The best crossfit gym in Ottawa-Gatineau. Very knowledgeable trainers, top of the line facility and equipment, amazing friendly atmosphere, awesome athetes. Super motivating to workout in this place :)

I actually love working out but this is the only gym that I have ever stayed with for so long (over 4 years). There are many reasons for this: 1) the coaches - they are always helping with technique and motivation, it's like having a personal trainer with every class; 2) the group setting - it makes it fun but also helps you push yourself because everyone is always encouraging each other, regardless of fitness level; 3) the variety of the workouts and classes; 4) the great equipment...I could go on but in one word, PhysXtreme is just AWESOME!

the best gym ever. the sense of community is felt and also super welcoming from staff and other members when you are new. Not judgemental if you are starting out. I'm not a pro and I don't feel intimidated by others that are lifting much more than me. Also, a nice balance in trainer wanting to push you more out of your contort zone in a loving matter. LOVE LOVE THIS GYM! Thank you
