You will see the feddbacks of people who are buying the services and products of H2O Adventure + Fitness Centre (Gym) in Kelowna (Canada).
At this moment the firm has a score of 4.5 stars over 5 and the rating has been based on 127 reviews.
You must have seen that the average score it has is practically the best one, and it's based on a large number of feddbacks, so we can think that the valuation is very reliable. If many people have bothered to evaluate when they are happy with the business, it works.
As you know, we do not usually stop to set evaluations when they are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Gym belongs to the category of Community center.
Excellent place to get the energy out of the kids!! Fully staffed and friendly too!
A little to busy most days cool pools and water slides... I dig the cool monkey bars in the gym...
In November I decided to sign up for a membership, I got a deal on it and I was planning on signing up my daughter as well in January for swim classes. They lady at the front desk was very helpful, she even saved my daughter details so I wouldn't need to come in to separately to sign her up when the class registration starts - I could just call she said. I downloaded the app, of course you need to call to activate but I was excited so I didn't think of it as hassle. Then I found out I was pregnant and I was feeling sick, so I couldn't make it to any classes in November and judging by my first pregnancy I assumed my sickness will last at least another month - so I called to take advantage of the " on hold" option for the month of December, hoping that I can start classes in January and I can take my daughter to swimming classes. I talked to a person on the phone and she asked the details to put my membership on hold and told me it was set. Then I asked if I can register my daughter for her swim class, she told me that for registration I would need to go in to h2o in person. At that point I was getting upset. I thought to myself "what kind of facility is this.. they have apps, and phones but you'd need to go in person if you want to get things done - especially when I was told that I wouldn't need to" . Anyway since I couldn't get this done, I was like whatever I will get it done in January. Couple days after the phone-call I have noticed they charged me for December - but I was like, maybe it was already processed before my call so probably they will just put it towards January or something. It did bug me a bit so I tried to call 2 more times during December but no luck, so I just gave up. I shouldn't have! When in December 31st I noticed a new charge from H2O on my card I was furious. So today 2nd of January I went in person to find out whats happening. The lady at the front desk (older lady with glasses-sorry forgot to look for a name tag) told me that my membership was never on hold and they don't do holds over the phone. I was shocked. I told her what happened, I even explained the reason why I put it on hold rather than cancelling. At this point I was already charged about $150 by H20 and not once have I been in the gym. I wasn't complaining as I know that November was fully on me and I thought I was on hold for December, so I am happy to be charged for January when I was gonna start attending. She said "Sorry about that, but there is no phone records or anything to prove that"- I was very very disappointed and upset, not just about the fact that I was mislead and charged for something I shouldn't have been, but for the fact that apart from the lame " sorry about that" there was zero effort to compensate or try to make me want to stay a member. Let alone the fact that my earlier thought on useless phone-calls and apps became on point with the fact that you do need to go and get everything done in person otherwise it won't get done and you might pay the price. Very middle age and not at all customer friendly service. I asked them to refund me for January and cancel my membership. The lady acted like she is doing me a favour by issuing a refund "at least I can get your money back" - lol I was like" It is the first day of the month you open of course you issuing a refund as I won't use minute of the facility in this month.. The month of December is the problem which I have paid for unknowingly")- I don't want to support a facility and be a member where members are nothing else but money in their eyes. I wonder if after all this will they smack me with a cancellation fee as well?! I wish I had a different experience and it is very frustrating, but because of this poor customer service experience I would not recommend H20.
closes early and even super early on sunday though people pay good money to be able to spend their extra time here their not able to anyways wake up kelowna its not a small town anymore!!!!
Great pool.
Great rec center, facilities are wonderful. I prefer going at times when kids are home as they can be a bit busy.
Went with friends of the family, and their friends, 12 of us in total. It was a blast for the kids, and I enjoyed the large pool and hot tubs. This place is amazing - coming from the lower mainland, I haven't seen anything as large and feature-rich as this. Lazy-river, wave pool (not as strong as a dedicated wave pool, but meant for kids), kids hot tub, adult hot tub (I appreciate not allowing kids into the adult tub), and a large pool for diving, lengths, and polo. The wakeboarding is definitely a big plus, but it would be nice if they had a time limit instead of a try-limit to make the line go faster.
