Having myself trained young people in different sports disciplines, I would like to say that Sensei Jeremi's qualities as a teacher are exemplary. He is a model to follow. He obtains the respect and attention of his students by offering dynamic, varied and creative lessons. The discipline / fun ratio is super well calibrated. He knows all his students by name and he is aware of the development of each of them, despite a dojo filled with greatness! I highly recommend this place. (Original) Très beau gymnase neuf, propre et bien disposé. Stationnement disponible en tout temps malgré un fort achalandage. Mon fils de 7 ans prend des cours avec Sensei Jeremi Thibodeau. Pour avoir moi-même entrainé des jeunes dans différentes disciplines sportives, je tiens à dire que les qualités d'enseignant de Sensei Jeremi sont exemplaires. Il est un model à suivre. Il obtient le respect et l'attention de ses élèves en offrant des cours dynamiques, variés et créatifs. Le ratio discipline/fun est super bien calibré. Il connait tous ses élèves par leurs noms et il est au courant du développement de chacun d'eux, malgré un dojo remplit à la grandeur! Je recommande fortement cet endroit.

We free tried a Jiu Jitsu class and we loved it. Great place and great people. I really like their schedule that allows kids and parents to train simultaneously. They offer a good variety of cardio, musculation, kickboxing and Jiu Jitsu training.
