I found that Robert was very dishonest through my experience with him. Robert had lost an auction for gym equipment and convinced the seller that he had won although the auction rules clearly state the winning times. After picking up the seller quickly realized his mistake and messaged Robert and told him of the mistake. Robert did not reply. I tried contacting him and he did not reply. Finally I phoned him to explain the sitauation to which he finally talked to me (likely becuase he didn't know it was me). He said that he knew he was the loser and that he would contact me later for which he never did. Robert decided he would ignore rules, morals, and lie and ignore his way out of the situation. Personally I do not feel comfortable not informing prospective clients of the true character of Robert as I know how detrimental a dishonest trainer can be.

Robert sets you up for success by listening to your goals and putting together a program that will support you in reaching them. As soon as you walk in, you know that it's a place where you're not just another gym member, but part of the F3 family.

Robert and his team at F3Fit are amazing. I had some mobility issues that I didn't even know I had that where causing me some major problems. They fixed me up and got me back on track. I would highly recommend anyone to F3Fit!

Robert is an amazing trainer. He works with you if you have injuries and is very knowledgeable about how to improve your overall health. F3 Fit is a great place and highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend Rob and his team at F3FIT. I consider myself an active person, I lift weights in the gym 5-6 days a week. But when I went to Rob's men's class, he really put me to work. I haven't sweated like that in years, when I left I could literally squeeze the water out of my shirt. They have a variety of classes so whatever your fitness goals may be, if you want to take it to the next level check out F3FIT!
