I am happy to recommend Sarah and Move Happy. I joined this program as I needed to regain mobility, strength and confidence. Sarah has been a mentor, a coach and a friend. She has helped me regain balance and as I no longer fear falling, I can enjoy walks. My physical and mental strength are improving. I have especially enjoyed using the library of videoed sessions as they are available any time. Sarah’s encouragement. support and caring mean the world to me. The more I follow the individualized program she has built with me the stronger I get and the better I feel. Thanks so much Sarah. You are amazing. Let’s keep moving and being happy ????

I posted a pic after today’s MoveHappy work out, to show where I’m at after 10 months. I’ve seen lots of changes - strength, stamina, balance, positivity, mindful eating, weight loss, and a happy glow from regular exercise and yoga classes. I’m definitely inspired to continue my fitness and wellness journey. It’s been such a great year with MoveHappy and Sarah! I highly recommend the program! ********************** Here’s my original post from 10 months ago … I just finished MoveHappy’s cardio and core workout for the 2nd time this week, and it feels really great getting into a regular exercise routine again. I was sweating, but had to smile, because I felt so energized and happy with myself after!???? Thanks for your encouragement and for caring, Sarah! MoveHappy is a great program and I know it’s going to help me with my health and fitness goals. See you on Zoom again next week!

She is very knowledgeable and so easy to talk to about your fitness goals. I have severe arthritis and was scared to begin for fear of hurting myself. I had been told by many a doctor that exercise is the best medicine for arthritis. Sarah made me feel more relaxed about starting something new. She designed a program just for me! She stays with you every step of the way to make sure you are doing every exercise correctly to prevent injury. EDIT: After seven months I can confirm Sarah is a wonderful Exercise Specialist Coach. What I have appreciated the most is she helps me stay accountable (e.g., if I haven’t logged in any exercise, she will message to ask what is happening and how can she help me back onto track.) I also appreciate Sarah’s enthusiasm for overall health. She does this by encouraging me try mediation & mindfulness practices to help reduce anxiety and depression. Sarah is so encouraging that in the past two months, I have gone from a couch potato with an average of 85 active minutes a week to an average of 220 active minutes a week. The average would have been higher if I hadn't hurt my back gardening! Sarah has built an at home workout routine for my specific 68yr old physical/health issues. Minimal to no equipment needed. Basically, I do the routine twice a week, Sarah's online cardio zoom class twice a week plus a yoga day alternating weeks. Sarah is extremely helpful in strategizing what baby steps are needed to create new habits that lead to the bigger life goals. I am so happy to be getting fitter and healthier. I highly recommend Sarah and MoveHappy to anyone no matter where they live.

I needed a Kinesiologist who would understand my limitations and my injuries, but also assist in my rehabilitation and return to exercise. Sarah tailors the sessions to meet my specific rehabilitation needs. She puts a lot of time into designing my sessions which are full of variety and a lot of fun. Sarah challenges me within my injury capabilities but makes sure there are no risk of damage to my arm. She has a thorough understanding of how the body works and I always finish each session feeling exhilarated and empowered! I highly recommend Sarah! I have been working with Sarah and MoveHappy since the middle of Nov. During that time I have improved my fitness, balance and belief in my ability to improve each day. Sarah has developed a plan in consultation with my physiotherapist. I had a evaluation with my physiotherapist and she said she was amazed with my progress. I’ve benefited tremendously from Sarah’s custom fitness/workout program for several years. Being a kinesiologist, she immediately understood my concern that I not do any exercises that might re-injure my shoulders for which I’d previously had rotator cuff surgeries.