Heaven for kids. You need to beg them, or drag them out.....
H20 fitness has some of the best equipment, trainers, views and of course the waterpark is wonderful
Great facility. Lazy river. Pool. Dive pool. Slides although the hours on the slides are quite restricted.
One of the best recreation centers the family and I have been. There is lots to do here; you can enjoy a dip in the hot tub, enjoy a relaxing swim through the Lazy River, if you have courage you can try the water slide and Flo-Rider. With a membership your youngster can join their boys/girls club that have fun activities Tuesday nights. H2O has lots to offer with some great friendly staff members.
If you go to Kelowna you have to go here. My kids had a blast! A huge hot tub (no squishing beside other strangers!) THREE waterslides which my daughters could not decide what was the best, so much to do! Of course the "toddler zone" was amazing for my younger daughter who isn't big enough to enjoy the wave pool quite yet.
Our family has a blast at this center. So much to do, so much fun! The diving board, water slides and wave pool were all open and it kept us Calgarians busy for hours on a rainy July day.
Our kids have been doing swim lessons here for years. We've usually had good experiences with the lessons. The pools are great. Although it gets a little frustrating with the 30person capacity in the family hottub (it'd be less frustrating if they didn't count kids in the 30people count). I was also disappointed that swim lessons are now first offered to members. As a resident of Lake Country I cannot justify spending that much on memberships just to get a spot in lessons.
Kids loved the river float. We went around it countless number of times. Good number of family change rooms, too.
Has a blast on the wave rider. My kids said I didn't do too bad for the first time
Still requires lane bookings and doesn't allow lane splitting for the pool, even though City facilities like Parkinson Rec are have been completely drop-in and have allowed lane splitting for a couple of months now. This wouldn't be as much of an issue if you could book lanes easily, but that's only possible with an expensive membership. If you're not a member, you get to either call at the crack of dawn and hope to snag a spot, or spend $12 and look forward to waiting for the 1 drop-in lane to be free.
Love coming here to swim, it can be busy at times though. The changing rooms can get quite dirty at times. There's three slides to choose from which are really fun and normally don't take a long time to wait for. The pool has a lazy river which is fun and just honestly a great place to take young children or adults.
H2O has something for everyone. There's two hot tubs, a lazy river, a wave pool, a splash zone, waterslides, diving boards, swimming lanes and a regular pool section. It's easy to spend a couple hours there just having fun. There are lots of lifeguards in case of emergency and to keep an eye on things. The reception staff are very polite. Never had a bad experience at H2O.
Huge swimming pool complex. Large kids splash pool with slides and sprayers, maybe too many sprayers. Wave pool is very active, never seemed to shut off for a break. Fishy floaties for toddlers was nice, baby loved it. Lazy river is good too, but gets deep up to 5 feet at one point. Lap pool was busy with clubs and classes. Air inside pool was.cooking hot and humid, could benefit from some a/c. My neice nearly suffered heat stroke at a swim meet. Price is steep for a family day pass, almost $30, therefore four stars.
It is good here, I go to the gym often and their equipment is always working well. The covid protocols are also good.
Super fun for the kids! The wave pool has been down for a while, hopefully will be up and running for summer. My only complaint is that for the water park they require children under 10 to be arms length from their parent. This is fine for young kids that can not swim but difficult when you have a 7 year old who is a strong swimmer and a 3 year old who only wants to play on the baby slide. If the kid is coming to play on the water park, they should be able to get a wristband once they pass a swim test to prove they are a strong swimmer. The band would show the lifeguards that the child does not need to be arm-length from a parent. Usually the facility is pretty clean. They hVe a little juice store inside as well. My kids love getting to go to birthday parties at H2O!
The pool is AWESOME!!! Kids pool with waves! The waves turn off so you can have a calm period. Lazy river is fast and fun. They even have a surf simulator! Great facility
It a nice facility but GYM is too busy, as can be the water park. I like the steamroom it's nice and hot unlike many other rec centers. Dry Sauna would be a nice addition. Pool is adequate lots of play area for kids.
Great gym! Did a drop in and was impressed with the quality and diversity of equipments. Awesome experience.
