer, but it's got everything you should need! Lots of new equipment, a variety of classes available and the customer service is always friendly and welcoming. I like to go in and get my workout done, in and out, and it definitely works well for my style of training.

This gym is a joke. They have no clean towels and got kicked out of their "personal trainer area" even though I am paying for full access membership for GoodLife. Just to clarify their "personal trainer area" is just an open and inviting area inside the gym that looked like any other GoodLife gym I have ever visited. To make it even more absurd the was empty during my whole stay. Avoid this location if you can. The GoodLife on Spark street is much much better.

Patrick Dignard

It's OK for a gym in a mall. There is no towels like other Goodlife Fitness (you have to buy them if you want one). Staff are OK. For a fast workout during lunch time, it's perfect.

Surprising to see how crowded it still gets here even during a pandemic. A little off putting tbh i know everyone wants to stretch their legs and hit the gym but they should be making an actual effort to keep the place under capacity for safety. Other than that its always been my go to gym since its right by me, i could recommend coming by during weekdays to avoid the rush

They renovated it recently and now it’s super clean and nice! I love going to group classes there. However, for the locker room, if you want to bring a lock, make sure it’s a big lock not the small ones used for luggages, those ones were too small to lock the lockers there.

Great selection of training facilities and machines, wonderful customer service and a great attention and care to their clients. This disrespect I got here was too much. I tried to get a membership, no one was friendly and you could feel everyone judging your looks (this is what stops many from going to the gym by the way). This associate talks to me about the memberships, only after much insistence on my part did he give me a price; I'm a student, I need to compare prices, why are you keeping them a secret? Any who, I decide to power through, and he told me to show up the next day at 3PM to sign the papers and finalize it all. I'm there the next day, on time, and he is no where to be found, I wait, I ask the front desk if anyone can help me sign up, they say I have to wait for him in particular, and they didn't know where he was. I ended up waiting 40 minutes. Do you think I'm a joke? I stand up to leave and he appears and asks why I'm leaving. He had been in the gym the whole time. I tell him the about the wait, I tell him that that was very unprofessional and disrespectful, he couldn't care less. If I could give this place 0 stars, trust me I would. And if I still remembered his name after my finals, I would write a formal complaint. I hated the two hours I spent in this good-for-nothing gym. Now I work out at the YMCA-YWCA. MUCH cheaper, like a third the price. And you get to be with your community.

Can't think of a worst gym in the entire city, from the rude staff to the bad setup of everything in there.

Julian Lam

Coming from out of town, the renovated GoodLife at the Rideau Centre looks great! It is bright and spacious, and reminds me of the flagship GoodLife at Burlington Mall. Locker rooms are good, did not notice any odd odors, and it really seems like the negative reviews are from rival gyms, because I saw none of what they complained about. The only suggestion I would make is to utilise retractable crowd control barriers to cordon off the personal training area. I had no clue it was the personal training area until I looked around and wondered why nobody was working out with me! Again, contrary to another review, nobody from the staff even approached me to tell me I was working out in the wrong area, but I went and moved over to the regular squat racks anyway. Fountains are a little far from the squat racks (unless I didn't see any closer ones?)

Subhir Uppal

Great gym, typically what you except from GoodLife. Recently renovated with new lockers, and updated equipment.

Iratzi Marquez

Worst place ever, no one helps you and you have to book appointments even for a simple cancellations, would never recommend this place.

A lot smaller than I remember but they definitely renovated the place since I was last here several years ago. A chunk of the space is now reserved for their personal training and their CrossFit equivalent. If you’re visiting Ottawa, just go to Landsdowne instead. Worse gym I've been too. I pay for a trainer, but I can't use the personal training section. I pay for towel service, they don't have any towels at this location. How do I shower after my work out? Terrible atmosphere even after the renovations. Staff are rude and judgemental. You’re not allowed to help your friends workout because they want them to pay for personal training. Even if you train with them, you’re not allowed to motivate them. Do not recommend at all.

