She has a thorough knowledge of fitness and specializes in at-home workouts which is a huge asset, especially during Covid restrictions. I have been attending Vicky’s Abvantage Pilates classes for over 10 years. Vicky provides easy to follow direction for each exercise and where applicable, offers modifications to accommodate all levels of skill and mobility. Vicky has kept us all moving through COVID and lockdowns by switching to online/virtual training using Facebook and Zoom. She also comes up with fun and creative fitness challenges, offers one on one instruction, and will create an individual exercise routine for you based on your needs and availability of workout gear equipment. I highly recommend Vicky for your fitness needs!