Love the concept of adult hot tub. It's a life saver. The rest of the pools are still fun for adults as well.
Nice place to go for a swimming outing with the kids. Lots of lifeguards on duty to ensure safety of swimmers.
Great swimming in the Kelowna area. There's a competition pool, a leisure pool for kids with waves, 3 slides and also a flow Rider (surfing simulator). Tons of lap swimming given the size of the pool but great for families as well. There's decent sized change rooms as well.
This is one amazing pool and exercise facility. The largest and best in the okanagan. Well second only to our lakes in the summer :-)
Lots of options, family friendly. Adult only areas as well including hot tubes, steam room and sauna.
Went there today with my family! Super fun and great place for all ages to swim, lots of fun for littles and also lots of great stuff for teens.
This facility has lots of water based things to do and an exercise gym. We made a visit in December to try out the water park. They have a splash area for little kids which leads to the wave pool which maxes out at about 2 meters deep. You can float over to the river run and float down the high speed water run that goes in a circle so you can float for as long as you want. There are 3 or 4 water slides - be sure to try the blue ‘scary’ one. If you are agile enough they have a body board / surfing ride as well for those who can’t make it to Hawaii. Make sure you swimsuit is on tight, we saw a couple guys loose them due to the high power waves on this ride. For sure a fun place for the entire family. They do have an on sight medic room, which we had to visit and the staff were very helpful. The facility is owned by the city and managed by the YMCA,
The h20 centre is a fun place that is clean and well maintained. The staff is always friendly and we always have a good time. The lazy river is really fun to swim in circles in. The wave pool is pretty fun too but a bit underwhelming. Due to Covid, we have only been able to go in the lazy river and the children's pool area, and I feel like the prices have not been adjusted to reflect all the other things being closed. It costs about $23 for two adults to go swimming, and you have very restricted access to the features in the pool.
Nice relaxing swim on weekdays. Weekends are busy with kids.
My son is taking swimming lessons here and they are the best swimming lessons he has had anywhere. He is making far more progress in this set of lessons than he did in two sets of lessons at Parkinson Rec. The instructors not only care, they are really good at teaching. They met my son where he was at and got him confident in the water instead of trying to force him to do what he wasn't ready for or ignoring him. The staff are kind over all and the facility is great.
This is a great place to take kids for a swim. They have water slides and a pool, hot tub and more. I do suggest going here
Great place to lift, swim and have fun. Friendly staff and very clean.
They discriminate against the unvaccinated. Medical racism is thriving at the H2O centre.
Really great place to go. Lots of options for the whole family. 3 great water slides and 2 very nice hot tubs (1 family and 1 for adults). Diving area, lap area, kiddy play zone, wave rider, wave water with a river which was a lot of fun♥️????????
Great place to big family and friends. Great pools and water slides. A+ for the wheelchair accessible pools and hot tub.
Great facilities and classes are reasonably priced
Clean facilities. Pools are very clean good chlorine levels. Safety is a high priority. Lots of uses there. If you wanna workout just go upstairs. A few pools. Great, clean water slides. A lot of stairs but its good for us humans.
This is a pretty awesome pool and receive center. So many slides!
One of my favorite places to take my four-year-old. A fantastic child water park and the lazy river is a great spot to hang out
Great facility with modern, clean change rooms, great gym equipment, and excellent pool features that kept our family going back regularly with membership. Loved it while we lived in Kelowna!
Rude staff and not worth the money and hassle there are way better gyms out there
This is a great pool for the whole family. A cheap day in if you need to get out of the sun for a bit. So much to do at this pool, slides, water basketball, wave pool and more! Our favorite though is the flowrider! My kid spent the day exhausting himself while learning how to boogie board. Great staff!
Friendly knowledgeable clean well priced
As far as swimming pools go, this is one of the best in Kelowna. The gym is good but aittle small.
everybody is so nice there, staff and customers. me and my friend went there high as hell and its so fun. the water slides, high dive, and the river
So much fun ! Nice clean showers. Friendly and helpful staff.
