This place is ????. If it wasn’t for The Five Elements Health Center, I wouldn’t know what Ashtanga yoga ????????♂️????????♀️ was????. Shiatsu massages are also phenomenal. Basically if you wanna be healthy at 100 go to this place????❤️???????? ❤️❤️❤️ BIENVENUE A TOUT LE MONDE❤️❤️❤️

I have practiced yoga here for more than 5 years. The space and the teaching is incredible. I have been able to achieve an international circus career and it all started at 5 Elements studio thanks to Katherine and Gudrun Leduc. Core strengthening, balance and relaxation guaranteed. A secret gem.