Bought a 24 hour gym pass for there a few weeks ago for $20 (which is already way too much) and they said they wouldn't honour it for that location though I was.told any would take it. Rude manager who didn't try to help at all. Always busy and cramped in there, 10/10 would not go back.

Worst Goodlife I have been to ever. As a travelling professional I have been to goodlifes all over the country. Rude and clueless staff. No towel services and at one point a fellow customer was actually more helpfull and understanding than the prrsonal trainer. With three other goodlifes in a 15 minute walking distance...go elsewhere.

nick s.

Stay away from this gym, is the best thing you could do. Bad service, bad experience, and overall unpleasant experience when cancelling the membership. Definitely don't sign a contract with them, unless you know what you're getting into; thousands of dollars in cancellation fees, hours wasted on the phone, and emails back and forth. Great waste of my time I'd say, hopefully whoever is reading this, will avoid this trouble.

Madison Alexander

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH GOODLIFE HERE The sales rep that signed me up lied to me about my contract and now I'm stuck with a $600 1-year commitment. TERRIBLE customer service.

Kelsey MacLean

The staff member who signed me up kept pushing the higher priced memberships and when I said I wanted the cheapest one he finally agreed and then told me about a week thing with a personal trainer I thought it was included in the price but it was not. An extra 168$ for that and it was only once I went home and read the fine print that I realized it wasn't the whole price. They also didn't tell me about an online account to make sure payments were going through so now that's another $90 with service charges. Ot would be an additional $111 to cancel the stupid membership now. Worst gym I've ever been to in the country. Would not recommend. Gym has been under construction for at least 3 months now and still doesn't look nice. Rods sticking out behind weights that you could easily hurt yourself on. Weights are barely ever in the right spots

Michael Anstis

Why is there a picture walkthrough of the change rooms on Google while people are using the facility? Are there not rules against photography? Concerning.

00sofakissen00

Overall, I like this gym. Location: PRO: the gym is in an extremely convenient location. In my case, it’s the easiest accessible gym in town, that helps me to stay on track even if I’m not very motivated. It’s close to UO and the very fact that it’s in a mall is just amazing- you can use shopping as a motivation to leave the house and exercise while you’re still happy about your new stuff ;) CONTRA: There are no windows and the rooms height is rather small compared to Lansdowne and Queen Street. Its also an older and less modern gym compared to other locations downtown. Due to the constructions in the Rideau Mall and on Rideau Street, the gym is currently much smaller and often feels crowded. Waiting times for machines increased, an entire room for Yoga is just gone for good. Still, they try to make the best out of the reduced size they can. EQUIPMENT: its not as nicely equipped as Lansdowne and Queen Street, in quantity and quality. Lansdowne got some amazing new treadmills and simply a lot of everything. Unlike the other locations, you don’t have access to the kettlebells at Rideau unless you’re signed up to a personal trainer. The location also doesn’t have all the weight machines other locations do (such as the kickback machine), but that’s not a big problem to me, because they still cover all the basic weight machines and have plenty of free weights available. STAFF: so I read a few reviews complaining about the staff not being helpful, bad costumer service or what-o-ever. I totally disagree. The sales man I signed up told me about the possibility to put the contract on ice for a bit, when he noticed that my bf hasn’t had the chance to go to the gym in a while. The staff is always very friendly and also very understanding: English is my second language, sometimes I’m missing the right word, use a German figure of speech, which probably makes no sense at all in English, or simply don’t understand things they say and have to ask for an explanation/ different phrasing. I’ve seen people being rude to them, but they always handled it very calm, polite and professional. So far I only had very good experience with them. For the part of them not being helpful: if there was anything they were unable to help me out with, they explained that to me nicely and told me/ wrote down who I can turn to. CLASS INSTRUCTOR: to be fair, I’m not doing that many classes, but the blonde BodyPump instructor on Tuesday and Wednesday and the Saturday morning BodyPump Instructor simply are amazing! OPENING HOURS: Well, I don't know how much influence they have on this and how much is regulated y the Rideau mall. The opening hours during the week are great, but on the weekends its opening too late for an early morning workout but closes too soon at night for an evening session. You have to plan your weekend around the opening hours if you want to exercise, that can be frustrating sometimes. I hope they extend the weekend hours to 9 or 10pm, that would already help a lot. Although the gym is currently pretty small, the weekend hours are inconvenient and its not as modern and well equipped as other locations, I still think its a great gym. The staff is friendly, the class instructors funny and inspiring. On top of this, the location is just amazingly convenient.

