I love the friendly and welcoming staff but my favourite thing about the gym are the drop in classes. Nicole's HIIT classes are always upbeat and motivating.

Seems like gym culture & manners are gone here. Nobody clean machines after use it.

Small but has everything you need, not a lot of free weights but lots of cardio machines and work out machines. Friendly staff and none intimating atmosphere for beginner level folks.

Fantastic gym with a very friendly atmosphere. There are showers for post workouts and the universal machines are very good. There are a lot of treadmills and that's a plus. The only negative would be the parking. Sometimes it's a little difficult to find a space but the upper parking area is pretty easy to drive to.

I love this gym. It’s small and quaint and still has most necessary equipment without the intimidating atmosphere!

Definitely not an intimidating atmosphere. Everything feels rather new. There's already a lot of pics of the gym but what got my attention was the private showers. Clean and amazing after a workout and even a sit-down shower is available.

It was my first visit. Staff were friendly, area was clean, there is a good choice of work out machines, I felt safe & comfortable.

Very welcoming and efficient staff ! definitely would go back and would recommend it to others ! all the signs were well set up so there was no confusion where things went also ! sorry thought this was the recyling center and now i cant cancel my post
