I could go on all day about how special of a place Lil's Gym is, but I'll keep it somewhat short.
I had been weightlifting for quite sometime and was essentially stuck with very little progress to show for it in terms of gains. I decided I wanted to get a trainer/coach.
I got in contact with Craig and met with him shortly there after, and I swear it felt like I knew the guy for years because he was so welcoming, and immediately made me feel like I belonged (unlike pretty much any major gym chain). I sat down with Craig for about 15 min discussing my fitness goals and all that good stuff. That same evening Craig got back to me with all my details, which included who my coach would be, Chris.
Chris is what any athlete, fitness enthusiast, or anyone who is just looking to get into shape would want in a coach. He knows what I'm capable of and pushes me until I reach my limits, and then some. Chris never stops coaching, he is so knowledgable and is constantly providing me with feedback that allows me the proper tools to perform perfect technique, and get more out of my lift... He also makes me do weighted planks and dead hangs which are the equivalent to hell I imagine. My strength has gone through the roof since the day Chris began coaching me. I highly recommend requesting him specifically.
