The Fit House is always a pleasure to workout at. From amazing staff & a phenomenal personal trainer, to an inclusive, professional and clean environment, it’s exactly what a gym should be. The progress I’ve made at by his gym is unparalleled to anywhere I’ve worked out before and I attribute it to knowledgeable trainers.

This is my favourite place to workout! Got everything I need, great support, private, and a no judgment zone. My mom is 51 years old and started working out there a few months ago, went from using 5lb dumbbells to 35s in the span she’s been training there! It’s hard to go back to commercial gyms after going here once you’ve had a few training sessions. Top notch!!!
