Not only are their products great quality but their service is amazing too. I had the pleasure of dealing with Melyssa who was very helpful, knowledgeable and quick to respond. Even during the Pandemic when some suppliers weren't answering enquiries at all (or answering so poorly they might as well not answer at all) Remi was courteous and expedient with my request even with the supply issues facing the industry at large. The Bumper Plates I got from him are excellent value for money and their online payment and pick up system was very user friendly and efficient - all done without seeing or touching a thing. Picking up my goods was just as easy - directions and instructions were clear and the staff who greeting me at the loading dock were ready and helpful - double checked my order for me and took the time to ensure it was all good. Recently purchased the TPWOD Elite Power Half Rack, Stamina Sport Floor tiles, Olympic Bar & plates. The half rack is solid as a rock, easy to adjust, pretty much commercial grade to match gym quality. Pull up bar position makes it useable for pull ups even though my ceiling height is a bit low! Added a dip station, which is well angled, also solid, and a very good value. Equipment is very well finished, very nice black matte. Chose the Stamina flooring on Alex' very good advice, as it hardly has any odour. Used Tonic's install service for the rack and cutting mats to fit my garage - did a good job, saved me a ton of time, and frankly with a 365 lb rack better the pro's did it for a reasonable price. Very satisfied with the equipment, Alex was very responsive, and they were able to get it delivered and installed within just a few days of ordering.

I recently decided that it was time to start exercising and get myself into shape rather than being a shape (round). I have very little experience with exercising and weight training. I went to all the typical spots around that everyone shops at (I won’t name names) and got the typical salesman pitch that I heard the sales person use on the 2 people in front of me, I decided to do a little more research and found Tonic Performance and Alex Babin. He was extremely knowledgeable and could have easily sold me the most expensive equipment like every other place I spoke to, but instead recommended I start smaller and build from there. He didn’t want me to spend a ton of money on stuff that I may give up on and the equipment become a clothes rack. I am extremely happy with my purchase and motivated to keep going. I bought a used precor bike on-line. was insisting to see it first, but the slaes rep said she would refund all money if when i saw it i was dissatisfied. Paid, drove form toronto to montreal, arrived. As soon as i walked in, staff greeted me at the door, and were super helpful. I checked out the bike, had a very minor issue which was addressed immediately. staff really cared, all the staff i talked to. I loaded my bike, came home, someone followed up to see if everything was tip top. Been using the bike now, and with the exception of very minor rust at the bottom of the bike, the bike is tip top. It is a 5 year old bike, and works perfect. Super happy to have dealt with this company. they are the exclusive precor dealer for the province so i know i am in good hands for the one year warranty. Affordable, great selection, great staff. very friendly, helpful and caring. The product amazing and delivered as promised. Of course ill be doing business here again, why wouldnt i. Best exercise store i ve dealt with, and i ve dealt with almost all of them at one point or another. Key being, the prices are just unbeatable. \\ This is by far the best place for your precor needs. Highly recommend this place to all exercise enthusiasts.