This place is amazing. If you have a YMCA membership anywhere in Canada you can use the facilities for free. The pool has everything including a surfing wave simulator. Our kids tried it and had a blast! Also a wave pool, lazy river, lap pool, kids play zone and three water slides. The only negative is that the change room could be cleaner.
Great for little kids. The children water park is fun for young kids while also not being to boring for the ones looking after them. The Lazy River is relaxing and is perfect for those a little older who want a bit of freedom. For those that don't love the water as much there are three water slides to choose from and all of them are a blast. There is a sauna and adult hot tub as well as the being an all ages hot tub for the little ones who get cold fast. The competitive pool is also pristine. I always feel safe as they are plenty of lifeguards around at all times. I think this is one of the best pools I have been to. I would definitely recommend.
My kids love this place, the pool, the park behind the facility! The only thing is adult gym access is freakishly expensive. 10 passes over 100 dollars so a bit unreasonable but again I have never had membership here to know the difference. Hope they reduce the price otherwise this place is perfect. Top of the line equipment and decent size space even when it is busy.
Great facility, fair pricing, excellent value for the whole family.
Awesome for children, so many different activities. The water area is perfect for family visits
One of the best sports facility in the Okanagan region. Very large water recreation area. Olympic size swimming pool, diving, water slides, 2 jacuzzi,1 sauna. And a large gym with a ton of equipment. Admission fee is $11 for adults to drop in. Really clean and well maintained.
Great place to go any time of the year. Kids have fun and a life of activities for young and old. Only wish for the swim lessons pool to be a bit warmer for the kids.
Great facility with options for all ages. Dryland and swimming Classes. Good gym. Membership is reasonable and you can attend any or all classes unlimited
The best. Simply - the best. Clean, fun, family friendly and well priced. Plus a smoothy bar when you leave and amazing slides, lazy river and a fun surfing ???? simulator!
Always a great time with family and friends. Wave pool, lazy river, water slides, lane swimming, hot tubs and sauna. Just a note Water slides are not always open. And currently the wave runner is out of order. So that means No indoor surfing for me and you until further notice.
This facility has been supporting us in supporting others with divers-abilities for many years. It is very accessible, and has everything you need. The staff are always very friendly & helpful!
Better than average aquatic center. Universal change rooms, best lazy river I've ever been on at a pool, three stellar waterslides as well as mini slides and lots of splash features for the littles.
The H2O center is run by the YMCA so that says allot about its focus on families and community support. One of the most amazing things about the center is its daycare which a drop in and is a service that is covered by your monthly pass or, and this is amazing, with a daily drop in! There is big pool, kidzone, ‘river’ ride, wave rider for boggy boarding, 2 hot tubs, steam room, and a nice gym on the 2nd floor with lots of machines and good space for different kind of work outs. I cant speak to there programs as I haven’t used them but they have all kinds. Once a month we travel all the way from Vernon because its soo great.
This is a great facility for the Water Polo Club to train at! Nice deep tank an four full size water polo nets available at the facility!
Great time for the kids!! Wave pool, river run. Multiple slides hot tub x2 and an olympic size pool. Not to mention full gym facilities.
I love takin my daughter here. There's so much fun stuff! My only complaint is the price is a little steep for what we can actually play with in her age group.
Hot tubs closed very limited on life jackets very poor customer service .
Superb for families: swimming lessons etc. Friendly staff. Good equipment in gym.
Wonderful facility for the family if you ever visist Kelowna and have a rainy day. Also a great spot to workout and watch the kids in the pool ( as lomg as they are old enough)
The flow rider is awesome! Large gym with everything you need. I would suggest avoiding gym from 5-7pm on weekday as it can get really busy. Sauna is perfect for a post workout steam!
Love the staff! Always friendly and ready to answer any questions I had! Daycare staff is also very friendly my son loves going there. Wish it was closer to where I live. They gave me a great discount when I applied for subsidy. Sadly we have to switch to a place closer to us :(
Super good! I love it! Swimming pool is so clean, warm and less person:-)
This is a great spot. Kelowna Water Polo Club athletes often train here and the pool is perfect for it. Whether you are lap swimming or want to get involved with a club, like the water polo club, this is a great place to check out! The slides, wave pool, flowrider and lazy river make for a great spot to chill or the 2 x 25m pools make a great spot to get some laps in or to do some water polo drills.
