Very satisfied with this gym. Membership is very cheap, machines are great and staff is very nice. I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered this gym back in 2017 when I moved to LaSalle. Definitely recommend :)

For the price their are better gyms, some machines don't work, it's not clean, some machine don't function like others even though they are the exact same machines, it needs renovation imo Prices are/w taxes 230 for 1 year 130 for 6 months It's mediocre but I like the people there and also all my friends go there as it is old and classic. It doesn't have the smell that most gyms have so if you hate that smell you should try this or at least I haven't noticed it.

Couple of instructors are nice, but I had very bad experience with the owner. He is to cocky, rude, makes fun of people!Once, I asked them to help one lady with exercises,just to show her,the blond lady(instructor)came out, and she stared to yell at us,she told us that they aren't payed enough to show us,and if don't like it,we can to Beaconsfield and pratice there. Anyways, a lot of rude people!!!

Very nice gym, good equipment, and high ceilings gives it an "airy" feel. However, the air circulation system may get overloaded during winter months, and you may feel a bit cramped with the cardio equipment on the 2nd floor.

Great gym in LaSalle. It's very conveniently located and it's open 24 hours during the week and long hours on the weekend. There is plenty of space and the workout equipment is great. For those so inclined, they offer group classes of things like spinning and yoga. On top of that, they run a lot of promotions for membership and the price is right

Dark (not enough light), old machines, locker room is dump and the lockers are old and very rusty. The gym is located right under 230 000 V power line (less than 10 m away!) which emits very strong electromagnetic field and can cause high voltage induction on any metal parts (yes, even your dumbbells!).

Love this place for the variety, and the number of machines. The only drawback is the parking space. It's full in the front, but to the side is gravel. Which unfortunately becomes muddy when it rains. But overall it's a nice establishment.

My wife and I have been members at Flex Gym for a while now and we are both happy with the level of service we have been provided. The gym is well setup with a large variety of machines and weights and is kept clean at all times. Although the gym gets very busy at rush hour (after work!) it is large enough to easily accommodate the influx. The staff is also very helpful and cordial. My wife also recently signed with the 'Total Body Tec' team for an intensive 6 month training program and was happy with the training services and the results achieved, The trainers from 'Total Body Tec' are knowledgeable professionals that provide a honest service. I suspect that the poster below was just someone that tried to pull a fast one on the Total Body Tec` staff or has an axe to grind... a shame really. My membership at Flex Gym expires next August and i will be renewing... again.. for the fourth time!

The pulleys are lubricated regularly and maintained. Machines that require repair are put aside and repaired rather quickly. The cleaning is done continuously. The showers would benefit from being renovated. The whole Gym needs a refresher but it's still very cool to train. The members of the Gym are pleasant to be around on the whole. The staff could be more cheerful but the owner is cool. Quite crowded, but you can train practically without waiting even during rush hour. (Original) Le Flex est un endroit où il fait bon s’entraîner. Gym presque 24/7. Si vous cherchez un Gym avec du bon matériel, en plusieurs exemplaires : 3 bench press, 2 incline (me semble) 4 squatting cages... Les poulies sont graissées régulièrement et entretenues. Les machines qui nécessitent une réparation sont mises de côté et réparées plutôt rapidement. Le ménage est fait en continu. Les douches gagneraient à être rénovées. L’ensemble du Gym nécessite un rafraîchissement mais ça reste très cool de s’entraîner. Les membres du Gym sont agréables à côtoyer dans l’ensemble. Le personnel pourrait être plus souriant mais le propriétaire est cool. Assez fréquenté, mais on peut s’entraîner quasiment sans attendre même aux heures de pointe.

My personal experience at Flex Gym was great. Attending for over 3 years, I had never complained. Excellent staff and a great community would be Flex's main qualities. Tidy place, yet the aroma from the snack bar penetrates your clothing and leaves you smelling like ''La Belle Province''. Regardless, a gym is meant to get dirty and work-out right? What mostly triggered my dislike for Flex Gym is the recent flow of customers. The parking lot is always full, I must park at the library across the street. The dumbbells are all mixed up, on the floor. Personally, i have waited over 40 minutes for a rack to do my squats. The community became horrible, people think they are so important yet as a veteran i modestly wait for an available bench. People stare with their shirts up, looking at their mediocre abdominal muscles in the mirror, with ''invisible lat syndrome''. I think they should put a minimal age of 16 or 18+, establish an etiquette informing to leave the ego at the door and maybe value their veterans a little bit more. For safety reasons, my name is not displayed real. To conclude, I strongly recommend any potential customers to find a less crowded gym.

Extremely rude owner. I stopped at the front desk one day to ask for their e-mail address on behalf of someone located outside Canada. It seemed like a simple request, but the owner was suspiciously standoffish about it (acting as if it was privileged information). After I insisted, and after much attitude on his part, he scribbled on a piece of paper an e-mail that turned out to be fake. I have been going to this gym on and off for about 8 years and after being a long-time customer, I felt very disrespected by this strange behavior. The place's main benefit is the proximity to my house. Otherwise, the gym is unexceptional, and the owner should learn about customer service. To be fair, this doesn't apply to the rest of the staff.

Reopened well prepared during these pandemic times. Bottles of disinfectant available all around the gym with brown paper dispensers. Plastic curtains between cardio machines..cleaning crews pass often during the day. For the most part members are respecting the rules and wiping down their machines..there will always be rebels...a friendly reminder might be necessary;) All in all good job...nice to see the familiar faces..
