Fitness Depot has some really good deals and their customer service is excellent! Even during this pandemic they have been able to keep prices down compared to their competitors. Their only flaw is they don't ship but shipping prices are too high anyways.

I reviewed the Hamilton spot, but this stores deserves some credit as well. I've been shopping here for years. The staff know their stuff. Ask them any question about any product and they will have the answer. Even if its not a product they carry! I research everything to death. I'm always impressed with how much these guys know. Anyone looking at fitness equipment needs to shop at Fitness Depot. Anywhere else, and you will probably end up with the wrong stuff! Here's a look at my custom rack. I love it!

During the remodel of my basement gym, the guys at Fitness Depot were so helpful! They saved me money by letting me know when items were on sale and suggesting a better (cheaper) alternative for my flooring. They saved me time by giving me installation tips too! Bought a basic home gym: a crossbox, barbell and a bench. Arrived within a couple of weeks, much faster than I expected given the covid situation. No issues so far: the equipment seems to be of pretty good quality, similar to a commercial gym, even though I didn't go for the most expensive stuff. Will definitely shop at this place again and highly recommend it.

I recently purchased a Schwinn SC5 indoor cycle from Fitness Depot Kitchener, and returned the following week to buy a cadence sensor/computer for the bike. My experience both times was amazing! For the SC5 purchase the owner, Wes, took all the time I needed to show me the features of the bike, show me other spin bikes I could consider, and let me try the various bikes for as long as I wanted, to inform my purchase decision. I ordered the SC5 bike with "delivery and setup' and that delivery/setup experience was first rate as well. My second visit, to purchase a cadence senor/computer for the SC5 was equally fabulous as well. Brad showed me how to resolve a minor issue I had with the SC5, then showed me how to install the cadence device - all told, Brad spent a good 25 minutes with me - simply superb customer service! I highly recommend you go to Fitness Depot, Kitchener for your fitness equipment try-outs and purchases. I'm so glad I did, and I heartily recommend them!

Absolutely look for an alternative fitness supplier. They will infringe on your rights, they will discriminate against you. My 15 yr old son and I walked out. They could not have been more rude. There are many other distributors , use them.

It's been 5 months now since I purchased my equipment from The Fitness Depot and I have to say, I'm glad I went there to get it! The quality is top notch and at a very reasonable price. Definitely call ahead before taking the time to visit the Kitchener store. Their stock is extremely low on certain items, probably due to COVID. What's online is certainly not guaranteed to be in store. Was really disappointing! Hopefully stock improves in the future. Staff seemed nice enough.

Superior service! Wes was great! I have purchased several things from the Kitchener Fitness Depot in the past. My most recent experience was purchasing a Concept 2 Bike Erg. It was in the Fitness Depot warehouse and had to be ordered in for pickup at the Kitchener store. The warehouse rotation for deliveries meant that I wouldn't get my bike for 2-3 weeks. Wes knew I was itching to get it so when he was at the warehouse for something else, he thought of me and he personally picked up my bike and called me to say he has it in. This goes above and beyond! Thank you Wes. Such personal customer service. This is the second large expensive piece of equipment I have purchased from them. I also purchased a Concept 2 Rower and received fast and efficient service then as well. I won't be going anywhere else for my home gym workout equipment. Thank you Wes and Fitness Depot!

Although my wife and I are both avid gym regulars for many years now, we do sometimes work out at home. And there's always things you need at the gym that are not provided, like chalk or lifting straps. Anyway, this place will have what you are looking for, and the prices cannot be beat. They are amazing. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Maybe someday I'll get that squat rack, plates and bar and set up a home gym. If so, this is the place to get such things!
