I go 5 days a week. Swim 5 days and do aquafit. There is a cardio room, weight room, field house and pool. Outside track and tennis courts. This is a military facility.

Good value with CAC membership if you're military, lots of value for less than $20/month. Don't think it's worth it if you're civilian, as lots of the amenities are broken a lot of the time, ie showers. That and the power is out every week for the past year. I wouldn't pay full price, but they have all the exercise/physical activity needs.

The workout equipment here is quite good, with a large variety of machines, a large number of power racks and plates, and free weights. However, the pool and other activities seem to be an unorganized mess a lot of the time. I have called many times to ensure the pool or other activities are still happening, to be told yes, and then arrive at the gym to find out they were cancelled weeks ago! If you're going to use the pool here, just assume that it's going to be closed, at capacity, some new policy is in effect, some new fee is required for CAC/military members, or some other thing will prevent you and your kids from using it. I have left that place swearing many, many times, with my screaming toddler in my arms

It's an old gym. Unfortunately it's also the only gym in Petawawa. The weight room is outdated and small, the pool is only 25m and is constantly being renovated. There's a small weight area in the field house, but this too is way too small for the size of the town and base.

Most comprehensive facility in the area. Private gyms cannot compare. Weight room, cardio room, indoor basketball courts, indoor track, indoor rock climbing, powerlifting area, indoor pool with hot tub and sauna, indoor squash, and outdoor tennis courts. Good variety of classes including spin, yoga, aquafit, pilates, and zumba. Primary clientle are military and their families. Open to public. Loads of value for the membership.

An ok gym. Has all the basics. Depending on time of day, can be crowded due to classes and other uses. Summer is brutal due to lack of proper ventilation and a/c.

Huge variety of workout areas such as a weight room, cardio room, field house with indoor track, swimming pool and more. It usually is hectic in the mornings during the week as most of the military units go there to train during that time.
