I bought some kind of pass way back when they opened. It wasn't a free pass. I asked to redeem it now because my schedule is stable and they said I could buy another one for $20 for 6 days free. Nope. Not going to go, I can easily go to the gym that I go to now.
First spin class back since January 2020 had me SWEATIN! Love the environment, music, and the instructor (Michayla?) did a great job! Mimosas after the Friday class were an added bonus as it gave me a chance to meet people who also attend. I’ll 100% be back!
I LOVED X-therapy. I did the 6 week challenge last year and dropped 9% body fat! I also love the classes and the instructors are really nice. The classes are super challenging but so fun! Definitely a five star place!

I love taking classes at XTHERAPY! The classes are challenging and the instructors are motivating! I love that the classes are an hour or less and you get a great workout.
After years of working out HARD and seeing little to no results, I knew I needed to try something else. I am so thankful XTHERAPY welcomed me into their family and really drilled down on my goals and created a plan for me to get there. My experience with XTHERAPY has been phenomenal! Their team is super supportive and were always available to answer any of my questions or push me when I needed a little extra. I highly recommend XTherapy to anyone looking to get in shape, get to the next level or anyone who is just looking for a awesome crew to workout with! The HIIT and Ride (spin) classes are unlike any class I’ve ever been too and I can honestly say I am hooked! #IAMENOUGH

So impressed with how friendly the staff is, always making me feel welcome. They have been able to adjust their studio to accommodate this pandemic. I love the HIIT classes!! Am so happy I have found this fit family to be a part of. Keeping me motivated and accountable.
I love the check-in questions before every class and the energy the instructors give off from beginning to end. The HIIT classes are my favourite because the music is always on point and the workouts intense. I leave feeling stronger and better. To someone who's never tried XTherapy, I'd recommend trying a HIIT class because the spin and yoga classes are more individual workouts and in a dimly lit room (and are therefore more prone to slack off), whereas in HIIT it's bright, loud, you feed off of everyone's hyped up energy, and the instructors are there to correct your form and push you to give your all. #IAMENOUGH

The xtherapy team is amazing! I recently did a 4 week challenge with them and I can definitely attest that not only will they provide you with the tools that’ll enable you for success but they’re also so helpful and motivational along the way. Achieved the goals that were set for the challenge (weight loss) but also learned so much about the effects of our nutrition too! 10/10 would recommend!
Great venue and very friendly staff! Highly recommend Jake's Spin class. He is the first spin instructor I have encountered that thoroughly teaches you the proper utilization of your bike for the most enjoyable experience. His commitment to connection with his class makes you feel very valued and his intensity and energy is contagious!

