Not long after my 57th birthday, I realized just how out of shape I had gotten when getting up in the morning to walk my dog was a becoming a huge effort. I knew I had to make some changes so besides changing my diet I knew I also needed to be more active! I was fed up with not being fit and fed up with being flabby! As I have belonged to gyms in the past, but had never stayed committed to them, I knew I had to find something different. I came across Brand Fitness & thought I’d give it a try. I signed up for the 14 day challenge and it was a challenge alright but in a really good way – I started to feel better immediately! And while I love the instructors, the small class sizes, and the women I work out with, what got me hooked was that I was getting a really great workout in about a ½ hour. I highly recommend Brand Fitness to anyone who wants to make a positive change in their health & fitness!

This is a very welcoming studio, even if you're intimidated by gyms. Workouts are modified to your level and the small groups means you are well taken care of and also make new friends. Marion truly cares about her customers and it shows!
