Just joined up here. The management and employees are super chill and really helpful and they have all the equipment I'll need. I'm really happy I chose this gym.

Best gym in town.

Good gym for the serious lifter. Mostly just free weights and squat racks, which I like. 24/7, good staff, great price. Go here if you want a good pump or to do cardio. If you’re into machines, yoga,.... look elsewhere. Staff:Would be cool if the staff left the aux cord poking through the gate so people can play there own tunes after office hours. Cables are a little sticky too

The best gym in town with major upgrades and the best music always playing! Students also pay 30$ a month which beats every real gym in Kamloops.

Signed up about a week ago to start getting back into shape, love this place. The music keeps you amped and if that doesn't the people who go are very supportive will. All around great atmosphere.

This place is great. Key FOB at the door, no waiting to get a wristband. Lots of parking. Is the equipment older? Yes it is. I find that older equipment means you have to work harder, and isn't that the point? The floor is clean at all times, majority of other users are easy going and there for a work out and not standing around bullshitting in front of equipment. Wide range in age groups and interests. Always a place to learn something new.

This is a low key, friendly, and welcoming place to work out. There's plenty of equipment but also lots of free floor space if you want to do your own thing. If you're looking for an unpretentious place to lift heavy things and put them down, this is the gym for you!

Very good prices! Old fashioned equipment and down to the core nature of strength building. No fancy machines. The music is also a bonus.

Best gym in town for those of us who want to put maximum effort in and lift heavy and sweat and grunt and train insane or remain the same . Not for the planet fitness type people . This place is where the gains are made they have 200 lb dumbells enough said