My first XTherapy experience was in Sandra Molinara RIDEHard class and it was INCREDIBLE!! The vibe was so friendly, no ego’s allowed, welcoming yet when you’re on the bike following Sandra’s class you feel as if you could climb Mt. Everest!! I will be back to try everyone’s classes and definitely will be back to attend Sandra’s classes!!!
Incredible work out & environment!! Took Jose's class and he was so motivating and so was everyone else on the spin bike riding with me!! worked up a real sweat and they incorporated upper body too!!
Love the studio! Michaela’s classes are the best I’ve been to. Love that they are different every time so it keeps it interesting and challenging. The vibe and lighting in the room is always so great and keeps me so motivated!
The team from work (Omada Commercial) really enjoyed two weeks unlimited at this studio! The fitness space is beautiful, the instructors put you through the paces and it’s a close walk from the downtown core. Would highly recommend trying our one of their several different classes – spin, hit, yoga, barre, etc. there is something for everyone!
XTherapy is so much more than a gym! It's a community of support that help you to live a healthier, fuller life. From the moment you walk in until you leave, you get the royal treatment. The showers and change rooms rival 5 star hotels and everything is first class and clean. If you're on the fence about whether to give them a try, just do it - you won't regret it!!
I successfully completed the 4 weeks challenge! I lost 13 pounds!! I learned a lot about fitness, weight loss, and healthy living through XTherapy. The meal plan is easy to understand and to implement; they provided a lot of options. Tamera was very resourceful and very kind. I recommend this program to anyone who needs a little push and support in their weight loss or healthy life journey.
Love coming here for spin classes always such great energy from the instructors and staff! Coming every Sunday for Jose's spin class at 1030 is always a great way to end the weekend on a positive note. So glad to have places like this open during these difficult times.
I'm ADDICTED!!! Love being part of the XTherapy Community. I always said I had no time for anything else in my life because work consumed it all. BUT I've been coming religiously to XTherapy for 9 months now and I just can't get enough. I'm so thankful to them for getting me hooked! LOVE the atmosphere and LOVE their classes and instructors. If you're on the fence about checking them out, DO IT! You won't regret it!
It's a gym with a family vibe that makes it super unique! I've never been one to interact with any individuals while at a gym, but the people at XTHERAPY are super welcoming and engaging - from the front desk staff to the actual gym goers - I've formed relationships that I now consider as friendships. The overall experience has been fantastic - the HIIT classes are challenging and never the same - keeps you on your toes! All of the instructors and staff members are helpful and positive - helps keep you motivated to keep coming back. I would 1000% recommend XTHERAPY to others - do it for yourself! Studio is great! Atmosphere very welcoming and fun. They have three different classes that they offer: Spin Yoga Circuit HIIT Tried the Circuit class and had my butt kicked! Would definitely recommend if you are a beginner or weekend warrior! Instructor was awesome and had different variations if you couldn’t do a specific movement.
I am giving the studio a 5 star review despite encountering some obstacles within the 6 week challenge offering because I believe that the the studio and team are everything you want them to be. Centrally located, clean, friendly, kind, encouraging, effective classes, great energetic instructors, and exceptional value-add services. It really offers all the best parts of a boutique studio without the extra annoying fees attached to everything. They provide towels, cold essential oil towels after classes, sanitized mats in yoga and barre, clean bright showers and all related amenities to get to work or play after like dry shampoo, ponytails and blow dryers. Additionally, if you have anything that challenges your experience, they welcome the feedback, and have a sincere commitment to constantly improving to help all patrons have the best possible experience. Their aspiration and work to help people in more than just physical fitness programs ( nutrition, mind health etc.) is a noble and rare offering, due to individual complexities. So I appreciate X Therapy for taking a stab on the noble goal of guiding people to live their best lives, and as well for undertaking all the challenges that come with it. Keep up the great work! With that said, I do want to honestly share how I experienced the 6 week challenge, though with the caveat that X Therapy has identified some of these same challenges and has committed to making changes to help to keep improving the experience for future patrons. While I loved the instructors and classes and have no complaints and only compliments there ( Marley was my favourite), when I joined the 6 week challenge I was presented a plan presented which was said to reduce Fat Mass in 6 weeks by 6% or 25 lbs was achievable for all people if we followed the 4 pillars given to a “t”. I felt skeptical of a one size fits all plan and goal, as I have learnt the complexities of bodies. I was ensured that, it works for everyone if followed. So I joined the challenge. My diet already followed similar principles and I follow rules exceptionally well so I thought great, I can do this easily. My mom has a masters in nutrition so I ran the diet by her. She said that certain aspects she would not personally recommend especially for women ( like cutting out healthy fats) but on the short term she didn't see any harm in trying it out. We were informed that the expectation was that we would lose 1% per week and/or accelerate towards the end, but this pattern did not occur for me and a few other women in the program with me, our weight reduced but muscle mass went down faster than fat. This became a point of stress as the diet is extremely restrictive and the rest of the requirements a bit high maintenance, so I and these fellow women were feeling a bit deflated and diet paranoid for around 3 weeks out of of the 6. Luckily we did have a dedicated kinesiologist coach which X Therapy provided, who supported us relentlessly and with such a great positive energy, and helped us work through possible changes we could make to the nutrition plan. For myself I did source a personal trainer (Dom from Propel) to help me hit my fat mass % reduction ( and muscle mass % increase) goals successfully. For women, this challenge can pose to be a bigger challenge due to our hormonal complexities within any 6 week period. I trust it's doable for some as I had read the reviews, but it seems to work much more consistently for men then women based on what I observed and experienced in my time there. With all that said aside from hitting the goal, the program is truly exceptional for other reasons, in that it does provide amazing support and pressure to work toward a goal, it helps you get into a healthy routine covering all you bases and attaching an accountability to it, you have a coach to help you and your fellow program mates, and you come out feeling stronger and transformed which is the real win.
I completed the 28 day challenge and was blown away at the results that actually began on day one! Once I stared eating from the meal plan my cravings disappeared completely even at my most difficult time for cravings. I sailed through when my coworkers had sweets and family ate out, I wasn't phased at all. I was shocked that I was not wanting the foods I usually binge on. Each day I was getting stronger and could plank longer, I have more energy and less daily pains or aches, I'm not tired in afternoons anymore, I sleep more deeply! I lost weight fast. I've tried everything before and nothing worked because I didn't have the correct ideas of how to put everything together for me to be successful. This is not a gimmick, this is commitment to yourself and health, proper nutrition and movement. This place has it all in a complete service.
Love to go to XTHERAPY whenever I'm in Edmonton, I usually attend the spin classes which is an awesome way to work up a sweat for 45 mins. The instructors have great energy, are super encouraging & make you feel welcome. Highly recommended!
I love the community and the determination from everyone working there! X Therapy wants to see people who join their program succeed in every way! It’s so much more than just having a nice body for them, they want to see you thrive in every possible way. I highly recommend it! Don’t let money stop you from going; You’re not spending, you’re investing into yourself!
While the environment is positive their customer service is terrible. When you are joining they try to do what it takes to get you in the door. We were grateful to receive a bit of a discount and were excited to join a place that seemed ‘like a family’. However this ends when you want to leave. Both my partner and I have been trying to cancel our memberships for three (ongoing four) weeks. Good luck trying to get a hold of them if you want to cancel. Phone? Goes to voicemail and no call back. Email? Either responds 10 days later or no response. Worst of all we have now been charged for another month when it should have been prorated to comply with the 30 day requirement. Would not recommend to anybody based on this terrible experience.
I’ve been going to X-Therapy for a few years now, I’ve always found their instructors to be excellent. The classes are challenging and a good workout. They’ve been excellent during the pandemic. They’ve been flexible with providing classes online and with live options. They have good Covid practices and I feel safe when I’m there.
These people work really hard, it makes me want to push myself just as hard because i can see that its possible with dedication. I took it to the extreme and completely changed my lifestyle to stay on this program. It hasnt been easy but its only been 5 days amd im already seeing changes mentally and physically. I havent even worked out all 5 days but ive stuck to the meal plan i was given and my energy levels, my self image, everything is in transition and i love it. I wanted to give myself a challenge and they're definitely delivering on that. Only sign up if your'e really ready for drastic change. Dedication to yourself is a must.
Great environment. People are very friendly. I love the spin classes. The classes are easy to book and i can easily find a spot in most classes. The membership is not the cheapest but worth it.

I did the 28 day challenge (online due to restrictions) and WOW! What a great way to kick off a health journey! Staff at Xtherapy were great motivators with check in calls and messages through their app. The schedule was easy to work through (also on the fabulous app), and they were flexible if you wanted to push yourself and go above or needed modifications. The app itself was a HUGE motivator, your fellow challengers were there to encourage you along, share recipes, talk through challenges and motivate EVERY day. The HITT style workouts were a great way to stay on top of fitness from home during these times, and easy to follow along (shout out to trainer Jefferson for always making me SWEAT! PHEW!). Your trainer is able to also see your myfitness pal meals and steps through the day with the handy links in the app to your other fitness apps which I found super handy! In one month I saw a 7.5% decrease in body fat! WOO! Overall I would recommend this program/studio wherever you are in your journey. Whether its a kick start or a last push or somewhere in between. GREAT CLASS the class I did I would not recommend for an older crowd (loud music hot rooms, insane tempo) but it's been days since my last workout there and I'm still feeling way better than I did before going. If you're a fan of self development this is the place for you
Been going to XTHERAPY for 2.5 weeks now, all the Instructors I've had so far are awesome, high energy and fun. As an instructor myself, I'm super picky with other instructors, but so far I'm super impressed. The music, and workouts are awesome and I'm definitely sweating through them. So far I've dropped 8lbs. ❤????????
I had a great time doing the 6 week 7% challenge. If guidance is what you require than they give it to you. Phone calls every week to see how you are doing. I highly recommend this challenge if you want to see a change in yourself. The HIIT classes are great because no preparation is required. Just come and put in the work!
Love this place! Staff are amazing and friendly and the classes are absolutely kick as*. You dont have to worry about what level you're going in at, whether it be a beginner or expert, everyone is treated equal. Props to the management, the staff and the atmosphere. Keep up the great work !