Had couple of surprises there: 1) it's two quarters for the lock (not just one). Had the whole family with me (so family rate applied) and asked for only two quarters at the counter. Everybody undressed (in two separate rooms) and realised - we have to get another couple of quarters from the counter... 2) There is no dry sauna! Wet one doesn't do it for me at all. I'm not not a surfer (and there is pretty cool serfing facility at H2O), so not sure when I go there again.
Swimming facility is very clean and has a large variety of features. The exercise gym is well equipped and spacious and clean
Utterly fantastic for kids of all ages. Love the river run and wave pool. Reasonable prices.
I think the H2O is a great facility. Great and helpful staff and affordable. As far as the value of the facility as a gym that I go to several times a week, I'm not sure you can beat it.
Great family friendly pool
It's a good place to work out, and go for the swim, but just know that the place is busy all the time.
Giant pool area, always clean. The wave rider is quite fun. Downside: Girls change area needs waaay more than just two changing stalls; no one wants to take up a toilet stall and hope nothing falls in the toilet.
Best swim & fitness combo for families. -Great fitness classes. -swim schedule is flexible with lane and family swims always on -3 slides -lazy river is the best -bright steam room I don’t like the adult hot tub - odd layout that always feels like there is tonnes of awkward staring ????
Great aquatic centre!! Has really great kids area with small slides as well as lanes and a diving tank. The lazy river is amazing. Great price!
Our second favorite pool so far. Great customer service. Lots of activities for the entire family. We recommend this place 100%
Really over priced compared to other family places. Change rooms are often dirty and don't recognize special needs children requiring more help. Also when I asked many time why a family of 5 with 3 special needs children passes with the ability passes is more than a family pass no one ever gets back to me. Rediculous.
I think if you rate this venue any less than 5 stars then I would dearly like to know which facilities you are used to because I would love to see them. The main tank is super clean thanks to a relative lack of children. There is plenty for your kids to do and a brief call to the H2O, or a quick visit to the website, will let you know what is up and running and when. Water slides, surfing, wave pool, river run and a min water park with slides and floaties. Membership including full pool, gym and access to various classes is just $49 or something. Stupid cheap and a great facility.
I take my boy Daniel to the H2O Adventure and Fitness Center pool and we have an absolute blast! Our favorite thing to do is go on the Water slides, and i'm thinking of trying the surf board area...if I get brave enough. Daniel may be trying first...being 6 yrs old he has no real fear. I would recommend a day with your family and friends to this new, state of the art facility, thanks to the staff and management :) Have Fun! Rodney Warren.
This is a really nice pool. It's very big. The change rooms are large and usually pretty clean. There are three waterslides although they don't run all day so plan when you go accordingly. I don't recommend going in the wavepool if you get motion sickness. There's also a smoothie shop in the area and a nice bike trail behind the building with a along the trail. But overall the pool is great, especially for kids.
Was so much fun! We need a facility like this in Edmonton, we spend all the money to design and build a beautiful building with open wood beam ceiling and a simple pool inside. This place is a boring outside and amazing facility inside. Family fun all day.
Great facility. Family always has fun there. Only negative is that it always feels cold in there. Especially in the line up for slides were the ac is blasting on you.
great for kids.. would be nice if they had kid friendly food.. and water is pretty cold.
Great facility with a massive selection of equipment and plenty of space for stretching. Note: My family YMCA card did not grant me access, but I did get a 25% discount.
I love the H2O. The staff are all so beautiful and friendly. The child minding staff are amazing. Jan, Nicole, Megan, Alex and Amanda are regular staff and they sure do rock at the job. If we missed anyone it's because we have not met you but I am sure your just as good. This place is so much fun! So much to do and overall a great atmosphere. The gym will have everything you need and every one is so supportive. Give it a try you won't regret ????????????????????????????????????
We always have great fun here with the nephews, plenty to do all day.
A great family oriented fitness and swimming pool complex. Well suited for all ages. Clean and appears to be well maintained.
