Here you will be able to see the feddbacks of people who are buying the products of Limitless Performance (Gym) in Kitchener (Canada).
At the moment the firm gets a rating of 4.6 out of 5 and that rating is based on 30 reviews.
As you can see the average of ratings that it reaches is practically the highest, and it's based on a high number of feddbacks, so we may conclude that the valuation is very credible. If many people have bothered to give their opinion when they are pleased with the business, it works.
You know that we do not usually bother to give reviews when they are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Gym belongs to the category of Fitness center.
Where to begin, calling this place just a gym is an understatement. Community, family, education and constant improvement are what I would use to describe Limitless Performance. I started at LP in January for the “bring your fittest buddy challenge,” and quickly became hooked on the early morning workouts, amazing energy and knowledge that you get from both the coaches and members. LP’s blending of technology and fitness gives you a real-time way to view, track and manage your progress. The coaches help to determine the goals you are striving for and are eager to motivate you to reach them. The classes are intense for every members level and I really enjoy the diverse programming combinations. My only disappointment is the fact that I didn’t join sooner.
In the time I have been here it has exceeded my expectations. All staff and members are friendly and supportive. Facility is always clean/tidy, equipment is good quality, and they make great use of the space. The workouts are intense (even for someone with a CrossFit background) and I always feel challenged. Very happy being an LP member.
LP has become a staple in our lifestyle, visiting the gym everyday is an essential part of my daily routine. The trainers are excellent, the facility is top notch and best in the city. For anyone looking to challenge themselves or making a change in their life - you have to visit Limitless Performance.
Look at the prices then laugh hysterically.
Limitless
Best Gym in the region, I have had amazing results, they treat you like family, i have never been to a gym like it
Fantastic coaches, well-rounded programming and a collaborative and encouraging atmosphere. Their BABE-ies program is great!
Great group of trainers and programming!
I love this place. The facility... the coaches... the workouts are top notch. I always leave the gym feeling a great sense of accomplishment.
My plan was to join LP for 3 months for a change of routine and to try something different. Almost 2 years later I'm still a member and kick myself for not joining earlier. LP has become part of my daily routine and I've seen amazing results. Great family vibe, awesome coaches, exhausting workouts :)
Started going here July with a mommy friend and loved the summer mommy boot camp. They offered the family classes as well but now I have transitioned into a six month membership and love getting my butt kicked. Instructors are great, friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. Clean place to work out and easy to access. Saw results within my first month hence me coming back for more. Thank you team!
It is difficult to describe this gym because it is so different from traditional gyms I’ve been a member of. The moment you walk through the door, it is an experience. The people are close knit and welcoming. They invite you in without singling you out and you instantly feel a part of something. As someone without a strong background in lifting, they ensure I understood the lifts and gave clear instructions and demonstrations. There was no preferential treatment for the athletes who can lift more or have been there longer. The gym itself is beautiful and well kept. Awesome equipment and lots of room to workout. The owners are outstanding and a more welcoming team you will be hard pressed to find. They love working hard and delivering the results. They live the values of the gym and it is so apparent. Lots of challenges throughout the year to keep you motivated and engaged. It’s a gym for people who want to be better - make it your gym!!!
Adam De Jong is the man
Great staff and gym.
When I first joined Limitless I was only planning to finish the trial and bring what I had learned to another gym to continue my fitness journey. I have now been at LP for 5 years and go at least 4-5 times a week. The programming is unlike any other gym- no one can compare. Each workout pushes you to new limits and is always changing so you are never doing the "same old" exercises. The coaching staff is the ultimate reason I am still a member. They truly do care about your personal growth and success. The coaches are also the reason the facility has the "family" atmosphere you will experience at LP. I have never seen even a personal coach as invested in my health as the team at Limitless has been. Thank you LP for helping and teaching me to live the FIT life!
Great facility with a staff that are focused on members attaining their goals. No room to hide, if you only have an hour a day and are striving for real results, this is the place for you.
Great gym. Family feel. If you want to challenge yourself and get results this is the place for you.
here's the breakdown workouts: 4/5 ( great routine, different everyday) why not a 5, because if you are an older member, you can fend for yourself, if you are "new" or "newer" you are being left alone. . . only 2 coaches actually take time to show you the right posture and the "how" to do an exercise (one of the reason why I switched for 7h30pm class, Coach Alex is absolutely a great 1. Workouts are crossfit routine, so be prepared to sweat. You cant build your own workout, routines are pre-build and everybody does the same Time slots: (2/5) classes range from 5am-6am-7am-8am-9h30am-12h30-16h30-17h30-19h30. weekends: 30 min open gym and 30min bootcamp :which sucks , I would love to go at 2 or 3 pm, due to my work schedule, but they're not open. ON the weekend, I do a lot of overtime, and would love to attend an early pm class, but its impossible because they're closed. . . you always feel "rushed" to leave the turf since the other class begins. very hard to accomplish stretches or desiring to workout longer..... I used to workout either 9h30 or 12h30, but switched it for 7h30 because of the "COACH". Location: great location (outside) : INSIDE SPACE: the old location was better: the new one, very narrow, always bumping onto something, hard to change weights since racks are so close to each other. there's a little hidden corner where members concentrate on their Olympic lifting. Some of my friends hate it, because its secluded, there's no support, high risk of injuries because no supervision. Not a good option for a newbie. SUPPORT/COACHING: 1/5: I've been at this gym for almost 3 years, (made great friends, im used to it, so im lazy to look for another gym but will have no choice when my membership renewal comes up in a few months). when I started, I loved it, a family vibe a community bond, everyone helping out each other. Now it is a different story, I came to realize how everyone is somewhat connected to the owners/coaches. if its not a best-friend, its a hockey playmate, or family member or they simply don't like you for whatever reason. I came to realize they always vouch and recognize the same members, either its business purposes or somewhat they are related. I've seen members with drastic transformation and not once were they recognized. Certain coaches, if help is requested, it always seems a bother to them. Nutrition wise, don't get me started. Now im waiting to see with this new coach and her nutrition studies what will it bring differently. now the best for last: COST: it became a huge money grab. new members is about 194/month, regular members about 170 (those are month to month membership, and about 140 if you're on a contract. You want to be part of their challenges, you gotta pay, you would like an extra consultation, gotta pay 40$ (and trust me, consultation are not worth it, best is to consult amongst members!), you want to weight yourself on their body composition scale, which takes a mere 5 seconds: you gotta 5$, you wanna use their towels, 2$ or 10$/month.... you want coffee 3$....shall I go on........ the cost for a crossfit gym is ridiculous. About 5 of my friends and I included will be looking for other gyms starting this summer. You don't get your money's worth. it is a pricey gym for lack of hours, lack of freedom, lack of services provided, lack of support/motivation, lack of coaching. Again, if you are in an intermediate or expert level of crossfit and don't mind paying almost 200$ a month, I can't lie, their workout routine is absolutely great. keep in mind, the crew is a young bunch, they can't really understand the struggle of being overweight, their "peep talk" is the same from 1 to another. Every member has a different reality in regards of physique, and they can't seem to adapt to each of our needs. Confidentiality is an issue. I've heard members sharing other member's consultation because some coaches share their thoughts//opinions or what was said in their consultation with other members. which is wrong But crossfit is crossfit...shop around....
Been a member for a couple of months now and I'm loving it. The coaches are friendly and helpful. It's a very positive place, the workouts can be challenging but it's worth it.
It amazes me how caring and understanding this community really is. Such an amazing experience!!
