The Fiitbox has become my home away from home. Coach Mark's Individualized programming model is a great way to experience fitness for the longterm. He will take you through a consultation, which essentially is his way of finding out your goals and where you want to go with your fitness. Then he takes you through an assessment to find out where your strengths and weaknesses are which he addresses and uses to progress you to your goals. Then he builds programs individualized for each client, (daily workouts - sent out in a weekly fashion over an easy to use app) Great environment. Great equipment. All like minded individuals. Great Coaching. Probably the best fitness experience you'll currently find in Kelowna, if you know where you want to go with your fitness.
