Just Movement Fitness is AMAZING! The classes are awesome, there is something for everyone...strength conditioning, cardio, zumba, stretch, pound fitness, senior programs...and the list goes on. Meghan is passionate, knowledgeable, motivating and just outright absolutly amazing! You will not be disappointed...Just Movement Fitness makes fitness is FUN!!!