I just successfully completed the 4 week challenge and I feel great. The program is an excellent way to kick start a healthy lifestyle. I gained some healthy eating habits and strength through the HIIT workouts. The at home workouts were motivating and left you feeling accomplished. Tamera and Michaela were very supportive throughout the challenge.
Absolutely 100% recommend this gym if you're looking to genuinely start working towards that new bod, or heathy lifestyle or whatever it may be you're looking for. The classes are dynamic. I have had numerous instructors at XTHERAPY some amazing and some phenomenal. All have had clear, friendly and motivational instructions. Their spin is 99% in the dark or candle light allowing those that prefer a more private experience to work out “ in private” despite being surrounded. Their barre studio is beautiful and great equipment. Their change rooms are Fairmount like. I was absent minded and left my leather boots there, they were still there a week later. Great spot.
Absolutely loved this place! The staff are friendly and the instructors are fantastic and very knowledgable. I hadn't worked out in a very long time...due to COVID...so I was little scared about going and embarrassing myself, but I felt welcome at my level! Now I feel more confident than ever and much stronger.

My friend introduced me to X Therapy and after a couple spin classes and a HIIT class it’s become my favourite fitness studio in the city. I’ve tried a couple of the other spin studios in the area but I get the best workout from this one. I highly recommend giving this place a try if you’re looking to push yourself.

I am currently in my third week of doing the XTherapy challenge & find the workouts crazy hard, but really effective in building muscle where I have neglected to work of late! I use the HIIT work-outs online mostly, but have been to 3 of the in-class sessions and they are AMAZING and help keep me motivated! The instructors are always so nice and non-judgmental, which is a refreshing change! I find the food menu is really delicious, especially since I LOVE to cook, so the recipes are really helpful with keeping me on track & knowing what to eat everyday! As far as the communication is concerned, I'm finding the weekly check-in help to keep me accountable and they ask some really wonderful, thought-provoking questions! I can't wait to hit my target and then continue on the next steps of this journey with XTherapy!
Attended Jose's spin class recently and it was amazing! High energy, safely spaced out, cool underground dark room, quality sound - I could go on and on! Such a great work out and highly recommend averyone to check it out!!

Had an amazing experience doing a 6 week challenge here! The price is a bit tough for long term commitment but the community and support offered here is unmatched! Well worth the time and money if you can swing it and want to make a change to your physical and mental health.
Xtherapy classes are awesome! All the staff are very friendly and motivating, and the facilities are really nice and have everything you need. I just finished the 6 week challenge and am very happy with my results. My favourite classes are the HIIT and Spin classes (in the dark!! Love it!). The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I find that not all the classes are as challenging or well structured as I like, so I am pretty selective about which instructor's classes I'll go to. This makes the selection slightly more limited, but I generally do not have problems making it to 4 classes a week that I absolutely love. The other reason for the one star off is that I do not feel that the meal plan for the 6 week challenge is reasonable for a vegetarian. That being said, the staff are working to make changes for a vegetarian meal plan, demonstrating that they really take into account feedback from their members, and continuously work to improve their services. All said and done, I would definitely recommend this gym and will be signing on as a member now that I'm finished my challenge :)
Love this place! I have been going to this studio for the last 6 weeks attending HIIT and yoga classes and each class is engaging and exciting. The instructors and staff are friendly and supportive. I highly recommend it to anyone from the total fitness buff to total newby.

Out of all the various fitness classes I have done around the city, HIIT at XTherapy has been my ultimate favourite. I enjoy the structure of it, and it is the first structured program that has resulted in physical body changes for me: improved cardio, strength, and fat loss. I am beyond sweaty after every class but am smiling as soon as I can breathe again
The team at Xtherapy is fun, upbeat, knowledgable and genuinly cares about pushing you to your limits. I did the HIIT classes for the past 2 months and its an excellent way to learn new a new method of working out, reaching new goals and getting you into shape! I did the 4 week challenge with Xtherapy, online during covid, and it was amazing! The online HIT classes are so challenging and the trainers keep you motivated the entire class. The one on one coaching you receive with the challenge is amazing, Michaela was an incredible support and motivator. The meal plan and education was so easy to use and understand, I've already incorporated it into my day to day cookbooks. And the My Accountability App is very user friendly and keeps you connected with your fellow challengers. It's a great platform where you become fast friends, support each other and offer help and quick tips - it's your own community. I highly recommend this studio and this challenge. If you are looking to gain confidence and lose some unwanted pounds, this is the place to do it!
I went to XTherapy for the spin class for the first time yesterday. It was definitely the best spin class I've ever been to! It's perfect because I can fit it in my lunch break and it whipped me into shape. Everyone that works there is friendly and welcoming. I will be back and recommend this place to everyone!!
Today is the day I completed my 6 week challenge successfully! XTherapy has helped me in so many ways. The largest impact has been my confidence. Every class I attended I felt welcomed and accepted which is one of the amazing perks of the Xtherapy community. I look forward to what the future holds for me with Xtherapy and on my own. This is hands down the best gym in the city. I highly recommend joining one of their challenges if you want to get in shape quick! XTherapy is a newcomer to the Edmonton fitness scene, and it’s kinda what we've waited for. This clean, bright, modern studio draws you in and their cross-training strategy (spin, HIIT, and yoga) keeps you coming back. What stood out to us the most though, is the vibe that ooozes from the instructors and staff. They consider everyone who walks through the doors as ‘Warriors’, and they take on a sudo-therapist/cheerleader role, constantly dishing out positive talk and motivational speeches.
Man what a Blast! Such awesome lessons so far! I have done 1 HITT and 1 Spinning / Ride lesson at the moment. Insanely good! Love how the gym looks. Such a good style. Grounded and fit. Towels presents, shoes for spinning, showers and stuff to use. The work-out rooms are big and good air-conditioning. It just feels exactly how I want sport to feel. I LOVE the vibe of the trainers SO much! AND of the group! Everyone is going for it so there is such an active and determined energy, that is so good to be in! One lady, 8months pregnant and going strong! I'm amazed. The way the instructors pump you up and keep you going with fun and kindness and strength is absolutely awesome. The energy is there! The music and volume during RIDE , damn good! Combined with being in the dark room,1 spot and/or candle light and all the crazy hard rocking people, What a combo!✨
This was absolutely amazing! I went from working out maybe 3 times a week and hating it, to working out 6 days a week, being pumped for my workouts, and eating so clean, even I was impressed by the amazing food I was still allowed to eat. The trainers are constantly helping you reach your goals and always pumping you up with positivity! The workouts are hard, but you'll feel amazing once you're done and at the end of the 6 weeks - you're going to feel like a brand new person!
I had a great time at this studio. All staff and trainers are great.My first interaction was with Tamara, an awesome manager and trainer who knows the business very well. I’ve completed my 6 weeks challenge successfully and have got professional advice and support. I will choose this studio for the amusing environment and wonderful time I can spend there.
Great trainers and staff! I just finished the 6 week challenge and had an absolute blast! The classes are great and the trainers push your limits so that you get the most out of every workout. The staff are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with training and dieting tips. I would highly recommend this studio and their challenge to anyone who is looking to transform their physique and put their mental toughness to the test!
I have loved going to X therapy for over a year now! Jake is my favourite instructor by far he’s so great at making every person feel welcomed in spin and yoga! I’ve never found an instructor with a better energy and connection in the class. I totally recommend any of his classes to anyone! Once you try his class it will be your favourite too!!
I have successfully completed the 4 week program, losing 12lbs. Tamera and Michaela are amazing and the HIIT classes are great - you didn't realize how much work HIIT could be till you did HIIT with Jefferson! The meal plan is easy to follow with lots of options. No need for math just follow their serving sizes and voila! And journaling allows you to admit some truths about yourself.
What a great idea to get people working out outside. Great class too, will be back.

