I took the 42 day challenge and had such a wonderful experience that I am staying on!! I haven't worked out in over 20 years and Steve, Asha and the team at Kelowna Bootcamp made working out fun!! The workouts are amazing, diverse and only 30 minutes so there are NO excuses not to come in! There is personal attention through out the classes so you are ensured you are doing the workout correctly and getting the most out of it! Where can you go where you have a fun, an encouraging group AND personal attention? Kelowna Boot Camp!!

Just completed the 6 week challenge at Kelowna Bootcamp! It was such an uplifting experience, overall. Doing regular classes with Steve, Asha, Rebecca, and Tristan kept me accountable to go regularly. Their positivity is infectious, and I was able to create good habits for eating well and exercising. I have so much more energy now than I did at the start and feel stronger with every class. As a bonus, I've been able to get to sleep earlier, and as someone who gets up at 4:30am regularly, that is HUGE! Now that the challenge is done, I'm continuing with the gym so I can keep improving! Plus, we even had an '80s day at one point (photo evidence attached.)! I definitely recommend them if you're looking to kickstart your health and fitness from zero, like I did after quarantine, or if you just want to make healthy changes!

This place is great! Quick work outs that really make you sweat and work your muscles. Every day focuses on new muscle groups. Trainers are attentive and encouraging - especially Asha who really pushes you. Edit: after 42 days I've lost 27.7lbs and 8.3% body fat. If you fully commit, this team will make it happen.

The gentleman I met with was late, and I can't say I'm comfortable with their Covid procedures. They have not stopped indoor classes despite regulations, do not use masks, and don't seem to hold any water to the pandemic. I'm also uncomfortable with how they present themselves. They advertise a free workout plan, but it actually costs hundreds of dollars. You get your money back if you succeed in the challenge, but it feels deliberately missleading to me.

The environment is very positive and I get as much guidance and encouragement as I need. The workouts are tailored to my ability and fitness level and I feel a great sense of accomplishment after each session. Overall, the staff, facilities, and program are great and I absolutely recommend!

Best decision I've ever made. I've replaced my old bad habits by creating new healthy habits, ie...healthy foods instead of junk food, exercising instead of sitting on the couch. I now have more energy and I'm down 17lbs in 6 weeks. I've signed up to become a member because I like these classes sooo much...and the coaches too.

I really love this place because after you've been there for awhile it starts to feel like family. Your muscles never get overworked because the exercises change everyday and there are so many different ones. There is alot of fun energy in there. I did a 42 day challenge just to get started and I feel amazing ????

My wife and I just finished the 6 week challenge and couldn't be more pumped with the results! definitely continuing with a membership. It's pretty incredible what you can accomplish here in such a short amount of time - can't wait to see long term. The classes are quick and jam packed, with lots of variety so it keeps it fun and interesting while still kicking your a$$. Everyone here is awesome, and you are completely supported in everyway. The 6 week challenge at Kelowna Bootcamp gave me the tools to start and follow a healthy nutrition and workout plan. The challenge was great because putting money down on yourself holds you accountable to strive to achieve your goals! I Really enjoy Kelowna Bootcamp! There are lots of class times to choose from, the workouts change daily and they are only 30 minutes. The workouts are challenging and can be adapted to anyones fitness level and needs. The trainers are super supportive and motivating :) I definitely recommend Kelowna Bootcamp for someone who is looking for a challenge and does not want to spend a lot of time at the gym.

Couple weeks ago I was close to finishing my 42 day challenge, couldn't finish the last week unfortunately. During the time I was attending the amount of progress that was made and routine with changing up my diet was giving me great results. Instructors are great ???? I'm looking forward to getting back in the new year !!

I just completed a 6-week weight-loss challenge here. The challenge was to lose either 20 lbs or 5% body fat. I expected it to be more one-on-one. There was an orientation and weigh in at the beginning with gaining access to a website with recipes on it. They provided a piece of paper to use as a weekly food journal that they said they would check each week, but they never checked any of mine. I weighed in again after 3 weeks and again after 6 weeks. I expected they would meet with me to see if I needed to tweak anything in my eating or exercise but they didn't. I was on my own. I had access to their gym for any of the bootcamps. I attended their 30-minute bootcamps 4-5 times per week. I knew I would need to do a lot more than the minimum 3 bootcamps per week required for the challenge. I also attended another gym, Leslie Park Fitness at least 3 times a week, which were 1 hour bootcamps. Leslie did check on my challenge progress weekly and some weeks even more often, and the challenge wasn't even thru her gym. I walked 1 hour on my lunch breaks Monday-Friday and walked and/or ran on the weekends. My goal every day was to reach 12, 000+ steps, which I did. Also I had to adjust my eating habits. At the end of the 6 weeks I lost 14.7 lbs, 6.5", and 5.5% body fat! I'm proud of myself and my progress. The bootcamp coaches are great at Kelowna Bootcamp .

Just finished the 6 week challenge and I feel great! The challenge gave me just the kick start I needed to get me off the couch , eat better and move more. The 30 min classes are always different and challenging so it will keep me coming back for more .

Signed up to do the 42 day challenge to get ready for trip to Hawaii…. Great coaches and facility. Workouts are tough but very effective. Had to make shift to online classes during the new Covid restrictions. Weighed in today and MADE MY GOAL. Thankyou so much for the all the support. Unfortunately cancelled the trip but will continue with workouts and new diet to get ready for the next trip. Special shout-out to Asha - awesome coach - very passionate and motivating on my fitness journey.

Come check this place out! I can't beleive I found this gym first try !! You will be welcomed by yhe trainers AND the members!!! Some people have been here a long time and speak highly of the trainers, and are in great shape ...I was OUT of shape...I just completed the 42 day challenge. I am stronger, lighter, and happier. The workouts are fast and fun...the trainers are walking around keeping everyone motivated and offereing suggestions for alternative moves at your level. They tell you how to make your workout more intense, or how to modify if you are struggling.I highly recommend the 42 day challenge because there are a few perks such as meal planning, and grocery guides...you get your weight, and muscle mass etc measued at the start, middle, and after the 42 days! ...what is measured, is IMPROVED!!! If you are determined to begin a healthy life style...just start here!! I love this place !!

I would recommend this bootcamp to anyone and everyone! Me and my husband joined and we are soooo happy we did! Going to the gym and home workouts didn't work for us, finding this bootcamp has and we are now full time Fit Family members! All of the coaches are sooo friendly and greet you by name every class!! There is such a positive atmosphere and the workouts are always changing and challenging!! The classes go by super fast and then you are pumped full of energy to get through the rest of your day!

I have been going to this place since last few months and it is really great. It is only 30 mins of workout but it is very intense and sweating a lot. Everyday there is a new work out plan and all the trainers are super awesome. I totally recommend this place to anyone who prefers a personal trainer.