This is a good place to workout. Pleasant environment and equipment, however when it gets crowded, you have to wait or change what you wanted to do. Despite all good factors, few closets are available, and ironically it is less than the capacity even in Covid-19 time. One time I couldn't find a closet and ask for space; they told me to carry my stuff with me, that wasn't good. Another reason that I cancel my membership is the bad behavior of some staff. After working out for 12 years, I hadn't seen such a bad attitude. Also, some personal trainers give you a hard time during the workout. You cannot go to their specific area, but they can come and use the equipment for a long time. Sometimes, several personal trainers in the main area work with their clients, and you can't find a free machine to work out.

I have been a Goodlife member for over 20 years. As I am aging I have many injuries that keep me from my fitness goals, including playing sports. Injuries like Herniated disc, and bad shoulders. Sadly due to injuries I have had to stop soccer and hockey. Many people have recommended Yoga, and in fairness I did try many times but quite frankly found it a waste of an hour. That is until I found some of the Yoga instructors at Goodlife. There are a number of very good ones there, but I must pay a huge gratitude to Stacey B, who is exceptional. She completely understands some of the injures very well, and explains how the Classes can and will improve the injuries. Well in fact thanks to her and her classes, I am back playing sports regularly, and has helped me manage many of my chronic pain, and help me enjoy life with much less stress and pain. She has been able to accomplish what many medication could not do for me. And all completely in a healthy and natural environment . I cannot say enough good things, and if you suffer from chronic pain, I strongly encourage that you give natural remedy a honest effort. It may not happen overnight but if you stick to it I can assure you, you will be much better off for it. While I am at it, the body flow with Norah and Eric, and the Core classes with Stephanie are all excellent and deserve the same praise. A huge thank you to all those instructors and to the ones that I have also enjoyed but forgot to mention

K B

I visited this location for the first time to attend a fitness class and the room smelled so bad. It smelled like moldy towels or what I imagine a dead body would smell like. The stench was so overbearing, I left the class early. Also, the room layout isn't the best since there are no mirrors where the stage is, so you can't even see if you're doing moves properly. I prefer the Queen Street location!

Gary Singh

Absolutely terrible service. The two most important things for me when considering a gym are the staff and the type of people frequenting the gym. I have to say the staff are terrible. All little fresh out of high school kids who wouldn't know the meaning of customer service. I'd recommend everyone to STAY AWAY FROM THIS GYM

Like my goodlife membership: Don't enjoy this particular location For the amount of people - this gym is small Personal Trainers - in addition to using the personal training area. use the general equipment as well

Rob S

Much improved since they renovated.

Zixin Nie

Quite full most of the time, but lots of good equipment in decent condition

Joining this scam sorry excuse for a gym will only bring you troubles. I highly recommend you to stay as far away from them as possible they will steal your money and make it nearly impossible to cancel your subscription and keep taking payments from your account in the process. Be smart, don't be a fool liek i was you will be down 300$ within 2 weeks . It's THE BADLIFE FITNESS

WOW WOW WOW renovations look incredible! Clean, friendly staff, great place to work out

Jun Logan

Broken water stations for 3 months - the sign that says "maintenance" been on it for months.. Very little number of lockers open - couldnt put my stuff. Not worth the money at all since its very inconvenient. No one cares. Absent management. Basically a scam