I recently completed the 4 week challenge with XTherapy, and let me tell you its worth the challenge! I was successful in completing my 4 week goal and more. The coaches they give you are kind, understanding and help motivate you. The structure of the program is unlike other programs iv'e tried before. You have lots of food options, the workouts are flexible, but still give you a good challenge to succeed. I would 100% recommend this company if your just starting on your weightloss journey or coming back from that small break you were on lol..
I wasn't sure what I was getting myself into with the 6 week challenge but in the end I'm so happy I challenged myself. My first class was intimidating, difficult, and I may have gotten sick in the parking lot after but as the 6 weeks went on I looked more and more forward to each class. Marlee, Ashley, and the rest of the instructors are extremely motivating, positive, and encouraging throught each work out. You may dislike them at times but they're there for you and they'll make you work for the results. Xtherapy may not be cheap, but you get what you pay for. I recommend them to anyone that is looking to get back on the wagon or to reinforce their existing habits. Thank you to the Xtherapy team. In the end I lost 30 pounds over the 6 week challenge!
Xtherapy is the best fitness studio I have ever been to! I look forward to each class I sign up for, and the cancellation policy leaves me accountable for making it to my class. For years I have wasted time and money at a regular fitness club, trying to find routines and circuits to do while realticislly just doing cardio and changing music on my phone. At xtherapy all I have to do is show up and the instructors lead me through a 35-50 minute workout. X therapy has an array of instructors and classes, so you can find what works for you based on your interests and fitness level. The best part about this studio is the difference I notice in my body and mind after a few weeks of attending classes. I tell everyone I know about xtherapy and will continue to do so! Be warned- it is addicting!

I just successfully completed the 4 week challenge virtually through X Therapy!! I lost 4% body fat!!! ???? The HIIT workouts online are a blast! They have a variety of trainers which make it interesting and always a new workout. The food plan was challenging for me. I have always done my own thing and ate a variety of healthy foods and never followed a meal plan as strictly as this one. But, clearly, they know what they are talking about!! The food plan and workouts worked. If you want to push yourself, reach goals or jumpstart a healthy lifestyle this program is definitely worth signing up for!
I never thought I would be a 6am workout kind of girl, but XTHERAPY really made me re-think that! Everytime I showed up for class, I was pumped up and motivated by the friendly smiles of the staff. Every class I participated in helped me to feel like a warrior of my mind and body in synergy. The staff were friendly, outgoing and dedicated to my success. The strength in this establishment is next level and the confidence in humanity and well-being is spoken without being said.
I have been meaning to leave a review for a hot minute now, and to say that I have been satisfied with my time at Xtherapy would be an understatement. I joined this past April as part of the roof top ride initiative. The team at Xtherapy was warm, welcoming and approachable— which was appreciated since I hadn’t socialized or done group exercised in just over a year. It was due to their pivot to outdoor rides that I joined and I am so happy that I did. Now that the province has opened up again it can feel a bit overwhelming to decide how to get back into old routines — but if this is the Wild West, then Xtherapy is the cowgirl on the white horse. The space is clean, and the entire team is working with client feed back to create a safe space that folks can feel comfortable in while attending fun classes that make you work!
I love XTHERAPY! They do an amazing job of connecting with you, and making you feel welcome to a new gym. All the classes are fun, interactive and sweat producing sessions! You gotta come an check this place out! You’ll love it too!
Last week I did Helenka Popiel’s lunch class. It was one of the first times I was ever able to truly follow along a spin class without thinking I would fall off my bike. She was very clear with instructions which made it easy to follow along, plus upbeat and engaging! Even though the class was shorter than most, I felt I got a full workout and I’m excited to go again. I would recommend Xtherapy and the instructor Helenka Popiel to anyone looking for a great workout!

