Such a great guy, he's been my trainer for over 4 years and it's helped so much. I used to struggle with back and knee pain because of my scoliosis and patellofemoral pain syndrome. He's helped me strengthen my core and leg muscles to a point that I don't have to worry about knee problems as a young adult. Anyone who has met Mike knows he's a genuine, kind person. He's also incredibly good with kids if you want your kid to be more active and healthy.

After spending over a year with Mike, my wife and Ilost over combine 50 pounds! They could not have been done to help Mike and his great support!
