Adra is fantastic! She explained why I was experiencing pain and what I needed to do in order to let my body heal itself properly.

I went to Adra with knee and shoulder pain. I also have had a curve in a back since I was in high school. With Adra's training, I became more flexible, stronger and the curve in my stomach pretty much went away. She helped me recognize the importance of strengthening my core to help ensure other muscles weren't overcompensating due to a weak core. I was able to stretch my quads in ways I never thought I could. :) Definitely worth the investment for her program!