I started with xtherapy a week and a half ago and I already am noticing a difference . Not only in my appearance , but in my energy levels , my eating habits and my mood ! The classes and instructors are super friendly and fun and they push you just the right amount so the classes fly by! I used to dread excercise , but now I am apparently a morning person and like to get up at 6 am to go, lol. No complaints
I was visiting Edmonton and wanted to hit the gym. My friend is a member here and I went in for the day to do a spin class and it was an absolute blast! I work at a gym and have visited many across the country but this one was unlike any other. They didn't try to sell me a membership, they simply made me feel welcomed. They had spin shoes free of charge, a DJ instructor, wet towels and gum for you on the way out. The only downfall is that they don't have a week pass and their drop in rate for the day is pricy.
Great gym, great people! I really enjoyed the supportive atmosphere, both staff and other members were there to encourage you to do your best. I had a great experience, I'm looking and feeling better than I have in years! The staff were there to answer any questions, and were always willing to help. Loving the HIIT classes in the morning. The instructors really push you to do the absolute best, then a little more. I'm usually dripping with sweat by the end! The yoga classes are great as well, I love the Express class during lunch.
This studio is out of this world for all the right reasons. This is my 4th week and every workout has been challenging, rewarding and uplifting. The facilities are clean and the variety in classes they offer is really amazing but what makes this place so amazing is the staff and instructors. They’re encouraging, friendly, they push you, they believe in you and sometimes that’s all you need! I would highly highly recommend this place!!
I always dreamed of finding a boutique studio where I could walk in and the staff wave and welcome me by name; chat and laugh with me; and make me feel like I'm at my home-away-from- home. I FOUND IT HERE!! I'll never go back to a real gym after XTherapy. The workouts focus on muscle groups so I feel more toned and are also cardio-based - best of both worlds. The classes are always full of energy, but not too full. Everything is always clean and organized. The hours are awesome for fitting in workouts around daytime hours. ZERO complaints!
Just a friendly environment with very positive vibes once you walk in the door. The instructors are highly motivational, inspirational and skilled. Price is right for this type of fitness regime and the time is takes to complete your workout.
I started going to XTHERAPY because I felt like I needed a lifestyle reboot. I wasn't doing much physical activity and I came across their 6-week challenge (I'll talk about the challenge later on). I'm not much of a gym person, I like doing my workouts outdoors. I'm more into running or biking. But I still decided to give it a shot. I found the XTHERAPY community to be very welcoming from the beginning. Both instructors and members are very supportive, while still pushing you in a healthy way to do the best you can. The whole atmosphere is just positive and not intimidating as in other places--which was very important to me since I'm not used to going to a gym. The people at the front desk are also super friendly and helpful, and the social twist at XTHERAPY also makes the whole experience more enjoyable. About the 6-week challenge. It's NOT an easy challenge, not gonna lie (but that's the whole point!). There's the weight loss goal and the body fat loss goal. While most people have a fairly good idea on what it means to reduce body weight, I feel like it's harder to assess how doable it would be to lose X amount of body fat. I would suggest the XTHERAPY team to try to explain that better so that potential participants can do a better assessment. That being said, I do think both goals are generally attainable provided that participants commit to the challenge (but bodies are different, so that's something to consider too). I went to HIIT classes on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, while taking flow yoga on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I would complement that with 25-40km workout bike rides on Saturdays and I would take it easier on Sundays and maybe do a zen yoga class in the evening. That was my workout schedule for the six weeks. I loved it. What was really hard was sticking to the meal plan. I really think that if you don't cheat at all (so like not even having a single sweet during the challenge), the goal is attainable. But otherwise, you're almost likely to not get to it. So if you're not ready to fully commit, then it's probably not the right thing to do. You can always buy an unlimited pass in that case. That being said, I think the benefits of doing the challenge were worth the investment even if I hadn't gotten to my goal. I think it sets you up for success in developing good and healthier habits. I will suggest that you're always going over your meal plan during the check-in calls as sometimes it will need adjustments depending on the amount of additional workout time you're having. That will also be key to success. So yeah, I would recommend XTHERAPY to anyone really. A cool thing is that you can customize your classes to your own fitness level, so beginner or advanced people can share the same class and get a lot of value out of it. I specially like the HIIT classes. I'm sure all instructors are great but I could only make it to Charlotte's, Caleb's and Marlee's classes and I would recommend them all. I also took yoga with Amy, Jake and Katherine and enjoyed their classes a lot. #iamenough
I just completed...SUCCESSFULLY the 6 week challenge and dropped 20 lbs. Tamera was great, she was an excellent support and coach as I did the challenge through Christmas and New Years. I was pushed through the workouts, yet I finished them feeling great and accomplished. The learnings around food and meal planning were very enlightening and I will continue on with. Highly recommend as this changes your body, mind and lifestyle.

This studio is producing the new fitness vibe that everyone is craving. It tosses your “I can’t do it” attitude out the window and brings you back to life. I wish I could come here more often than I currently do. The vibe is hype with a black and white aesthetic and the teachers are knowledgeable and never boastful nor conceited. Jake is my personal favourite who is the ONLY instructor who can teach RIDE, HITT, and FLOW/ZEN. He TEACHES you as you work out and produces an atmosphere that makes you want to do better. The owner is present at the studio almost daily and his enthusiasm shines through all of the employees he hires. TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS PLACE.
I signed up for a 6 week weight loss challenge with X Therapy and I am very happy with my results! I liked the motivation of having my investment returned to me if I succeeded because it helped me stay on track when I wanted to give in and waver from the program. The program itself works if you put 100% effort into it. You do need to have a lot of self motivation as it’s mainly up to you and only you. You need to make your plans, meals and exercise, so you stay on track every single day! Tamera was very helpful on my weekly weigh ins with tips for what to do that coming week to tweak here and there what I was already doing to see more results. She was always very positive and helpful! What I wasn’t happy about was the app we started using was changed to a different one midway around week 4 which deleted all our progress, which was sad after all that work, and also our group chat with other participants. It was never reinstated and that was disappointing as it was part of the support knowing there were others cheering you on and vice versa. Also, the app messaging from my trainer was automated so when we started over at week4 the messages would auto to say “congrats week 1 is in the bag” which was partly frustrating that you aren’t starting over and also that it isn’t a personal message directly from your trainer. My other issue was with my assigned trainers response time in messaging, she would take sometimes a full 12-18hrs to respond to my questions which when you are on a time crunch challenge I needed answers promptly. So I didn’t really ask her as much as I wanted to and basically did what I thought I should be doing rather than leaning in her for that guidance. All in all though, I am very happy I did this challenge, I learned a lot about myself and about food! I have so much more knowledge and I know my body is capable.

I just completed the 4 week challenge. This challenge was a great way to get back on track. Tamara and Michaela were great motivators and always there for support. Not only did this help start losing those unwanted Covid pounds but helped me with my mental struggles. The meal plan was incredible easy to follow and you were never left hungry. The HIIT classes were challenging but the trainers pushed you through to the end. I would highly recommend this challenge!!

