Very clean, very polite staff, very polite and friendly members. In all honesty this gym is one of the best. The equipment is uptodate and not broken or torn. Locker room is kept clean and tidy. Great gym for anyone looking to get into shape or get into serious training.

Out of all the gyms I've been to, I like this one the best. The location is convenient, there's lots of parking available, there's a bus stop right in front, and the staff is very friendly. The prices are also amazing if you get a chance to sign up during one of their special sales!

This is the place for workput, very spacy. Lots of Treadmills, cycles. Separate place for Yoga, exercise and Pilate. A big changing room for men and women. Above all a daily quote on the board......

If you are looking for a spacious gym with a lot of equipment this is your place. Its a very big gym with a lot of choices of equipment so no need to worry about peek hours and waiting for a machine. Def a gym to lift. And the pricing to be honest cannot be beat in LaSalle. Amazing deals. But, if you are interested in classes, like zumba, then I would not recommend it. From the experience I had, I would say there are many gyms that offer more enticing classes with certified instructors.

Clean, very well equipped, super-friendly staff and cool clientele. It's currently being renovated, but it's now done slowly in sections so as not to be a bother at all, and the owners really take care of giving us a great workout environment. Raised my rating from 4 to 5 stars. The new look is awesome, so if they keep going like this, they'll end up the top fitness center in the area.

Good staff, clean gym, flexible hours and good pricing. It would be a perfect gym if they fixed their machines on time. Half the cardio machines need proper tuning and the one of the stair master has been broken for weeks.

I can say that this place was awesome years ago when it opened. The two brothers Joe & Marco were the owners back in the day. I have not been there for many years but I am looking to sign up for the 1 year membership. However, I have a question, do they have good trainers? I have lower back issues, a woman who wants to train to lose weight. If someone can answer it would be much appreciated. Thanks

Awesome place to train, however the staff does not enforce sanitization measures. I saw groups of people talking close to each others without masks, people walking around unmasked, and people not cleaning the machines after using them.
