Became a member several years back - Then in 2018 I joined the staff team. I'd have to say on both sides of the desk I was super happy with the space, ample free weights, great people and uplifting experiences from the staff when I was a member. As part of the team now, I see how great the members themselves are, friendly, accommodating, and how much everyone cares. I strive to help Mission Fitness grow as a teacher, trainer, coach. But as still someone who trains here - I love it

Been a member for years and in and out of town 1/2 the time. Old management was great to work with accommodating my schedule to be fair. New staff just ruined my day turning me away when I needed two more days to work out and I was gone 7 of the last 8 weeks. They wanted drop in or I had to leave. Typical attitude of rude and foolish staff not understanding any customer relationships. They just lost a customer who has given them business for about 5 years. I will never step foot in that place again and will never recommend it. Poor customer experience with new management. What a joke.

Good price, really decent equipment, clean, never too busy, decent classes and most folks who go are friendly, non-judgmental and are there to get into better shape. The track is a big bonus. Not the best in town, but far from the worst and great for the price point.

Checked out this gym since the reviews were decent and I’m in lower mission.. The only good thing about this gym is the friendly staff, aside from that, the equipment is ancient, only has the basics for equipment, I’m surprised they even call it a gym lol, and it is a small.. Definitely no where near the $60+ a month they charge. I left the gym with my hands literally black from all the dirt on the machines lol, which the washroom facility there are beyond a joke. Goodlife would be a better choice.

Fantastic gym! The staff are extremely friendly and seem to genuinely enjoy being at the front desk. I've really appreciate how they have handled COVID precautions- the gym always feels super clean and sanitary! There's always lots of parking just outside, and they have a great range of opening hours so I can always fit a workout in. Thanks for the great service they provide!

Great equipment and lots of elbow room for serious lifters. Get in and out, no waiting for machines. Nice members change room with private showers and a TV. Sweet!