I LOVE how positive the vibes here are - although the studio seems bougie, everyone who works and works out here is a GEM, pushes you to be better, and is incredibly kind. Overall, my experience was amazing. My personal fitness challenges were addressed (shoulder stuff) and accounted for in workouts, my dietary questions were always answered knowledgeably, and the cold towels after class make all the hard work worth it! I can't recommend enough anyone to give it a shot - even beginners. I was new to HIIT and Yoga, and felt completely at home. See you in the studio! #iamenough

I did the 6 Week Challenge at XTherapy and lost 18lbs during that time. The gym itself is clean and modern. The esthetic is bright, open, and minimalist, which helped me feel comfortable and relaxed when I came in each morning, and for Yoga in the evenings. The changing rooms and exercise rooms are clean an I rarely needed to toss a rogue pebble into a corner or blow someone else's fallen hair out of the way when my face was near the ground for pushups, burpees, etc. The classes are varied and fun. Each instructor has their own flavour and style to the classes. Some HIIT classes would be more strength focused, others would have a lot more core work, and others would feel more cardio intensive. Each of them was enjoyable and challenging for myself, as I was able to push myself according to my own limits. My only complaint about the HIIT classes would be the number of exercises that involved jumping with a weight, and straight or right angle shoulder raises/exercises. I have a number of issues with my shoulders, knees, and wrists, but when exercises put an exceptional strain on those joints, the staff were able to work with me to find an alternative movement that still gave a good workout, or let me continue with a movement that didn't put as harsh a strain on these joints. The cycling classes ended up being my favourite workouts near the end of the 6 weeks. The cycling room is pretty much completely blacked out except for a wall of mirrors at the front, some candles that are lit, and the occasional spot lighting that the instructor will turn on to assist with the instructing of the movements, or allow us to witness our own incredible group choreographed movements in the mirror (or my incredibly uncoordinated movements). This was the first time I had done this style of exercise, and really enjoyed the concept of trying to move my legs to the beat of the music. The music is loud and mostly dubstep/hiphop/whatever-the-kids-listen-to-these-days. As someone who prefers their music with a lot more guitar and angry screaming, I really didn't mind it. It was different, and made sense with the concept of the workout, and I was still pumped to push myself as hard as my legs would allow me. If I could change one thing about this class, it would be to turn the bass down just a bit (they do provide ear plugs for those who don't enjoy the loud music). The yoga classes were a real game changer for me. I did both the FLOW and the ZEN classes. The first FLOW class I attended didn't feel like a beginner class since we got straight into the movements and there wasn't much description of what each movement is supposed to be. The instructor was often walking around the room, guiding other participants. I just looked around to see what everyone else was doing to figure out what was going on, but by the time my second class came along, I had very little difficult keeping up with the class and recognizing the movements being called out. This was way more of an actual workout that I had originally anticipated. I always left drenched in sweat (and loved it). These classes really helped with recovering for the next day's HIIT. The ZEN classes were kind of a mixed bag. I had hot (temperature) ZEN classes, and not-so-hot ZEN classes. Some ZEN classes felt like a slower, more relaxed version of FLOW, others felt more restorative and meditative, and a couple left me feeling like I needed to go to a Yoga class to stretch out and relax from the ZEN class. This is the longest time I've consistently done yoga, so the classes where we held a pose for 4-5 minutes at a time were not very comfortable for me. Overall, the FLOW and ZEN classes were beneficial and enjoyable. I could definitely feel a difference in my shoulder, hip, hamstring, and quad flexibility after 6 weeks, and my wrist pain that follows weight lifting doesn't linger as long as it used to. Overall, I would recommend Xtherapy.
So many reasons to make this place your home for fitness. I love that they offer yoga, barre, HIIT, and spin in one aesthetically pleasing boutique studio (by far the best spin class I've taken in Edmonton). The energy is unlike anywhere else and, most of all, you can feel the passion from the instructors. Go check them out!
Had a super great yoga class here last week! It's so nice to just walk in and have all the equipment laid out for you (including Lululemon yoga mats). The vibe and music was relaxing but still upbeat and the instructor's help with my form here and there was really appreciated. We spent a good amount of time at the end on shavasana, which I like because then I leave truly feeling relaxed. Will be back - thanks!

Xtherapy's structure to fitness is great - I have never had as much success with any other fitness routine as I have with their system. There is a really strong community feel between the staff and the members. The supports are very well rounded and address more than just the workouts - there is help for your meal planning, motivation, progress tracking, and connection with others throughout that make it easy to 'stay on the wagon.' I have seen improvement in my overall strength, energy levels, cardio, and appearance. I had this gym recommended to me, and I would definitely recommend this gym to others.
Exceptional facility, with an even better staff! I felt motivated, empowered, and excited to try their classes. I especially really loved the Ride class! X-therapy is THE BEST place for workouts in Edmonton. No matter how my day goes before the class, I am always smiling when I leave the studio, happy and proud of myself. All the instructors are amazing and find the right motivation; each class is different, challenging and always super fun. Environment is super friendly, towels are provided, there is everything one needs for a quick shower (hairdryer etc). I just LOVE the place and for the first time in my life I don’t need to push myself to do workouts, X therapy just became a part of my life

I enjoyed the free roof top We HITT hard class.All the staff have good energy and were very welcoming.I honestly think $29 a class is overpriced,if you get a 5 class pack it is $25.There should be a 10 class pack available for a better discount at the very least.With the pandemic it isn’t affordable for me at the moment
I just completed the 6 week challenge at XTHERAPY and would not have been able to make it through without the supportive team/community. Eating healthy was probably the toughest part of the challenge but the community had a lot of really solid tips for keeping meals interesting. The experience has taught me a lot about my perceived limits and has also allowed me to embrace 6 AM workouts with a new perspective. I would highly recommend XTHERAPY to anyone who hasn’t been- the HIIT, spin and yoga classes are a great combination of workouts!
Xtherapy is a five star boutique fitness studio. It is more than just working out... there is community and a family style support system. The workouts push you to be your best self both physically AND mentally. Gyms and other studios simply don't do that. The instructors are absolutely top notch and the owner has an incredible vision. Fun new challenges come every month to keep things interesting. The workouts are always dynamic and the beats are sick. There is a wide variety of classes with something for all fitness levels and preferences. The studio itself is super cool and they take care of everything for you. Even with great prices you don't have to pay extra for shoe rentals or bring your own mat. My favourite part is that I don't have to worry about anything besides showing up. The rest is taken care of for me.
The trainers are knowledgeable, energetic, and outgoing . Always willing to help cater to your needs and make adjustments so that the classes can be enjoyed by all fitness levels . They also seem to have hand picked the nicest people in Edmonton for their front line . I always look forward to coming into X! Best studio in Edmonton!
I've been going here for a few months now. I successfully completed their six week challenge and I keep coming back for more. I've been to a lot of other gyms and never been so successful at becoming more athletic. All the while I keep losing weight. All of the folks at the gym, attendees included, are there with purpose. Everybody has great energy and it makes it very fun to get in a workout. Great gym, with a solid plan and fantastic instructors. Always a great track playing on the speakers and a phenomenal vibe. Very much worth your time and efforts to check them out.

