If you are looking for CrossFit in Kelowna, go to this gym! Renee and David are outstanding coaches with top notch programming. They are both knowledgeable, supportive and very welcoming. The gym is beautiful and clean with great equipment. And their community is amazing. I highly recommend this CrossFit box.

I am a level 2 CrossFit trainer and have visited a lot of CF boxes. I have never felt as ‘home’ as I do here????. Renée is an amazing head coach who programs very very well and her team is positive, upbeat, and welcoming. I’ve PRed all my lifts since being here and enjoy the community and the vibe they uphold so much. There is Olympic lifting coaching Saturday mornings, and a great blend of technical gymnastics work and benchmark / classic wods. It’s also super clean with showers!!!! ????✨

Everyone at this gym is so kind and supportive. The workouts are amazing and the coaches are so good at offering modifications when needed. You will see results quickly and probably start to crave going there, haha. As a working mama, I love the 5:45am classes because I can workout and get home before my kids wake-up and get them launched for school. Thank you, Renee & David!

Amazing atmosphere and brand new facility. Renee and David bring amazing energy every day and every class. The programming is smart, thought out, and will push you. The coaching is top notch. The dog is adorable. Basically everything you could ask for in a new gym!

Never been to a gym before, and was made to feel very welcomed and at ease. Took the CrossFit 101 lessons with Renée and got the basics and technique I very much needed to start with classes. Would recommend to anyone who has never tried CrossFit before and anyone who is looking for a challenging but fun way to workout.

Just come !!! These guys are great . They make you feel welcome and the programming is excellent. I have been doing Crossfit for 9 years and recently moved and was looking for a new box . I’m so beyond happy I found this gem . They are knowledgeable and professional and everything is so clean and organized. Can’t say enough good things .

A place for all fitness levels! I simply love what Renee and David have built at CrossFit FYP. I could speak volumes to the brilliant programming or amazing coaching but for me it's community that keeps me coming back. The culture they have cultivated is so inclusive and welcoming it feels more like a family than a gym. An amazing experience! I find they have a much more thorough warm-up than their Okanagan competitors. They also have a great atmosphere with up-to-date equipment. I would definitely recommend for anyone new or experienced with CrossFit!

This gym, the coaches and especially the owners are so amazing. Everyone is so friendly. They made it very easy to start for someone who has never done crossfit before. The workouts are super fun and challenging. Im super happy to have joined this awesome place.

We dropped into Crossfit FYP not really knowing anything about the gym. It was fantastic. I inquired through email and was answered within 24 hours confirming my drop in class. The coaching was excellent (I really appreciated the effort to program and coach a good warm up) and the facility was well equipped. The workout included a warm up, a skill development and a workout of the day (WOD)...again, all well delivered and coached. I would highly recommend this gym.

CrossFit FYP is such an amazing facility for all levels of athletes from beginner to elites. Renee and David are very welcoming and make you feel comfortable from the moment you step in the doors. The programming is done with purpose and intent. Also they have a really cute dog.
