I was visiting from out of town and needed a place to train. The co-owners were super friendly and welcoming. The gym has 2 squat racks, plenty of barbells, dumbbells, a rig with pull-up bars and multi-purpose slots, boxes, row ergs, ski erg, kettlebells, etc. etc. The co-owners and trainers are fit and knowledgeable. Rock Box is a great place to work out, and I wouldn't consider training anywhere else when I'm in Kapuskasing.