Great Place. I went to some spin classes and the instructor was fantastic!! The bikes were comfortable and easy to use as well as the staff is very willing to adjust the bikes and get you set up properly. The only downside if it is downtown so you have to pay for parking. Also class prices went up in the new year to more than I am willing to pay for a 50min spin class.

I came across this facility from an ad for a 6wk challenge and I am so so happy that I did. I met with Tamera for a quick chat about the facility. She was incredibly knowledgeable, down to earth (Not pushy in the least) and REAL!! It was so refreshing to finally walk into a facility for the first time and not have a membership shoved down your throat like some of these very well known places. The best part you are greeted (with eye contact and a smile) not something common these days. I chatted with Tamera and I could tell, she got me. After hearing all about Xtherapy I was so excited (something I have not felt about a gym or workout facility in years). Because of that first interaction, I decided I wanted to join the 6wk challenge. Further to that, Tamera offered complimentary drop ins to "check it out". I truly appreciated that added factor. I went in for my first class and received the same hospitality as my first day walking in. The front staff were so pleasant and even had a locker waiting for me with my name on it. Small touches that speak volumes. I tried the HIIT class and loved it. I have been sharing their name with everyone and 100% recommend Xtherapy to anyone looking for a solid atmosphere to train. I LOVE this place!! All the staff at XTherapy are welcoming, super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful - plus they play good tunes between classes, and have bass-heavy, motivating hype music in classes, lol. I started out doing a six-week challenge and loved it! I felt immediately comfortable in the classes, there was always someone available for support and answers (by phone, text, email, or Facebook), and being in a group setting really pushed me to perform my best every time (something I really struggle with - even in a personal training setting). I’d recommend XTherapy to anyone. This place rocks!

I signed up for the 6 week challenge and I killed it! It was a lot of hard work and consistency, and everyone at XTherapy was there to help and encourage me through it. The HIIT classes and Spin classes were intense and fun, and I felt so good afterward! This is exactly the kick in the butt I needed to get me back into my health and fitness goals!
This is a great place to find invigorating classes - HIT, Spin, Yoga and Barre. The instructors are upbeat and the staff very friendly. Always willing to help. The gym offers everything you need to do the workout (i.e. towels, yoga mat, extra pony tails) which is convenient when you are coming from work or just don't like toting a whole bunch of stuff around. I have tried HIT and Spin - found both to be good workouts. The instructors make sure you get a bit of something new every time. Yoga on Tuesday evenings is a nice combo of stretching and moving. I wish the class was a bit longer! Overall, the gym and in particular signing up for the 6 week challenge, was a great motivator for me and it got me back into working out and focusing on my health. The things that I wish the gym would do more off - more focus on stretching and preventing injury by ensuring form is good throughout the workout. Stretching is left to the individual to do after class, which is fine if you know what you are doing but it would be nice to see them stress importance on this step of the workout and give some guidance. I'm also hoping they add more classes with combos of spin/yoga or Hit/yoga. When I talked to some of the staff they said they were thinking of having these types of classes added to the schedule so fingers crossed!!!
Every work out is different and everyone is incredibly friendly and encouraging. Best gym community I've ever experienced!
Hi, I would like to thank XTHERAPY for their help and push towards myweight loss achievement. I decided to take a step towards a new andhealthy lifestyle last month, as there were too many extra kilos onme. When I got to the top of the staircase I was out of breath and Ialso I started to grew out all of my old clothes. Even my husbandstarted to be concerned about my health. I have to admit it wasn’tan easy ride but the coaches Tamera and Michaela were always therebehind me with their help, advice, their special diet plan and onlineexercise program. I really started to focus more on my thoughts (withbeing grateful, thankful), also planning ahead with food preparationand measurements, chores, daily schedule, same time eating, healthylifestyle choices. Try to doevery possible thing to achieve your goals, even if you think it isimpossible. I already knew what a protein diet meant as three yearsago I already had one and my body tolerated it well. I never felthunger during the diet, and had no cravings for sweets. If I reallywanted to eat some sweet, I sprinkled a little Stevia (100% naturalsweetener) on my 0% Cottage Cheese. I started with 91 kilos, andafter six weeks, today, I weighed 81 kilos. I have been doing weight training on my own for multiple years at several different gyms and I was looking to join a fitness studio which offered dynamic cardio classes in a group setting. From the moment I stepped into X Therapy I loved the atmosphere and how supportive everyone at the studio was from my fellow warriors, to the instructors and all management staff. I just completed the 6-Week Challenge and had a fantastic experience. The staff and instructors provide you with a detailed meal-plan, weekly check-in calls and give you the flexibility to choose your classes (HIIT, SPIN and Yoga) based on your schedule. Furthermore, they were always available to answer any questions and offered valuable advice on training methods, motivation techniques and nutrition throughout the entire process. I really enjoy XTHERAPY. I am especially impressed with the instructors and their willingness to help me with modified exercises for my knees or shoulders. I also like that there is no shaming or demeaning if someone has to stop or do a less strenuous move. The instructors are great about you doing what you can handle at that moment. They encourage you to push, but I’ve never had any negative pressure. And I never felt insecure or anxious about my age or relative fitness level. The 6 week challenge is totally worth it!!! 20+lbs down with diet and classes. They will help you created a foundation for making fitness and healthy living a lifelong habit. #IAMENOUGH
One of the most amazing transformation I’ve had at his place. X therapy is not a gym it’s a community. Staff is really helpful and they have amazing trainers. I have met some phenomenal people who are here to uplift and help each other. Highly recommended as this would change your lifestyle
I was a little nervous to try a new workout studio as I was comfortable where I previously was exercising. My first impression with the staff is there warm, friendly, welcoming attitudes. They were extremely knowledgeable and patient with setting me up for my first visit. The space is big, kept very bright and clean with a modern feel. I got my butt kicked during my spin class, leaving soaked and it was SO worth it! I was able to shower and use the emmenitiees afterwards feeling very refreshed. I would highly recommend Xtherapy to anyone looking for a great quick workout downtown! I’ll be back (with friends) to try out the row and yoga classes they also offer!
Overall my experience was great! I just finished the 6 weeks challenge and I will continue with more HIIT classes. I would highly recommend XTHERAPY.

