So happy with my recent experience! I sent my Dad to pick up some items for me and called ahead to double check their stock. The person I talked to on the phone was super helpful and friendly. My dad said that when he got there, both workers were very polite and friendly and even gave us a better price than I was expecting. Will definitely be heading there first for more equipment for my new home gym!

Went there right when they were closing yesterday.... it was a last minute decision. I understand when you’re closing you don’t want to stay to help customers. Unfortunately, me being in a customer service based job, the way I was treated was not acceptable. I needed a few things and the gentleman was not only very rude, but even made comments like “do I want you to look around? No, i want to go home”. I was willing to drop a lot of $$$ but instead of his unhelpful, rude attitude I left with only $35 of a quick decision to buy a couple of things, don’t really even know if what I bought will be useful yet. I won’t be returning. Thanks

I have been a trainer for over 25 years and still learn great details from the sales team at Fitness Town. Arlens knowledge and expertise is second to non when it comes to choosing the right fitness equipment for you needs. The response my gf got from the guy at the counter was that he was to tired to be at work today and that she should call the other fitness town stores for the collars such as the one in Poco..... There was a delay in response from Fitness Town's to my service request in general but when they reached out it was Fitness Town Langley that went the above, beyond and out of their service area, to help me remedy my concern. Fantastic service. Went in with the goal of getting my personal barbell set-up going and was very pleased. Great store, easy to navigate, and very clean. Above all else the service was amazing. Specifically Arlen (regional sales manager): great to talk with/very knowledgeable, set me up with everything I needed and even provided me a quote for future equipment. If the other staff are as good as Arlen I can’t see myself shopping anywhere else.

When building a home gym recently, I went around to a number of different businesses to check out the equipment and prices. I finally decided on Fitness Town, Langley and I have been happy with the entire process. Arlen and Jordyn have been extremely helpful and were generous with discounts because of the volume I was buying. The quality of their equipment is incredible and everything is solidly built. On top of that, they did not try to oversell me and so when I asked about things that I probably didn't need, they told me so. The staff is very knowledgeable. They have everything you could need and if they don't, they will order it in for you. I will keep bringing my business there.

Cedric took the time to explain all the products (and not only the most expensive products) and explained the difference. We left that day with a full system and this was due to the service that Cedric provided; he took time to educate us rather than push sales tactics! There were a few items on backorder and the same support has continued. You've got a great employee in Cedric!

I was across the parkade at Replay sports and stopped into Fitness Town. The staff was very friendly. The nice dark skinned man behind the counter was equally as friendly to everyone. I picked up a kettlebell and in the process was educated on the differences between different kettlebells. I really got the sense that the staff there have good experience and are able to relay that information in a helpful manner to customers.

Disappointing. I understand this is a busy period but I do think it is unacceptable to take my money for 19 days when I bought a product that was “in stock”. Only to finally get an update stating the product is actually NOT In stock and I will get a refund in another 7 days. 26 days they will have taken my money when they had the knowledge they didn’t have the product. Poor communication, don’t get me started on customer service in their email basically stating don’t bother calling or emailing BEFORE you receive your email to come pick your items up. Good doing business with you.

Customer service and pricing are very poor! I got a price for a cardio piece and a functional trainer. They claimed that they were giving me a huge discount, when i went to fitness depot by chance and they came back with way better pricing that blew me away with a better price. Thank god i didnt take delivery from fitness town, so i went back for a refund within 48 hours. Fitness town was extremely unprofessional when I asked for a refund. I had to wait 3 weeks for a refund cheque, even when i paid by credit card. I will never go back there again and i urge others to consider fitness depot and other stores before fitness town. Guaranteed fitness depot will beat any price and give you way better service. Because of there lack of transparency it cost fitness town future sales

Store building looks little ghetto but it has a variety of selections and totally satisfied with well-knowledged and kind staffs. I definitely recommend it to beginners who do not know where to start.

I have searched Sports Town Langley on google. Though I pass by it almost daily while going to McLeod Athletic Park but I could know only now that all sorts of physical fitness equipment new and used is available here.