Well run facility, unfortunately that does mean crowds at peak times. Place seemed clean and had many lifeguards and maintenance staff. Lots of fun activities as well as standard pool access. I hear good things about aquacise classes
The place is great in terms of things to do, the surf machine has been down for months. The main issue in winter is the amount of dirt that gets traced into the showers, and then to the pools. It's very dirty in the winter. Summers are excellent. If your kids have skin issues like eczema or if they have asthma please be advised the chlorine levels and smells of chlorine and fumes are extremely strong. My little ones always gets a breakout after their lessons so we come prepared to rinse, and lotion them up.
Always a great time. The waterslides are great but don't usually open until noon on the weekends.
We drove from out of town with our 2 young kids and it was fantastic. We called ahead to make sure that the waterslides were open and the kids loved it. The River Run was a blast and the splash areas perfect for them. Definitely worth checking out. Call ahead or check the website to make sure that the slides are open to avoid disappointment.
My son loved it there. Had a hard time getting to the gentle part of the lazy river. Wave wall was a blast (much harder than it looks). The water slides could do with a center rail for the line ups (I almost fell down the stairs at one point). I'll be back though
First time, lots to do for kids, with a fair price. Wish there was a bit more adult slides/pools
3 waterslides. Surfing pool. 2 hot tubs. Lazy river. Wave pool. Lots of variety!
The h20 needs to have a MUCH better booking system for the public pool. We have tried to go several times on different days of the week and different hours of the day and every time we show up there is a massive line that doesn't seem to budge. I understand that there are restrictions in place for safety, but they have a booking system for the lane swim... why can't there be one in place for the public swim as well? Especially with the smoke and having kids... I left with a sad little dude today as we didn't get to swim again.
Nice gym and front desk staff are nice. But there was a tall young blonde lady at the wrap store that gave me attitude when I ordered a drink and wrap. The trainers arent that great. Older clientele when I was there also there's a young braggy people. Such a turnoff. I have been here two months and was not welcomed by the staff so happy I withdrew my pass. It is cheap but I might consider Goodlife instead.
Great staff at the front desks. Really nice pool venue.
This is the best aquatic center my family has been to. We loved it!
My son loves this place we played for hours. We loved the water slides and river run! ! ! We had so much fun! ☺
Great facilities family friendly. The wave pool and lazy river are great. Staff is friendly highly recommend.
Been going here for years, but as of late the general hygiene and house keeping practices have went downhill. The change rooms are always dirty with hair and garbage, as well as parts of the pool deck and on the stairs. There's washup of grime on dirt with hair in many places around the pools. Not to fault the whole facility but definitely worth a mention.
Disgustingly poor customer service, I have been involved with this establishment l since its opening, and this was my first time back in a while. When I asked to be admitted to the gym, in the same way I had many times before, I was instantly treated with suspicion, animosity, and with disgust; specifically Jenny. The lazy employee denied me something completely possible because it was an “extra step”. When I had been refused entry to the gym I asked to by a new membership, I was again refused. I will never be renewing a membership to the gym with its low quality equipment, barely functioning A/C and hostile service. Im surprised anybody returns, let alone renews a membership.
Honestly I'm not a huge fan of community gyms but this place has one of the best gyms Kelowna has to offer. Very clean, affordable, well designed building and pool facilities have everything a family could need!!
Pool and gym in the same building. Wonderful staff and great coaches. Highly recommended!
Covid conscious and generally minding chastizasation..
Nice facility, good for younger kids. Relatively clean for a public pool. Expensive if you're planning a shorter visit.
Have to second what the last guy said. When you're charging $28 for 2 adults and 2 very young children there's no reason the changerooms can't be cleaner. Lots of young staff wandering around trying to look busy but come on guys, grab a mop, it's beyond gross and we there fairly early. Can't even imagine how bad it will be in a few more hours. Decent facilities otherwise.
Great facility. Fun pool, length pool and diving. Kids love the slides and the surfing wave. Not keen on the big window from the upstairs gym looking out on the pool.
Kids love it here. Very busy, and the entrance to the pool could be set up better, but otherwise great experience
Fun place to bring the family. Wish the slide were more accessible for kids
Great place for children and adults Took our grandchildren who are 7 and 11. Wave pool was the most fun although kids loved the slides Reasonably priced for a full days activites
Pool great but needs more sound insulation, it is way to noisy and echoy!
