A great place to practice yoga. There are a variety of classes throughout the week so you can find the class that suits you as well as the perfect yoga teacher! If you have the chance to participate in the 40 days to enlightment course, you will not be disappointed.

I've been taking classes here for years. Sharon not only teaches you the moves, but suggests modifications for those of us with "limitations." I always feel capable of doing everything because of this! I highly recommend classes here! You don't even have to be flexible????