Chloe Liu

This is the WORST place I’ve ever been. BIG FRAUD

Ahmad

Awesome staff and atmosphere! Club is currently going under renovations but the change rooms and group fit studio are looking great. Can't wait to see the finished product

The renovations are progressing incredibly fast now and you really can see the new shape coming. The brand new and finished change rooms are fantastic, particularly the men's is massive and the new shower stalls and sauna are an incredibly nice amenity after a workout. The group fitness room has new door, walls, and is now even bigger than before making it a great open space during classes or even when I use it in-between them. The front end staff is great and incredibly supportive in recommending workouts and machines or helping with questions. I do miss having towel service since its on my membership but you can see that it will be installed soon and with the fact that the gym is going to be doubling its open floor space I don't mind waiting. Gym will definitely be 5 stars when the renovations finish, which is said to be VERY soon! The location can't be beat for convenience and its going to look as good or better than the Spark street or Landsdowne locations very soon!

Used to be a great place to work out. They got rid of our spinning classes and most yoga and tailoring chi classes. Big disappointment.

This was some time ago, but this gym is simply not lifter friendly. It's small, crowded, and the staff tolerated seemingly no noise at all. If you're planning on doing some cardio, or using the machines it will get the job done, but if you're a powerlifter or weightlifter do not bother. Even just warming up on deadlifts, not grunting, or letting the weight down aggressively... I was approached by not one, but three staff members telling me to stop "the excessive noise I was making", or I would have to leave basically. From the compactness, lack of selection, unfriendly staff, and overall non lifter friendly attitude... I have zero issues with saying this is the worst of the goodlife locations in Ottawa. That's not to say I haven't been approached by staff at other locations, or there isn't other locations that become packed or are poor in selection. But this is the only gym where you get all three in the same go. I pity anyone that got a single location only membership at this gym.

Dr

Holy smokes it's been renovated, they have Towel service ! It's no longer our favourite "Serbian Prison" gym. It's turning into the jewel of the Cadillac Fairview centre. 10/10 on the renovations!

Good equipment and clean. Staff is friendly as well. Don't go between 5-7pm as it's packed

Horrible place to workout, staff are rude and dishonest. The male staff bother me every time I'm here looking for a date or quick hookup because of my career, the lockers and change rooms are gross. I've also had problems with being over charged or charged for things I didn't sign up for and getting my money back was difficult too, I will be cancelling my membership but will be expecting trouble.

Amazing place. Just one thing.. I didn't like the PT area because we cannot use any of the equipment and they had a huge space but no one was using it.

I was a bit worried that this gym would not be a good place to have a decent workout with all the bad reviews on google, but I think this was before the renovations. I went today and I was surprised with the cleanliness and all the equipment available. 5 squat racks, turf area with 2 sleds, box jump, kettlebells, good free weight section and lots of machines (for people who use that stuff). Air conditioning was adequate with the extreme heat outside. The only thing missing that would give this gym 5 stars is an outdoor view and natural light: this gym is in the basemen of the mall. But overall it is very convenient for the location and I will be back when I am in this area.

I had an issue where another location did not change my billing date as requested and consequently costed me a lot in fees and headache. I called the GL Rideau location, spoke with Rashad, and I am so happy with how he handled my case. He remained calm, was polite, and sincerely wanted to help me. He even offered to make calls on my behalf to my home branch and call me back with the solution. I am SO SO happy that Rashad helped me. :) Thank you!

Staff is rude and unhelpful. Super crowded as well.

Always had a great experience there. The staff have always been friendly. Also Scott Jen is very handsome. All trainers should be more like him ????

Smells really bad when it's busy. I know all gyms get stinky but this one can be next level at times. Some of the staff are super friendly but others can be aggressive with their sales tactics. The equipment is good though.

(Translated) Two weeks ago the little black guy who works at the front desk was very rude and condescending with me. It's been years that I train at the Goodlife Rideau, and I decided to leave and not to hand them over. feet in this gym, because of this black guy who should not.work at the front desk. Anyway, he does not do anything, very lazy. What are you waiting for to fire him?
