I have been training with Marshall (as well as Kris and Doug at various times) over the last year, and have enjoyed my time immensely. The team is knowledgable and friendly, and has built workout programs that safely push my limits and help me reach my personal fitness goals. I had previously struggled to find a good fit at other gyms, and Marshall’s no-frills approach to a work out (no TVs, tanning beds, other distractions, etc.) has been perfect for me. The other gym-goers can range from people rehabbing from injuries or illness, all the way to those training for power lifting competitions - all have been friendly and welcoming. The gym is small, but rarely overcrowded, and the staff are incredibly friendly and supportive. There has also been a lot of flexibility with my work schedule, and a find I look forward to my focused one hour workouts through the week . Overall, I have found this gym to be great value both in terms of time and cost.