I start a 6 weeks challenge a week ago and I can already see change in my body lost weight the trainer are excellent Kelly and his staff take time to explain everything to you so you don't struggle I highly recommend this facility
I saw the 6 week challenge and wanted to give it a try as I just had a baby and was able to finally get back into physical activity. I wanted a program that had coaching to ensure I was getting back appropriately to prevent injury, plus I also wanted to start losing the baby weight I had gained (baby #3 I gained more than the other two!). I was skeptical at first, but when I met with Tamera via zoom and got to speak with her I was all for it! The biggest concern I had was losing weight while maintaining milk supply as I am nursing, and not only did Tamera and Michaela completely support me on my journey, but they worked with my diet to include foods to help maintain milk supply throughout the entire 6 weeks. At my weekly check-ins Michaela always followed up with ensuring I was happy with keeping my baby fed while still making progress. And the HITT workouts were different and actually enjoyable! Difficult but doable and I will be continuing them now that I’m done the 6 weeks and have achieved my goal! I have more weight to lose and I KNOW I will get the support I need from these lovely humans! I tell everyone about my results and positive experience, encouraging them to look into it as you won’t regret it! I live 3 hours away from Edmonton and so the online aspect is absolutely amazing and made it completely doable for myself! I have 3 kids under 4, if I can do it you can too!! Thank you Xtherapy!
I completed the 6 week challenge online recently. I was successful in losing the weight I planned to lose and the meals and workouts were most helpful at xtherapy. There was some communication issues mostly due to the company changing over their app as well as I know for sure the changes with covid restrictions midway through the program made it difficult for xtherapy to keep on top of everything and I don’t blame them for this as it was easy to tell they were trying their best. I would say the only downside would maybe be that I found it expensive because I didn’t need to take advantage of all the support they provide. Some people may need further motivation and/or coaching but I feel I don’t lack this. The support I did need was in meal planning and protein consumption as well as what to do for my workouts daily and they had my back with this :). Thank you all xtherapy team!

I have been attending classes at the studio on and off for the past 2 years and don't have a bad word to say about my experience there. All the classes are so inclusive and have such a positive vibe. I recently completed the 4 week fitness challenge in order to kick start a new activity for me after having a baby. They were so accommodating and allowed me to do a combination of in studio and virtual classes as that is what worked best with my current situation. Weekly zoom check-ins and weigh ins to ensure everything was on track/see where I needed support. Grateful for all the past and present staff at the studio and the impact they have had on my fitness journey!
Amazing atmosphere, all staff are super nice and make you feel at home. Classes are challenging, fun, educational and will kick your butt into shape!! Hands down one of the best gyms I have ever been to. I would definitely recommend xtherapy to all.

Xtherapy provides fitness and service experiences beyond expectation. The space is extraordinary with towel service, showers and smiles for anyone who enters the door. The instructors are motivating and highly trained, and the desk staff treat you like family.You will experience an intense workout in either the hiit or ride classes, with the opportunity to chill in a yoga flow or zen class. I cannot speak more highly of this incredible place. Expect to work hard and feel pampered all with a high five out the door. I cannot thank you enough for making each day magic.

I've done the 6 weeks challenge with great results. Overall I was satisfied with the program, with little hickups, but nothing that couldn't be fixed. I love the approach and the friendly staff, always available to give great advice. Workouts are tough, but once you start, the determination takes over and the goal is achievable. I would highly recommend this business and go back to the studio as soon as they open again. Stay safe, stay positive, be strong! ????????
I had been meaning to try out this studio since it opened, but had never gotten around to it. I ended up signing up for the six week challenge on impulse (for a number of reasons.) I'm an ex-high level athlete and have always considered myself to be fairly fit, and I was working out consistently before starting. Needless to say, I was incredibly humbled by my first HIIT class. These classes are INTENSE! That being said, there were people of a range of fitness levels attending each class I went to, and the instructors were always cognizant of each person's capacity and ability. The challenge is exhaustive -- there is a strict meal plan, you need to keep a daily journal, there are weekly check-ins, and you have to attend a minimum of three classes per week. That's clearly why it's so effective, though: it requires you to be thoroughly involved and to spend time every day paying attention to your health and habits. I lost 6.6% body fat in 6 weeks' time and there is no question that I owe it 100% to my involvement in this challenge. Even if you're not doing the challenge, I would highly recommend this studio. There are HIIT classes, spin classes, yoga classes, and barre classes (the last of which I have yet to try.) Unlike SoulCycle and other spin studios, there is no shoe rental fee. There is no towel fee either, for spin or for any of the classes. (And the cold eucalyptus towels at the end of each workout are THE BEST.) I was also SUPER impressed with the individual staff and trainers and the way the studio is managed. By my second day, I was being greeted by name. The second time I took a spin class, I was just handed shoes -- they clearly kept a record of my (and everyone else's) shoe size from the first time you sign up. Everyone is friendly and approachable and helpful. Highly, highly recommend this studio. Just make sure you book classes in advance since they tend to fill up quickly, especially at peak times (early morning and after work on weekdays, and Saturday mornings from what I've seen.)
Hi I have done 6 weeks challenge and it was amazing experience. I gained a lot weight after my second baby. Another problem was Covid-19, I can't go to gym with newborn baby actually gyms are closed????. It was not only weight but I also had bad eating habits and low energy. But when I start the challenge it was difficult for me to control my eating habits but I made my mind to follow the diet and workout schedule. After one week, I start feeling change I felt I controlled my craving. The hiit workouts are not hard for me I felt somewhat hard. Actually I love the workouts you don'tneed any equipment no need to go anywhere do it at home. I lost almost 10 kg in 6 weeks, feels strong mentally and physically and build stamina????. I feels more energetic now. After I finished my challenge I m still eating the same diet now I don't have any craving for sugary foods. I love the way Tamera and Michaela talked and guided me thanks ????. I will suggest everyone should try once you will love x-therapy. I managed my time with two kids you can also do it.
This place is superb! Kind people surrounding you. Their goal is NOT only helping you to lose weight but the ultimate well being. You will be guided from your meal plan to sleeping pattern. Kelly is amazing! He will take time to know you and check up on you from time to time. People here always make sure you are comfortable. Its not your typical gym.
I've only been coming to X-therapy for 2 weeks now but it's been really awesome. The facility itself is super clean and inviting. There are showers and supplies so you have everything you need to get ready after your workout. The instructors and staff have all been really kind and motivating. Kelly (the owner) is super nice and makes the place so welcoming. I'm excited to bring my boyfriend to a HIIT workout so we can get wrecked together.
