A really great environment to get into Muay Thai. They work with all levels of fighter and work with you at your level when training. Be prepared to work hard and push yourself beyond your current fitness limit. I've been out of muay thai for 9 years and consider myself very fit but these classes are a challenge for me. One thing I would like to see if more of a focus on the bowing and respect for the great teachers here they are great and really deserve more recognition.

Overall an amazing gym with fantastic instructors. They teach you the proper Muay Thai technique in a very welcoming environment open to all. Would recommend for anyone, from someone looking for a new way to get fit all the way up to experienced fighters looking for a gym to train in.
