I remember I always wanted to start working out but just didn't have a guide on where or how to start, and I didn't feel comfortable going to the gym by myself. When I found out about this business about 4 years ago, it couldn't have been at a better time. It had everything I was looking for. A safe and comfortable space with no judgement, surrounded by women with the same goals, and lots of love and laughter. I could honestly say that I have seen results since joining and I feel great after each workout, even though I'm sore lol. And the best thing about it all is that I've developed a new and amazing friendship with the owner. She's supportive, patient, kind, and thoughtful of her client's goals. I recommend and support this business 100%.

Although it is called for colored girls health well, they have provided classes in which both genders male and female could attend at the same time. I had the pleasure of being in a few of those classes and really enjoyed the experience, the trainer was very professional and efficient. She also made me feel very comfortable because I was not use to that kind of setting.

By far an amazing place! I really like how the instructor ensures that there are alternative exercises for people with physical limitations. As someone who has arthritis, the instructor finds an encouraging way to push me as far as I can go. The instructor also makes accommodations for those that have children, by also including them in the work out! This place is super encouraging, welcoming and is definitely the place to be at! Love! Love! Love! Would 100% recommend.
