Luke has been an inspiration to my son Colin in his conditioning and fitness for the last 8 months. My son is 14 years old and is a hockey goalie. When Luke first started training Colin, Colin was at the point of exhaustion and very pale as he has never been to a fitness and conditioning trainer before. Luke believes in fairness and respect with his clients to the point that if he feels the person needs to be pushed a bit more to get there, Luke honors that and accepts the challenge. Over the last 8 months, my son has gained muscle/ strength / discipline along with much better cardio before he started with Luke. Due to Luke's fitness and conditioning, my son is playing at an elite level of hockey against 18 to 20 year old's. Colin would not have gotten to this point if it wasn't for Luke's commitment and dedication to make Colin the best he can be. I would highly recommend Luke for fitness and conditioning for any age as Colin has already proven in a short period of time.

I’m going to get this out of the way right off the bat: I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Luke’s services to anyone. If you your’e an experienced Health/Fitness “Nut”, or someone just starting out, Evoluketion can help you on your wellness journey. I have always hated the gym and working out in general. I could never get past the tedium I associated with it, or over the insecurities thatI felt when around the lifting power of the more veteran “bro” types that frequented the weight area. After a minor heart scare (if you can call a heart scare minor) combined with consistently passing out on the couch covered in beer and burrito sauce, I decided to take some first steps and reached out to Luke. Luke was always supportive, encouraging, and seemed to know exactly how much and when to push me. I genuinely felt that he cared about me and my well being. Not once did he scream in my face, “Do it! One more you maggot!”, and I never once left in an emotional mess of tears. Pain yes, but in a good way. Through Luke’s encouragement, tips on form, and meal prep recommendations, I learned that you don’t have to be amaz-balls out of the gate: any step forward makes a difference no matter how small. I was able to make my own wellness a part of everyday life thanks to the first steps I took with Evoluketion Fitness and I have felt great as a result. It’s hard, takes time, and is a constant battle, but with a little consistency, anyone can do it. Trust me, avoidant and lazy are two of my most defining personality traits, so that’s saying something. Evoluketion Fitness is the business!

I have been taking two of Luke's small group training classes: Friday nights and Sunday mornings. His classes are well thought out with lots of weights, cardio and drills of both. I am in the fitness industry myself, as a group fitness instructor for 16 years. Luke is knowledgeable and can work with anyone's fitness level. He is a great motivator and encourager. I definitely recommend him as a trainer and I especially taking his bootcamps. I know that these classes will get me back in my best shape ever. #powerhour

My passion for fitness began as a runner. My childhood dream was to run in the Boston Marathon someday. As a Personal Trainer, I was looking for more.... I connected with Luke and have been training with him 2x a week since November. Luke is professional, well-educated, a greater listener and very patient. He challenges me with his custom cross-fit, strength-style workouts that have pushed me to the athlete I am. In April 2018, I knew I needed a change in my lifestyle and health. I signed up for MUD HERO 2018 Obstacle Race for August. I was not in shape and needed fitness guidance to prepare me for the obstacle race. Luke took the time to understand my fitness level and developed weekly workout routines that challenged me but kept me motivated. He is patient and felt completely at ease while I was training. Luke has extensive knowledge in strength and conditioning training and understands how to build a solid workout program while keeping it fun. With Luke's help, I was able to complete my first ever MUD HERO race. I never would have been able to do it without his training, motivation and support. To this day, I continue to join his group training session on Sunday's and also ongoing 1-on-1 personal training. :)

I have been doing one-on -one training with Luke for 4 weeks now and I am already seeing noticable differences in my muscle tone and weight. I had a absolutely no idea what I was doing in the gym before going to see Luke, but Luke made me feel at ease right away and I didn't feel at all like I didn't know what I was doing because Luke is great at explaining the exercise before you begin. Luke also has done a meal plan for me (which is amazing and easy to follow) and designed an at home workout plan for when I'm not working out with him. He also does Groupclasses which are A+.

I started working out with Luke after a long hiatus from exercise. I was initially very nervous and worried. However, Luke started me out slowly and developed a workout routine to suit my fitness level. Luke is patient, kind and nonjudgmental which makes the whole process less intimidating. I find this very refreshing and helpful. Because of my training with him, my back pain has significantly reduced, on the days I work out I have more strength, I tend to sleep better and I wake up feeling better. These are huge health and fitness accomplishments for me. I highly recommend Luke as trainer and I will continue working out with him for as long as I can.

I've been doing regular personal training sessions with Luke for over a year now and he's been phenomenal with everything. I am an obese woman and we train one-on-one and I have never once felt judged or disrespected by him. He trains out of a small nicely done gym in a residential area. The gym itself is clean and well maintained every time I go there. There is a variety of machines and he always starts our sessions with "how are you feeling [physically]" and "what do you want to work on today" which I like a lot since it gives me more control over my own fitness and allows me flexibility. He's always on top of letting me know when I improve on certain exercises or when I do a good job in general. He's consistent with cleaning the machines before you use them, and is fully vaccinated. He'll take any COVID/other health concerns seriously! I see myself continuing to train with him for the foreseeable future. :)

What can I say, I have been working with Luke now for over a year. He is a great trainer. He works closely with you to ensure your form is good and keeping you motivated to keep coming back for a “beating” :P. A good beating that is. I have been attending Luke's Sunday morning class for the last 3 months and have noticed a considerably higher level of endurance and strength. He switches up the exercises every week and you rarely see the same exercise repeated from week to week. He also modifieds the exercises if you have an injury or do not have the strength to complete the exercise. I liked the classes that I was attending so much, I decided to do an 8 week bundle. The bundle includes a meal plan, work out plan and is reasonably priced. The one on one workouts included in the plan are challenging but fun. Luke is great at motivating me and if I stick to the plan I should get quick results. I recommend Evoluketion Fitness to anyone that wants to get in shape and have fun.
