I asked to defer my subscription because I cannot exercise while keeping the procedure mask. After 6 years of subscriptions, having me answer that you have to live well is really insulting. It seems that what matters to you is only the monetary side. The health and comfort of your subscribers is really secondary. I am not sure I would recommend your services in the future. (Original) Je veux vous faire part de mon mécontentement suite à la réponse reçue de votre part concernant ma demande de report de mon abonnement. Jai demandé à reporter mon abonnement car je ne peux pas faire de d'exercices tout en gardant le masque de procédure. Après 6 ans d'abonnements, me faire répondre quil vous faut bien vivre , est vraiment insultant. Cest à croire que ce qui importe pour vous est seulement le côté monétaire. La santé et le confort de vos abonnés sont vraiment secondaire. Je ne suis pas sûr que je recommanderais vos services dans le future.
