I have been to quite a few gyms in Ontario, and Kawartha Combat tops the list. It is in a great location, the facility is big enough for many bags, a ring, weights, and lots of mat space. Everyone I meet there is friendly, hardworking and enjoys the training. The owner Kevin is crazy skilled, will make you feel welcome and push you to new levels of awesomeness.

I did the BJJ and muay thai classes here. Excellent instruction and felt welcome from day 1. I even did a bit of the sparring here and the head instructor typically pairs you with people who know what they're doing so technique is controlled to reduce injury etc. Overall, a great group of people to learn and train with!!

Great place to train at to get in shape. Good group of people to work with. It's a hard workout but has rewarding results. I recommend everyone come by and check out the free trial period. Whether you want to train to compete in various events or just for fun and fitness this gym is the best.

Was new to town! Decided to try out some mauy Thai places!! And one place really stood out!! And that was Kawartha combat!! At 1st I was worried going in not knowing anyone. But team mates became friends in no time!! Great crew!! Feels like a family! The classes are amazing!!! Great for the beginner to intanse hard core.. The ppl are amazing!!