Great pool! Hours are great so there wasn't too many people in the lanes, and the kids area was awesome, even for adults (lazy river oh yeaaaah).
Pool is awesome. Slides are fun and the flow rider is pretty cool. The down side is for people that live out of town it is expensive and there isn't enough 50m lane swimming time.
Cool facilities, gets busy sometimes but I've always find a lane to swim though. Be aware of classes times through the H2O app is very handy too.
Wow Kelowna ; it's great that you have a center like this that compliments the athletic Centre in one area. The Centre was clean. The aquatic area includes a "lazy river" however, it has significant pull; a surf area, waterside, large swimming pool, with diving, two hot tubs, a kids play area and a wave pool.
Great service at Jugo, the swimming pool is top of the line and the gym is fantastic.
Love taking my daughter here. So much for her to do and she loves the water.
Great place to take the family on the weekend Thank you Kelowna/Ymca
Really like this place! Great place to workout and my 2.5 year old and 6 m old enjoy the child minding. They also love the water area. So much fun to spend time as a family once a week in the pool and nice to workout during the week while feeling like my kids are safe in the child minding.
Honestly Love this place. But I have to only give it a two because the change rooms are repulsive. I come here every day and I can’t handle it anymore. There’s hair and guck everywhere you walk. It’s a challenge finding a spot to comfortably change. In the family room in the shower there was a used diaper. I left my towel there because I used it as a floor mat to feel somewhat sanitary. Love you guys but please fix and clean up.
Great place for hot tub and steam room and huge pool
Fun place. Good place for families to go. Price not bad. Water not to cold. Lots to do.
Great place for a workout and swim and water slide if I get my laps in Great front desk staff Very clean and Covid proof
What a great fun place for the kids and parents. My daughter loved every min. So much to do a lot of fun.
It's well kept, lots to offer. Best in town
Super clean!!! Staff are friendly and helpful
we went yesterday for a swim and i have to say we had to wait in line for over an hour and when we got in they wanted us to wear our masks on the pool deck and when we went to swim we were told to put our masks on a bench beside other masks... doesnt that defeat the purpose of the masks?? We could get covid just by putting our masks back on... i dont think anyone there really knows what they are doing? We wont be going back until after this flu thing is over
Great pool but it's way too cold. We go to the pools once a week. H20 is so cold that my kids don't want to go there. It does have the best options for a variety of play
Don’t bother getting a membership at this facility. They took my money for over a year and then when I wanted to cancel they charged a cancellation fee. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Great place for kids and adults to swim.
very nice pool, friendly people work here, the gym could have more weights, but this is the best pool in the area, fun place to bring the kids
Great place...water is good warm temperatures...friendly..helpful coaches..staff...good programs
Only used the water park section, fun water slides, lazy river and wave pool, there are pools for playing basketball and wading in, 2 separate hot tubs, 1 that is family friendly and 1 for just adults, a standard sized lane pool with high diving boards. There is also a co Ed steam room
Great for the kids. They had a blast with the water slides, the wave pool and the lazy river. Would definitely go again
Nice place both for adults and kids. We were visiting Kelowna and took our little one to this place. He had a blast at the wave pool and the baby slides. The cleanliness was ok. There is a huge parking lot available and it's shared by a public library. The only issue was that the air was heavily stuffed with chlorine, which made it hard to breathe. While it is important to use the chlorine to keep the water clean, it is also important to have a good air conditioning system in place to keep the air safe to breathe.
the line is to big and there are kids outside waiting in the heat like why.and plus there are family's coming out and there letting know one in
Always a great place to go. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Been going here for years. Tried the fym upstairs foe the first time last Friday and the girl at the desk went above my expectations walking me through the whole place then checking in with my during my work out! Wow!
It's always busy on a Saturday but had a good time.
It's a great family place and as excellent equipment. Also great staff making your great experience, so just go and enjoy your self.
Awesome family fitness centre. Classes are amazing. Staff is wonderful and it’s always so clean.
Great place to bring the littles ones. 2 year old daughter just loves it and could play endlessly for hours.
