I met the owner Chris of CFK 2 years ago when I was on a short visit to Peterborough looking for a gym to visit. Chris was very inviting and his coaches were amazing; I know live in Peterborough and frequent the gym regularly. I travel with work often and his programming and coaching style will rival the top boxes I’ve visited. If you’re thinking about joining a gym or stopping by Peterborough for a visit I would highly recommend this box.
