I frequently go there for the swimming pool. It is a great place, clean and well maintained. The schedule is flexible with up to three time slots a day during the week and several hours during the weekend. I definitely recommend it. There are 2 sections (separate pools) one for laps the other shallow for younger people, the is no diving board.

The pool makes me sick - literally. I wanted to love this pool as it is well organized and they have a fantastic schedule. However, since swimming there I've had several colds, sore throats, and even a lung infection which required antibiotics. I do not blame this on the pool staff. Instead I question the level of cleanliness/hygiene of both the children, and the adults who use the pool. I honestly fear that some individuals may be confusing 'swim time' with 'bath time', and the fact that the pool is free to use may attract individuals from all walks of life - turning it into a community cesspool of bacteria and germs. Chlorine clearly doesn't kill everything since I am often sick after swimming here. Further to this, there is only 3 shower stalls in the ladies change room- which during the public swim are often overtaken by entire families (sometimes up to 4 people per shower stall), who remain in there for twenty minutes like it's 'family bath time'. It's sad because other than the questions of water quality, the pool is really nice. Anyone looking to swim for athletic/training purposes should go to a pool where there is a paid membership fee.

One of the best Olympic size pools in Montreal, with a multipurpose one too. Though my thing is lapping around on my lunch hour then I eat at my desk or more like would down. The pool is clean, sometimes it gets too crowded but it's alright as long as people respect the tacit swimming rules about speed, cadence and resistance. Been moving gradually up. My advice is to put on your swimsuit, jump in the slow lane and work yourself up to faster lanes through time. And enjoy respectfully!

It's a jumble as soon as there are classes is that a few people come in and out at the same time. Same thing for the coffee area upstairs. Not enough tables, difficult to circulate. I took an aqua arthritis class but I am very disappointed. The water is not deep enough for an arthritis class, as the water comes below my chest. I have taken professional classes in the past, so I know that an arthritic clientele must be immersed in the water up to and including the shoulders, otherwise what's the point and it's not safe for the joints. Also, the instructor offered minimal direction, so what was the purpose in having her there. Otherwise, pool and changing room were clean, and the other swimmers were very friendly.

Swimmingpool (25m) for lane swim (check the schedule!) and smaller pool for kids. Good water quality. Unfortunately not so clean changing rooms and the showers in the women changing rooms are way too hot if they work at all. They are way too small and from the four showers most of the time only two work. I liked though the water quality and the temperature. It's great if you swim a lot but don't go at noon: too many people!

Good center, decent renovation, a lot of courses for any ages and interests. The swimming pool is the real pearl of this place, it has multiple lines and small warmer pool for kids with parents. Enough lockers and as a huge pro it has a family changing room. Usually, parking is not a problem, in the evening.

Very nice public indoor pool. Clean facilities warm water and not overly crowded. There is a pool for the kids with 3 feet of water and a 26 Meyer pool for laps.

Well run facility with a dedicated staff. Scheduling could be more parent friendly for free swim. The design of the facility/building itself is shockingly bad but all the city pools seem to be designed that way - in a city with long winters it really doesn't make sense to have the doors so far from the street. The city did not even have the foresight to add additional parking to the area so the streets are clogged in winter.

Small facility but great place to have in the borough with two pools, swimming lessons, free swim, a small workout gym, two basketball courts( badminton capable), a dance room, a casse croute and family activities on weekends and evenings. In the summer during the day they accommodate multiple summer camps from around NDG. It's busy but great for the kids!

Great sports centre. Clean facilities. Lots of activities. Nice little hip cafe with more than just your regular food. Not your everyday pastries, meals, snacks, lots of choices of fruit smoothies and coffees, and all on the healthy side owning up to a sports center helping you keep healthy. Wish the pool were a lot warmer as babies always end up with blue lips and shivering from head to toe. Lockers a bit tight esp since activities are all set at the same times so there's always a rush before and after the activities, but empty in between. No nudity allowed in family lockers (no complaints abt that rule) yet only 3 changing cubicles available. The only thing missing is its own parking space as you just find your luck with public street parking that's shared with the users of the library and clsc.

I had to stop going here because the water is much too cold in the multifunctional pool, and this was causing me health problems. And the 25 metre pool is very unsafe for Covid, close contact with strangers is a bad idea right now. Well that's Quebec for you. But the building still looks nice from outside.

I went to make use of the free hours at the pool. Very clean pool and flexible times, they offer hours druing which adults can swim laps, but there is also a smaller pool for kids to spend some time with your family in the water. Make sure to bring a lock for the changing rooms.
