Fantastic trainers and owners. Amazing and fun atmosphere. If you want to get sweaty and be deliciously sore a day or two later, this is a great place to find a personal trainer, or class to do that. It's also a lot smaller and private than a large box gym, so if you're self conscious, or just don't like the herds of people at those types of places, try Fetter Fitness! Although be aware that you can't work out on your own here. It's not fancy, but the knowledgeable and outgoing people there more than make up for that.
