I was shopping today for gyms next to my house. I pass by here today (Saturday,Jul 20 ) at 14.33. I asked for a tour or information, the customer service clerk was too "busy" to welcome me, show me the place or provide me with information. If this is the customer service then honestly I don't want to do anything here. I did the tour by myself, it seemed clean but machines are old models or the basic ones. I will continue shopping around LaSalle for another gym that at least can offer basic customer service, like showing appreciation to a new customer.

Simple easy and fun place to workout except the music is too loud over and above health and safety charts for decibels. Beware of sanitary conditions I bring my own rag for cleaning. I noted poor hygiene amongst the clientele fungus "warts" but it's what you pay for.

Nice clean gym, can get pretty busy, but unfortunately has some racism issues. There's an unusually high amount of a certain minority in this gym, I really found that cool, but some think this also makes it their private turf, so as a white person, you may be subject to disdain, intimidation or aggressive behaviour from particular patrons. I find it so sad, I really liked the gym, but I'm not training there anymore.

** UPDATE Turns out I was paying for another clients account, the gym was charging MY CREDIT card to a strangers account so watch your transactions I am sure I am not the only one it happened to. None the less staff was very apologetic ** Good gym, great washroom / changing room. Lots of equipment, gets pretty busy at times I try to avoid the afternoon rush. Staff is friendly, fairly cheap. the only reason I am giving it 4 starts and not 5 is because I am currently having an issue with them charging my credit card. I had signed up online and was never sent a confirmation that the account was sign up, 2 months later my card was being charged I Was told they would void 1 payment since I never actually went to the gym, the next month I was charged again spoke to the manager he said he would make sure I wasn't charged the next month. Here were are again I was charged, I called to explain what happen and was told I would have to see the manager after 11. I will be heading down there today hoping to resolve this.

Honestly not bad of a gym. Not the best, but still gives you the necessary needs. The only thing I hate about it, is the international student who don't like to respect the rules. They don't know what social distancing and wearing mask is, they come in groups and roam around thinking they are cool.

The male staff here is rude and mainly concerned with talking with their friends, if not for them the rating would be much higher. The female staff is professional and courteous. The gym itself lacks certain essential items, like a free bench press and EZ bars that go beyond 60 lbs. But the price is cheap and the fact they're open 24/7 is great.

Worst customer satisfaction. I cleared all my balance for the month of feb and they again charge me with penalty the same say and said next month is gonna be free..which in terms i am already being charged with penalty. Dont recommend buzzfit. They should understand we come here as a student. A little amount matters.

nice gym, clean and well spaced out. super good membership price. Devan is a super good personal trainer and there are many others to choose from as well. Sometimes there's a bad odor from people who dont have proper hygiene or use deoderant erant. Maybe management can put spray deoderant in the changing rooms instead of mouth wash? Few sprays of essential oil in the air once in a while would be great.

the gym is good and all but NO ONE wears their mask while working out. There is NO ONE with a mask on at the LaSalle Location. Whenever I go to workout, I always see people lingering around without their mask OFF, talking to people with no mask, NO ONE WEARS THEIR MASK LIKE THEY SHOULD BE!!! NOT ONE!

Staff are doing their best during the covoid. However, what’s the point in having a mask mandate when clients are not wearing mask or not using them appropriately. Obviously when there’s once staff member by themselves they can’t do the job of 3 people (temp check, mask check, hand sanitizer etc...). BuZz fit originality had a sink to wash your hand but has since removed it for this hand sanitizer (doesn’t agree with me) they’ve taken away options. If this keeps up buzz will be a breeding ground if they don’t have more staff to one let clients know what’s expected of them , another one to walk around as well as one to deal with clients.

Used to be good last year but air control is pretty bad not much circulation of the air once it gets full. It appears that people often don't respect that its a gym not a chat room & they don't have much consideration for those who come to actually work out seriously. Lotts of people sitting on machines on texting. Carole Zach, Anthony, Eric Sabrina, Mark & Kevin still holdin it down. I cancelled my membership and they still charged me a "Maintenance Fee". If you're considering on joining a gym in LaSalle, buzzfit should be your last choice. Management isn't friendly and you can tell that they don't care about their clients. The fans on the cardio machines are dusty and the cleaning solution isn't adequate to my standard. Obviously their business model is to offer gym access at a cheap price, I believe they do the bare minimum. You get for what you pay for. The only good thing about buzzfit LaSalle is Ben who actually to gives outstanding customer service. If you have any questions ask for Ben!

I am new to Montreal, just moved here from Paris. I joined this gym for the good price. The other day I sat down at the pectoral exercise machine and I noticed a peice of caca on the seat. At first I tought it was a Oh henry chocolate bar but after a sniff test it was definitely caca. Good thing I like caca. If it was someone else they would have freaked. So thank you stranger for your caca. The caca is now in my freezer untill I decide what to do with it.

Nice clean place for work out, with new equipment. Most of the staff is friendly and exceptionally Alex who welcomes everyone at the door. He's a great part of the team. I personally don't think new clients would feel that warm welcome if that guy wasn't there. Unfortunately, i heard the management decided to let him go due to a cross between him and another staff member. Don't really know what the matter was, but franchise members be aware that your losing a great asset by letting him go(not fair in my opinion). I will keep being a member of the gym as i like it there, but won't bring any more friends if buzzfit treats his employees as such. Somewhere you'll go Alex, someone will recognise your potential and treat you accordingly for sure. Good luck mate..

The gym doesn't enforce customers to wear their masks which is aggravating. Majority of clients don't wash equipment after use. Even a trainer at the gym was in a session with a client who didn't have a mask the entire workout. Doesn't set a great example when one of the employees isn't following the gyms policies. I've mentioned the concern with staff and there still seems to be no improvement, if anything its gotten worse

It's an ok Gym, machines are decent but no pre made bench press. You have to use squat racks and drag a bench. (Cost saving) pre made barbells go up to 60 pounds for straight and curved (Cost saving) other than that it's a pretty good gym for 11$ a month. Miles ahead of econo fitness.

I'm having a question here, guys. I tried calling many times to cancel my membership a few months back during the lockdown from March. No one picked up the phone. Nowhere to leave a voice message even. You may notice also there's no email address to contact on the website. On July 1st, I was charged 45.98$ for equipment fees. This is no fair. If this gym cares about their clients. they may consider to reimburse this fee as this is not fair. Will they?

This gym used to be clean when they first open. I don't know if they cut down on cleaning crew but it is getting dirty and smelly in the man's changing room. They should clean it more often and use more air freshener. I have tried the BuzzFit in Brossard and it is superclean. Maybe the owner should go there and take a look.
